Went through Home Depot for a quote on a mini split. First in-person appointment was canceled last minute due it ""staff shortage"". Was reluctant to reschedule but finally did because hubby convinced me to. Was schedule between 4-6 (via text confirmation) and finally received a phone call at 6:45 saying the in person consult would now be a telephone consultation because the tech was ""caught up at the last job"". Definitely would not go through them again! The unreliability is ridiculous!

Very unprofessional company. I had an appointment today, 4/27/23, and was given a window of 8am-12pm. Received a call at 10:30 am advising me they needed to reschedule because they were very busy. Wtf, YOU gave me the appointment. I took off work in the morning and wasted vacation time. I told them I did not want to reschedule and would contact another company. The more I thought about it made me pissed off so I called and asked for a Supv or Mgr. They asked what was it regarding and once I told her she said she could take a message. It's obvious the person screened the call because she would've just said she'd take a message in the first place, but typical with unprofessional businesses. The lady tried to justify the cancellation and I just rudely told her I didn't need an explanation from her, I need her to leave a message because I'm sure they weren't going to call me back either. They didn't call just like I thought. I guess my job wasn't big enough for them, but little did they know I was testing the water first and if I was satisfied with their work I was going to get an estimate to install a/c's at my apartment building. Thanks for screwing up today because from the reviews and BBB, you did me a favor. I'll be calling Home Depot to make a complaint as well for referring these people to customers.

I hired this business to replaced my electrical panel. they started 09/23/2022 until now, the job has not been completed. I try to call them, the dispatcher always tell me someone in the electrical department will call me back, nobody ever call me back. they left the job un done, hole is on the wall, no patch up, no city inspector sign off their work, now it is 01/01/2023. Further more they already get paid it by the bank which I financed. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Responsive, but over priced. Didn't actually fix my issue: My heater was broken, so I called the number on the sticker on my unit, which put me through to Right Time. I got an appointment for a couple days later, and the technician came on time. The technician was very nice and seemed very experienced. They said I'd need to replace a part and quoted me over 500 bucks for it. The technician came back the day after thanksgiving and replaced the part, but the heater still wasn't working. The tech said the issue was probably my thermostat - I installed three different thermostats, and had the same issue with each one. I called both the mobile and office numbers listed on the card the tech gave me, and neither worked, so I called a different company and they found the issue right away. The issue was totally unrelated to the part Right Time sold me. I called to get a refund, and the person I spoke to said they had to get approval from a manager and I'd get a call back the next day - it's been four days and I haven't heard back yet.

Our heater was 70 years old and I did not want to use it one more winter so I scheduled 3 estimates. Jerame was my second estimator, he was so different than the first one - MUCH more detailed and informative. Because codes have changed they would have had to do some extreme modifications to install a new heater in the same closet. The first guy mentioned it would be a problem but said he would 'make it work' - Jerame explained what they would have to do to make it work and it wasn't a good option (we would have lost the use of a portion of a closet) so once we decided to add central air he thought the best option would be to go into the attic. It was a great idea and we would gain a new storage closet. He really understood the process and explained what the entire installation and permit process would be like - they make sure there is a platform adjacent to the unit so it can be easily accessed when needed. Impressive and professional. I was glad when he mentioned we needed a permit because some contractors try to skip that step and it isn't good for the homeowner.
I will admit that I was a little irritated when I found out that I would get a special deal only if the job was completed within the week, BUT, I really get that it is a wise business move because if you have a staff of workers, you want to keep them busy. I initially wasn't in a hurry but I'm so glad I did decide to get it done right away because the weather took a quick dip and was much colder, I really love the new quiet, gentle, warm system! Tyler and Randon installed the system. Our attic had some challenges so Tyler had an associate Sonny and his partner Phil brainstorm with him. He told me that they all work together, just like family - and they really did! I hung out in the living room during the entire process and I hardly knew they were here. They all worked really well together - it was impressive! All was completed quickly and they did a great job cleaning up. I LOVE my Lennox system, it is a great product.
Another employee, Kara, was very kind and helpful too. I had issues with my computer and printer so she made me copies of whatever I needed. It was beyond what her duties were - I have actually 'bugged' her a few times and she was helpful every time.
I was impressed with everyone I had contact with, I highly recommend RighTime!

This is the worst company we have unfortunately ever been associated with. Blaine came to our home and made himself right at home. Basically refused to leave until we agreed. We were offered a "" no no"" deal with no payments and no interested for 3 years. But that's not what happened we immediately started getting bills. Now the company is lying to us saying that was not offered. Even when the CEO got on the phone and confirmed the deal. We asked them to take out the unit and replace with our own stuff. Which is in the contract and they said they no longer have our appliances anymore. We are fighting with every bone in our body. We don't want to give in to this horrible company. Wish we would have read reviews of other people that have used this company. We are still fighting. Please for any new customers stay away. This company should be out of business. We are even contacting the better business bureau.

I had received an estimate from another company for a Heating and AC replacement as my units were 20 years old . The estimate I received was outrageous so I went to Costco to see what they offered. RighTime came out and gave me a free estimate which came in $10k less than the 1st estimate! I hired them and the installers, Ron Alcazar and Abram Vallejo did outstanding work!! They were very professional and meticulous and explained everything they would be doing, in addition to showing me the old system and the damage it had.
The heating unit they removed from my attic was huge, which they removed through a small opening in my bedroom closet without any damage whatsoever to my walls, doors, etc. They were able to do some additional work that wasn't originally scheduled with no problems! I am so pleased with them and the company! I actually cancelled my previous membership with my other HVAC company going forward. Thanks guys!

9/17/22 again!!! Another wasted day...got my system put in in mid June and this is how my home still looks like as of tonight 6:00 pm...""Alisha"" reached out and told me I would be first priority in scheduling and every time someone comes out it's after 5pm...I was also contacted by a ""Becky"" supposedly a quality assurance manager and told the same thing, ""first"" priority...and again nobody showed up to my home until after 5 pm...each time someone comes out it is somebody different and each time I'm told somebody else will have to come finish the job...the job is still not finished!!!! Everytime I try to talk to a manager nobody is available or they will leave a message for me to the manager and still no calls back
