Look no further! This whole company is awesome. When I called, Kellie took my information and scheduled an inspection. She was incredibly thorough and friendly. Anthony came and gave me a free estimate. He arrived on time with booties, gloves and a mask. He diagnosed the issue I was having with my sink and shower and explained what was needed. He emailed me an estimate and Kellie answered all my questions. She scheduled the time for repair. Today Anthony came with his assistantKevin and they went to work. They were both in masks, fresh booties and gloves. Both issues are fixed and guaranteed for a year! Who offers a year on their work? Right Time!!!! Who is reasonably priced? Right Time!!! I was having work done on a my floor heater and became anxious about what the plumber was suppose to do. Unfortunately the plumber was a bit impatient and did not want to explain the process to me. I was given Mr. Anthony Flower's number by a friend and was told that he would explain every step. He did just that. 3 words Bomd dot Com. This company is well one of the best. Anthony came all the way to the IE to help me out with my stinky sink. He explained everything to me and ensured I understood what he was doing. He gave me an estimate for what would really fix the problem. Although my landlord won't do anything. At least I have a professional estimate to go from if this all falls apart. Renting is tough but Right Time Rooter was right on time. Friendly office staff, great billing staff very detailed and great customer service. I'll define my use this service again.

Great and efficient service! We had a blockage in our drain that was causing water to come up in our tenant's bathtub downstairs at 10:30pm. I called several ""24 hour"" plumbers that did not answer or said that they could not come out due to being ""tired"" or ""not having anyone free tonight"". I called Anthony and he immediately answered and said that he could come out right away. He came out and was very knowledgeable about plumbing and what the issue was and remedied the blockage within 30 minutes and charged a reasonable fee. Will definitely be making Right Time Rooter our go-to plumber from now on.

Anthony has come to our rescue on three occasions. First job: a broken shower shut-off. Right Time Rooter . . . saves the day and we are very happy with the result. Second job: a hot water heater that needed replacing, like yesterday. Although he was busy he found the time to complete this installation in record time. Third job: my kitchen faucet broke and could not be repaired, so we purchased a new faucet that I looooove! As usual, he was busy but he came to install it the day after we received it. Anthony does excellent work and and is willing to go that extra mile for his customers; the hole in the photo is because I hadn't popped in the cover before I took the snapshot - the cover that Anthony generously purchased for us; thanks AF. You pay what he quotes . . . no messy, frustrating changes. He is always on time and he does wear a mask. Oh, and I forgot another plus - he cleans up after his work is done, YEAH! I was introduced to this company when I hired another plumbing company which I assume contracts with Right Time. My hot water heater was on its last legs and in a very inconvenient spot in my kitchen. I needed a new unit and wanted to relocate everything outside. Right Time showed up on time both days they were out and Anthony and his team are very personable and competent. Nothing frustrates me more than when someone doesn't show up on time without notifying me. Promptness shows they respect their customers. They also wore masks.
