It's been a week since the technician came to our home. He said he will talk to his supervisors regarding our air conditioner and get back to me the next day. Not a word from him. I've been calling and calling the whole week and the representatives have been repeatedly telling me when ever I call, ""I'll leave them a message for you"", ""I'll have a supervisor call you back."" Absolutely nothing! No call back! I've never experienced anything like this before. Very unprofessional! The next thing I need to do is take action and report this company.

We have never had issues in the past. But today we as the day. It's been triple digits this past week, and our AC unit decided to stop working. Today we were advised that a tech would come out between 1-5. So I left work early & came straight home. It is now 8pm & still nothing. I've called multiple times & keep getting the run around & now I'm waiting for a higher up to call me. Our house has hit 97* inside, and we now have the windows open which is doing absolutely nothing. Never again.

Very unprofessional!!!! Trying to get ahold of them is impossible if they don't install your unit correctly. Our last straw was when JENNIFER hung up on us after refusing to let us speak. Jennifer shouldn't be anywhere near a customer service job. Looking forward to speak to our attorney.

I want to continue to warn people about this company.They mislead you about what actually needs to be done and overcharge you to do it. This company has no integrity at all. They rely on the fact that you don't understand electricity, air conditioners and con you into something you don't need.

Made an appt. with these folks for a Wednesday to get a repair estimate. No show and no phone call. I called them the next day and said ""What gives?"" The receptionist was apologetic, and scheduled another appt. for that very day. Again, no call and no show.

Don't want them to do any work on my home if they can't even keep their appointments. They probably ignore repair calls and save their time for the big money installation customers.

There were no ""changes"" to my appointments... you committed to TWO specific appointments and then just didn't show up for either one. Highly unprofessional. It's no wonder you have so many one star reviews.

ARS / Rescue Rooter LA Riverside was the service provider that Home Depot sent when I needed a water heater installation. I was very satisfied with the service I received from ARS / RR LA Riverside. I had the pleasure of dealing with three exceptional employees: Kay, Brandon and Justin. Kay scheduled both the inspection and installation appointments. She was very courteous and updated me frequently during the arrival time windows. Brandon inspected my old water heater, explained the installation procedure and helped me navigate the required paperwork. Justin was the very knowledgeable and skilled plumber who replaced my water heater - so skilled he thinks that re-piping a house is ""fun"". It's great to have hot water again! If I have future plumbing needs I would definitely hire ARS / RR LA Riverside.

Terrible, terrible customer service! The technician that finally came was great; however, dispatch was the worst I've ever dealt with with all home services I received. Friday, I was told we'd have a technician at our home between 8-11. By 11:30am, we had no contact, courtesy call, NOTHING! When I called again, was told that I was on schedule but no tech had been assigned! Was told I'd get a call- no call. Eventually s tech did come out about 6;00 pm. Issue seamed to be resolved; by next day(early afternoon), system did not work! Scheduled another appointment hoping that Friday's issues were just errors in staff. Same thing happened today. Scheduled for 8-12.no courtesy calls, when staff tries to call dispatch, it seems they can't get ahold of anyone. It is now 3:30 and have no idea if anyone will come today or not. Poor poor customer service. Don't give them the benefit of the doubt. Shouldn't even get a star, but it's for the answering service and the one tech who did visit the home the first day.
