We've had a pipe leak for a week and contacted multiple services (Bestline, Matucci, Roto Rooter) that had long wait times and costs in $400+.

I talked to Anthony and got a prompt reply, and an affordable cost ($150 plus the cost of the parts). They showed up the next morning, within their stated timeframe. Devron and Anthony wore shoe covers to not track any dirt in the house, and were completed in 20 minutes. They accept all forms of payment (cash, card, Venmo, CashApp), etc.

my toilet had a leaking problem and an water valve behind my toilet got loose, so I had to replace the water valve and the fill valve. He came on time and did a great job. I highly recommend Right Time and Plumbing Service.

Ok, it's sooo hard to find an honest, good plumbing company. But oh my goodness I am so glad we found Right Time Rooter & Plumbing! They came on time, gave us an understanding of the process, gave us solid recommendations and were thorough, clean and helpful. I was faced with an emergency situation where my water hose on my refrigerator started spewing out water from a very tiny hole but was making a big mess quickly. I reached out to RTR and their customer service connected me to the owner Anthony who was out in the field. I was definitely a Damsel in distress. I told Anthony how I tried to stop the water and he walked me through the steps on how to stabilize the area for 15 to 20mins meanwhile customer service is dispatching a plumber to my location. 20 mins two RTR trucks are in front of my home. They come rushing in like their my big brothers. I was explaining and he was listening multitasking from under sink to behind refrigerator. I THOUGHT I had it under control BUT ALL I HAD WAS SOME TOWELS TO DRY THE FLOOR.

Older building and our inspector didn't catch that the kitchen sink plumbing was very patchwork. It has been getting worse - draining very slowly/getting backed up - so RTR came out and replaced the ABS pipes so that there is more of an angle and it flows better, they also snaked the branchline. Showed up the day after I booked, right at the start of the 3 hour window. Fixed the problem in about an hour and we figured out the invoice through email. Definitely will use RTR in the future

My utility sink, which my washer drains into, was clogged for a few days. I tried the snake the drain myself but couldn't get through the blockage. Turns out the pipes were corroded. These guys had the pipes replaced and the drain cleared within a day. It was a lot of work - they had to carve a hole in the exterior wall and also crawl beneath the house to replace the pipes. I also appreciated they installed a clean out to make it easier (less Intrusive) to remove a clog. Would definitely recommend.
