I would put 0 stars but it doesn't allow me. I contracted them through Home Depot. Home Depot was great but they where not. Made an appointment and they canceled on me and on top of that they wanted to charge me. Paid $200 before hand and I wasted my time waiting on them for them to try and reschedule all so that they can charge me even more. Not a good or reliable company. Definitely do not recommend them at all. Worst experience ever.

DAY SIXTH with no air conditioner!Becky did call me at 10am 6/29/22, stating tech picked up part and we are next and tech will call us. Almost 3pm have not heard from tech at all. Voicemailed Becky and also called RIGHTTIME office for status and and asked for Josh Aguirre whom I met with yesterday on the matter and he was not available and again we are next wait for tech. I told Josh we had to buy two portable air conditioners at HomeDepot at $399, even then it's not cooling due to the lack of your services. The biggest rip off on the face of the planet HOME DEPOT should be ashame That they're pimping out their customers to use this place.. I will b Calling them not a good look home depot. Now let's start with my experience Had a guy come out for a simple maintenance which I do every 6 months give me a huge list a thing's wrong with my air conditioning for $2200 As he started rattling off what was wrong with my air conditioning I pulled out receipts for those things that were just replaced by my home warranty And his comment to me was I don't understand because they need to be replaced.. next I have been waiting since yesterday for the receipt of the maintenance i paid for ( they didn't even have the right filter So the Tech cut one up And put it in the vent my husband got home and said what's this Mickey Mouse filter So he went 2 home depot last night and bought the right filter) and still waiting for the estimate of these major repairs I have called twice and still haven't got my receipt I spoke with Nancy. Now here's where it gets messy the guy told me I had a gas valve leak And for the low low price of around $400 he could fix that I said let call my home Warranty first And then Then I said can you turn the gas valve off He said no he'd legally can't do that I said OK So I called Southern California Gas Company to come out and take a look at it and guess what folks $80 to replace But I didn't know that so I paid my deductible of a $100 to my home warranty.. But one of the biggest problems is I need my receipt for my maintenance because it's part of my home warranty package that I maintain my property And like I said I still haven't got it.. All I can say is thank God for American Home Warranty

Gave a 5 star just so you can read this post. Thieves. They gave me a quote for a new air conditioner system and a whole house fan. After replacing the air conditioner started on the whole house fan I asked the installer what size it was and what was the capacity for that particular fan. It was off by a few hundred sq. Feet. So I called in and found out they thought they knew my sq footage instead of just asking me. So the person in charge refused to bring the right size. I told them to take out every thing and that's it. They tried ripping me off giving me a smaller size. So then the person in charge decided to give me another house fan for the back of the house. Now I have 2 extra holes in my ceilings. So fine he did that. I never planned on them working in my room. So I didn't hide my stuff. My purse and wallet was in plane site in.my closet. Because of covid I didn't want to be in the same room at all times. They kepted walking in and out, bringing stuff in and out. When they left, I couldn't find my wallet. It was gone. I called and spoke with the head guy their. He said he was going to send me a check for $300 and give a ring for my fro t door. He gave me the ring for my front door but never sent me a check. I called several times and every one said they could see his notes in the system but I never received my check. After months passed for get it. But I just never took the time to post about the things they did. Thieves in different ways. Be very cautious I wouldn't let them in my home.

Well 16 days in since I left my last review I talk to a few people and their customer service one with the headquarters in Texas and they told me they would get back to me in 48 hours well it's over two weeks now no get back. We have a 50 year warranty with them that they won't honor. They were supposed to come today supposedly and fix the problem they never showed up or called. Please don't use this company save yourself.

The people are nice and the experience with getting an estimate was good, but they are probably one of the most expensive choices you can go with. I was also pretty annoyed that on two separate occasions, they just showed up at my house unannounced at 9am even though I made it clear I work late. First time seemed like a mistake, second time seemed very inconsiderate.

UPDATE: Becky from Rightime suggested that we call her to discuss our complaint however we have reached out to her on four separate occasions leaving voicemails during normal business hours with no response again another reflection of the bad customer service that this company provides.

This is pertaining to the same thermostat RighTime installed 4 months ago. We have a digital thermostat and the screen went blank 3 days ago. We called RighTime to come out to see if there was an issue or repair needed since they installed it. Prior to them coming the scheduler on the phone stated that since they did the install if no repair or parts are needed, there would not be a charge to see why it was not working all of a sudden. They came out and no repair or parts were needed we just needed to hit the reset button on the furnace. They had the audacity to charge us $100.00 for this. This is unacceptable and horrible service attempting to gouge pricing on a customer who already paid for installation service and the company stating prior to coming no charge would given to us. we should get our $100.00 back.

Went to Home Depot and approached a kiosk offering air conditioning service. I asked how much it would be and the guy said for my size house approximately 10,000 -12,000. Unfortunately they use Right Time which came up with an outrageous $18000.

The comfort advisor named Blaine made sure to make himself at home asking for something to drink and to use the restroom. His initial prices that came out of his mouth were around $6000 for just the compressor and around $11000 including the attic. Then he starts writing and it comes up with stupid up charges like you need to put in a catwalk (a piece of plywood) for $500. He ended up with a figure of $18000. Blaine is trash to say the least, outright liar. He was also interested in my wife asking where I meet her and was unable to keep his eyeballs in his skull.

Can't believe this place got 2.5 stars.

THIS COMPANY IS STEALING MONEY FROM ME.

Home Depot sent me to these guys to install a tankless water heater in my garage. After getting a quote, we hired them to install the water heater. Within the quote, they charged us to pull permits and get the work inspected afterwards.

The first time, I had to call the county to setup a time for the inspector to come out. I had to relay this information to RighTime myself, who assured me the person who installed the water heater would be here for the inspection. However, he never showed and, of course, they failed the county inspection for the no-show. I called RighTime 4 times to explain the no-show and to get another tech out for the county inspection. All four times I was assured RighTime would call the county and setup the inspection. However, each time I never heard from the county or this company.

Finally, on the 6th call, they sent someone out who conducted the inspection with the county inspector. The work failed. The tech from RighTime assured me they would call the county and setup another inspection after they come fix the issues identified by the county. Surprise, I still haven't heard from this company.

During my third call to the company, they told me they couldn't get a hold of the county. That's funny because every time I call the county to do this company's job, they answer.

At this point, this company has charged me to pull permits and have the inspection done. However, they still haven't passed inspection and the work was done in December, 2021. I'm going to keep pushing this company to do their job and get the issues fixed and get the county to pass the work inspection, but in the meantime, I'm out several hundred dollars and this company REFUSES to deliver the permit service they charged me for.

I contracted with Right Time to replace an electrical panel in early Dec. The Techs. that came out were professional and did good work, but dealing with the company has been a nightmare. It is now April and I still have not been able to get the permit signed off. I call and I get promises and excuses but no action. This is unacceptable to me and they will not receive any further work or recommendations from me.
