Hired RighTime to replace our 34 year old heating and air conditioning system with all new Rheem system.
Jeremy and Nick couldn't have been more professional and conscientious.
Began the job by putting down tarps from the door to the heater closet and they were efficient and thorough to ensure the job was done properly to every detail.
The entire job was completed in about 5 hours and Jeremy made sure to explain how to replace the filter as well as how the new thermostat works.
I especially appreciate that they took all packaging and the old unit with them, as if they were never here!
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their hvac system

Called the number listed on the website, requested an appointment today, provided my address, and was told to expect a service technician to show up at 3-6pm.
Around 4:30pm, called to get an ETA. After asking for my address again: ""Sorry, we don't service your location. Lemme forward you to the office that does.""
...you couldn't tell that when I first provided my address?
Around 5:00PM: ""You should be hearing back from dispatch with an ETA.""
OK, but then:
Around 5:30pm: ""Uh, we don't show you as having an appointment with us today.""
...seriously, how does a company just lose an appointment?
If you have plumbing needs, I strongly recommend that you reach out to a different company, because this one clearly doesn't care about your business.

OUTRAGEOUS!

I called to request maintenance on my heating system. I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday with a 4 hour service window. I get a text canceling my appointment and asking me to reschedule. I called the office again and scheduled for the following Saturday. Again there was a 4 hour window, from 12pm to 4pm. I get a call at 3pm from dispatch stating my technician would be unable to come as he was stuck on a previous job. The person offers another technician to come out from 2 to 6pm, but I tell her that I have already been waiting 3 hours. I do not want to wait another 3 hours for a different technician to possibly show up or not! It's frustrating when a business takes your time for granted. Life is busy and they should respect a customer's time. I have no patience for RightTime Home Services.

I had service rendered on 11 December. I have called their office multiple times to get the invoice and receipt emailed to me. The people answering the phone said they would send the request to accounting. One even told me she would mark it urgent. I still have not receivedit. This is not good customer service. I should not have to call multiple times and still not have this issue resolved.I am very frustrated and diddatisfied. It takes only a very short time to send an email. Yhey need to get their act together

Having used this company once a few years ago, we immediately called them when we had a plumbing issue several days ago. We scheduled an appointment 2 days in advance and canceled work plans in order to be home between 8 am - 12 pm. Once we got to mid-afternoon with absolutely no contact, we began calling to inquire where the plumber was. It took 4 phone calls initiated on our side to be finally told that the truck had broken down, and the plumber would have to come another day. Unfortunately, backed-up bathroom sinks wait for no man. After hours of waiting to be told he wouldn't be coming, we canceled with this company, contacted Aloha Plumbing - they had a plumber here within 10 mins!
We understand the complications of unexpected mishaps, such as broken down vehicles, but simple communication would go a long, long way in keeping customers informed. We will not be calling this company in the future and suggest you don't, either!

Something's gone wrong with this company. I used to enjoy their services, but I believe there was some sort of merger, perhaps? Lately, customer service is terrible. The last straw was waiting all day for a technician. I was called by the copmany that he would be here by 4:00. When he didn't show and I called the technician, he said he ""might"" come but was eating lunch. He had no idea of his schedule. Enough.

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY!!! they installed a $5000 water heater and it started leaking 2 weeks later. Called for service and they cancelled 3 appointments. No return call from whoever Genesis (Quality AssurAssuranAssurance Manager), has fake phone number. They keep giving run around. Still waiting for them 2 hrs later after 3 calls...Please be aware to not use them. Going to contact Home Depot and BBB.

Ordered a toilet through Home Depot and got the installation service as well. Apparently, Home Depot subcontracts their business out to this company and they need to seriously find a new company.
First time I scheduled an appointment, tech showed up 4 hours late and then stated installation had not been paid for and said he needed $450 cash to install toilet. I paid $269 through Home Depot... he refused to install toilet.
Following first failed appointment, I called in for my second installation appointment and I had to have Home Depot on the line in order to do so. Weekend cthey never showed up for second appointment. I called in and then received an auto generated text message saying sorry they can't make appointment... worst service I have ever received!

Customer service sucks they installed an A/C unit and didn't install some baffles they said they would be out at 8:00 am never showed up called twice to see if they were coming they said someone from dispatch would be calling me never received a phone call still waiting also they damaged some drywall during installation and said they would send someone out to repair it, it has been over three weeks now and still waiting maybe they should think about changing the company name
