Called them to come out for an inspection in the evening. I got off work early so I can come home on time for them. Waited and waited, but no one showed up. Emailed them after 8 pm and they responded the next day and claimed they called and left me a message a couple of times, which was not true. I did not recieve any calls nor messages. I ended up calling another company to come out the next day. I'm glad I didn't go with Right Solution Plumbing because if they stood me up already, I wonder what more of a shitty job they would do. So unprofessional. So glad I did not go with them.

I got very fast response on a Monday morning! James was at the house first thing and my main water line break was fixed by 4! Work quality was top notch!

Excellent work! Honestly it's hard to find trustworthy people to do a job. I been burned in the past, but a young man named Brian has shown to be honest and respectable. The value and price are unmatched and you won't get that feeling of being taken for a ride.
Brian did the service I requested on time and under budget. Very nice guy.
I recommend RSP and Brian if you're looking for great service, good prices and honest work.

Paid RSP $150 to clear my clogged toilet pipe. They ran a powered snake to no avail. It was still not ""open"" when they quit. The plumber said that they needed to dig up my front yard to clear it. He said it would cost me $5,000.00to do the job. I asked for a written quote. I never got it.
I POINTED OUT ON THE CONTRACT THAT IT SAID: ""THEY WILL CLEAR YOUR PIPE OR THERE WILL BE NO SERVICE CHARGE"". He dismissed that and saying it was an error in the contract printing.

James arrived promptly after I received the courtesy call that a plumber would be arriving. He was super courteous and answered all my questions with kindness and expertise. James was thorough in making sure there were no leaks that dripped from the garbage disposal. James was awesome! Highly recommend!
