I discovered a water leak under my house at 4:30 in the morning. I turned off the water main and called around to get help. I discovered this gem of a business. Kevin came out at 7;30 that morning and got straight to work. He explained the problem took pictures for me and even helped with another problem that I had with a front water sprout. I even received credit for a future job that I want done. I will definitely recommend them.

Tony was recommended to me by a colleague a few years back and I highly recommend him and his team. They are honest, straightforward and reasonable and will take the time to explain things and answer any questions.

They've done a number of jobs on different things for me over the years - water heater, clogged drain, cast iron pipe leak, kitchen garbage disposal, toilet replacement, etc.

It's sad that I have to say this but I am a single woman and I don't feel like they're taking advantage of me or talking down to me. I can't say the same for many other home-related service professionals.

Our tenant had a problem with her kitchen drain and unfortunately, my usual guy was injured a few months ago and I couldn't get a hold of him to see if he was working again so I needed to find someone new to come out. My old plumber finally called but 2 hours before this company was scheduled to come out and I didn't want to be a jerk so I told him I already had someone coming. My guy is a lot cheaper but oh well.
Communication: A+
Right Time was really good about working out a time to do the work. We had to make a few adjustments but RT was flexible and excellent about calling me back.

Their prices seem to be within reason but around the middle of what I researched online. They did give a senior discount of 10% which lowered it from $175 to $157.50. Still quite a bit more than what I've paid recently.
Service: A It's been one day and my tenant hasn't called so everything seems good. I had to go out of town so my wife was there during the work and she said they were polite and didn't attempt to add on surprise work or charges so RT is honest.
Conclusion: RT is an honest company that does good work at a reasonable price. RT seems to be a good choice for emergency work. They are reliable and don't leave you hanging like some other plumbing companies. I just hope my regular plumber stays healthy. This was a bit more than I'm used to paying.
