Our tenant had a problem with her kitchen drain and unfortunately, my usual guy was injured a few months ago and I couldn't get a hold of him to see if he was working again so I needed to find someone new to come out. My old plumber finally called but 2 hours before this company was scheduled to come out and I didn't want to be a jerk so I told him I already had someone coming. My guy is a lot cheaper but oh well.

Right Time was really good about working out a time to do the work. We had to make a few adjustments but RT was flexible and excellent about calling me back.

Their prices seem to be within reason but around the middle of what I researched online. They did give a senior discount of 10% which lowered it from $175 to $157.50. Still quite a bit more than what I've paid recently.
Service: A It's been one day and my tenant hasn't called so everything seems good. I had to go out of town so my wife was there during the work and she said they were polite and didn't attempt to add on surprise work or charges so RT is honest.
Conclusion: RT is an honest company that does good work at a reasonable price. RT seems to be a good choice for emergency work. They are reliable and don't leave you hanging like some other plumbing companies. I just hope my regular plumber stays healthy. This was a bit more than I'm used to paying.

Gave us a great price offer and helped squeeze us into the schedule since we had no running water in the kitchen. Devron was our plumber and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Devron replaced our faucet very quickly and had great customer service. Devron and Anthony showed up right on time! We've had a pipe leak for a week and contacted multiple services (Bestline, Matucci, Roto Rooter) that had long wait times and costs in $400+.

I talked to Anthony and got a prompt reply, and an affordable cost ($150 plus the cost of the parts). They showed up the next morning, within their stated timeframe. Devron and Anthony wore shoe covers to not track any dirt in the house, and were completed in 20 minutes. They accept all forms of payment (cash, card, Venmo, CashApp), etc.

Ok, it's sooo hard to find an honest, good plumbing company. But oh my goodness I am so glad we found Right Time Rooter & Plumbing! I was faced with an emergency situation where my water hose on my refrigerator started spewing out water from a very tiny hole but was making a big mess quickly. I reached out to RTR and their customer service connected me to the owner Anthony who was out in the field. I was definitely a Damsel in distress. I told Anthony how I tried to stop the water and he walked me through the steps on how to stabilize the area for 15 to 20mins meanwhile customer service is dispatching a plumber to my location. 20 mins two RTR trucks are in front of my home. They come rushing in like their my big brothers. I was explaining and he was listening multitasking from under sink to behind refrigerator. I THOUGHT I had it under control BUT ALL I HAD WAS SOME TOWELS TO DRY THE FLOOR.
