Rinaldis is way over priced. I called them out to look at my Hvac system. They quoted me $6500 to replace the unit. We almost went through them because of their scare tactics. When I told friends the quote and who it was through I was told to run and not look back. We got a second quote for $2000 less and they will be doing much more than Rinaldis had offered. Definitely shop around and don't use Rinaldis

Do not use these people for anything! I had an entire system installed one and a half years ago and last week. When it got cold. I turned the heat on and the heating element burnt out. I called them and they said oh you're one year warranty expired and they wanted to charge me $179 for them to come and look at The messed up thing they installed!!! Not even a year and half later it's not working!! I never needed a new system. He sold me on a new system when the system wasn't broken it was not level so even after the installed it was not working until they leveled the box it's housed in but it was too late to stop the install. I repeat. Do not go here!

Too bad there's not an option for 0 or negative stars. I called this business (I use the term business loosely because it's more of a dissapointing circus where all the animals have died years ago and all that's left is the guy that sweeps up after the elephant) and scheduled an appointment for between 1:00 and 4:00 because my ac was not blowing cold. I figured I'd give a call around 3:45 for an update. I was told I'm next. Great.... 5:00 rolls around.. I'm told there's one person ahead of me. (Who got to skip ahead in line? I wonder if it was someone famous?!?) Now I'm guaranteed someone would be here between 6:00 and 7:00. So around 7:36 when it's 88 degrees in my livingroom, I finally get in contact with someone (after office hours) and yayyy David is ALMOST HERE! I don't know if David stopped for a snack or a milkshake or something but he finally arrived around 8:15. David, David, David. What can I say about David. I guess we can start with the fact he was trying to be condescending. He asked me, """"Do you have the proposal from last time, or did you just throw it away?"""" And my particular part is so expensive because I'm paying for """"expertise"""". I did get $50 off the labor for the seven and a half hour wait. I should've just been told from the beginning that they could not fit me in today instead of desperately trying to squeeze me in so they could make a couple bucks off of me. I felt so strung along all day. It was an emotional roller coaster. Needless to say I will not be using this company for the follow services needed.

These guys are fantastic! All my years of dealing with AC:/heating service, I've never had such spot on service. These guys communicate with you from start to finish. That's what I really like. I've had several techs come out and all of them have been great. The girls in the office call me and let me know when the tech is on their way so I can leave work to meet them. I have a service plan and warranty and it's no hassle.

sent in an online request for a quote. got a call the next morning for them to come on a service call, didnt even give me a quote. needed ac and plumbing work. they want to charge two different service call charges for one guy coming out to fix both issues. talk about double dipping. what a ripoff. i went some where else.

Ac not cooling business. Rinaldis came out gave me 2 quotes. 1. $4800 for coil leaning OR 2. New unit for $ 8500 Called another service found a leak in evaporator. Fixed the leak and serviced the unit for $200. RINALDIS YOU ARE COOKS!

We give Kelly an A+++++ for assisting us with our air conditioner problem. The unit simply """"died"""" all of a sudden at 8:00 p.m. Rinaldi had repaired our air conditioner 1 other time with complete success so I called them in a panic. Kelly answered the phone and when I told her that the unit had just quit working she told us what she thought the problem was. She suggested we try a few things before she sent a tech out. We did exactly what she said and within 15 minutes we were back up running cold again. Yeah to Kelly for not just sending someone out which would have incurred a cost but for knowing what to do. Don't let Kelly go!!!

II was told that I had a 10 year warranty on both of my units when I looked it up again and talk to the company they told me that I did not have the 10 year warranty on labor only on Parts send a told me I could get an expensive warranty and it would cost me $900 I get back to them and then they tell me it's that would be for each unit which would add up to $1900 and I asked if that covered everything and he says no only thing is that is covered for $2000 is the inside of the box when it was re-done in the house everything on the outside has to be paid for separately to me I think it's wrong they should've told me even though it's on a piece of paper and they don't want you to really see that until it's too late and if I would've known that I would've never got it done next time if there is a next time it will not be with them I will make sure that I do not get paid 2000 for five $2500 more for the same job I will not do a show anybody sees this review be very careful and make sure that you read everything on the paperwork and make sure that you get everything I mean everything covered that is no hidden cost or labor I wanted to speak to the man that owns the company but they really don't want to be bothered so have him call me back and talk to him in on the phone you'll learn volume mistakes
