RighTime Home Services has the most inept office personnel. Appointments are scheduled and no one shows ups. Called and asked when is the technician showing up and was informed, ""he can't make the appointment, an emergency came up, you need to reschedule."" No courtesy call was made to let me know no one was going to show up.
Had an appointment time from 1 to 5 and no technician showed up, called and was informed the technician was still going to show up, but no time was given. Called back at 6:30pm and spoke with Randy, and he stated, he was going to find out what time technician was going to show up. Randy did not call back and no technician showed up.
Paid for a 3-year maintenance contract and someone was supposed to call to schedule air/furnace, plumbing and electrical. In 2015 and half of 2016 no call from RighTime for scheduling. Spoke with Debbie and she was going to check if I could extend my maintenance contract by 1-year because RighTime office personnel did not call when maintenance was supposed to be done. Debbie needed to speak with accounting and she never called back. Debbie used the excuse that three different departments do the scheduling so things get mixed up. Instead of doing a job, RighTime uses excuses.

I would probably give a zero if possible. The policies are ridiculous in that after making and confirming appointments there is a final call that if not returned that same day of the appointment - your appointment is then in fact canceled without notice. My husband took off work early to be home and yet nobody showed. I could go on and on regarding the competence of the phone staff, but that would be too much. I thought the third time was a charm with this company and I was wrong. There are so many other wonderful air conditioning companies, I am baffled why Home Depot would use this one in particular.

Worked with technician Dylan Newton today and he was spectacular. Honest, efficient, smart, as well as educating him. Great job Dylan!

Ok so we sighed up for a tune up at the Home Depot store. The Tech showed up to our house and looked at our A/C Unit, I was advised that we had R-22 system and that our compressor had gone bad and that with the R 22 system it would take some time to get the
part because are compressor is bad. Then he called his supervisor to see what they could do
after 3 hours off work and 114 Degree temps coming they try to sell me a new A/C unit for
$14,000. and they would be there in morning to install it. Well I call for a another Company
whom fixed my A/C unit in 30 min's for $500.00 and it blow's so Cold - They use the Home Depot Name to try and sell you a new unit well they are a bunch of rip off's and I will make
sure everyone that ask for a A/C comp[any do not call them. I called them to complain and they have never called me back and I went to Home Depot and got my refund for what they charged me for just doing nothing..

Buyer Beware - if you want overly inflated pricing, poor service, and sub standard problem solving Right Time is your right choice.

It's hard to rate a service that NEVER SHOWS UP. This is the third time my family and I have contacted RighTime to service our air conditioner. 3 out of 3 times it has been ""we will be there in an hour...(2-3 hours go by)...sorry but we cannot make it today, can we reschedule for tomorrow?""
We had our home AC unit installed by RighTime and expected the company to respond with great service for their own customers however that was never the case. Horrible company, horrible service.
We will be finding a new AC/Heater service. Thanks for wasting my time waiting for you guys to never show up!

AC went out and needed AC help FAST during major heatwave on June 19th which was a Sunday morning. Found RightTime on Google and called and spoke with Sydney. She was super and got a tech to my house within 2 hours.The tech was named Jorge C. and he was FANTASTIC !!!! AC needed a capacitor and cleaning . Had cool air blowing again by noon ! THANK YOU Jorge and Sydney ~

We had the same experience as R.S. who also posted from our city. We made the big mistake of signing up for RighTime monthly service contract after they came out almost a year ago and told us that we needed a completely new duct system to the tune of well over $5000. Thereafter we called because we needed a faucet handle replaced...they wanted to charge us $500 for labor only (We had the part but couldn't get the existing faucet off as it was frozen on). We declined and called another company who replaced it for $85. Thereafter, we had to put up with repeated phone calls from RighTime to have our annual service call because, ""after all, you are paying for it."" We declined a number of times, due to our previous experience, but after the calls wouldn't stop, we set up a visit. Sure enough, when the tech arrived and looked at the unit, there were soooooo many things wrong with it. (The unit was functioning fine) Needless to say, we declined the work. We will be cancelling the monthly service as soon as our year's contract is up. Please learn from our mistake. Go elsewhere for service!
