Octavio was great! He was very responsive and did a great job preparing our shower for a reglaze and came back two days later and hooked all the new hardware up for us! Very reasonable prices as well! Would definitely called right solution plumbing out for any future needs!

I had and outside faucet that cracked and was spewing water. I had to shut off the water to the entire house. I called a plumber they said they would have their emergency plumber on call get back to me I waited an hour and then called Right Solution Plumbing. Richard was at my house within 45 minutes. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed my faucet within 30 minutes. Very professional and great prices, and the price for the house call went towards my bill. I will definitely call Right Solutions Plumbing if I ever have any plumbing issues again. Great job!

I'm glad I called Right Solutions for my new water heater. They responded quickly, had what I needed, showed up on time, worked quickly, and took care of a ""by-the-way"" toilet problem while they were here. There was a problem with a connection leak afterward due to our old PVC pipe connections, but when I called the next morning, Amanda sent Octavio out before his first appointment and he got it fixed. He was friendly, efficient and I would call them again.

We were very happy with our service today. We had 3 faucets replaced and one sink resurfaced and it was done quickly and efficiently. Wish we would have called them a long time ago! Good customer service, too!

I can not say enough about this company. I am a little confused because I though they were in Banning. Nevertheless, they were great They also work on Sunday! I could not wait 4 days for someone to come out from
the home warranty company. I had a broken toilet folks......and it needed to be fixed! The plumber came out looked and toilet and diagnosed my problem. He installed one of those new toilets with the pressure assist toilet. OMG this thing could flush a cow and not clog, The guy was professional and quick. he even filled out the card for me to mail in for my warranty! Great Company. Did I say they were open on Sunday?

Owner James called me directly after I placed a quote request thru Yelp. During the conversation he asks lots of great questions to REALLY find out what my plumbing needs were as we set up the appointment. He spent about 20min going over my issues only to come to the conclusion it was simple fixes we could handle ourselves. Literally he said ""I don't want to waste your money"" but not in an arrogant or unconcerned way. He said if we run across issues to call him direct and he'd help us thru! Who does that!? He was so kind and patient, not seemly rushed to make a buck off us. If we need plumbing services again, James and his crew are on the top of our list no doubt. I'm just so impressed with the owners customer service and willingness to LISTEN to customers. Gem.

We had a toilet tank leaking into bowl & we couldn't get it to stop! Right Solution Came Out right away & replaced the whole toilet with nwpew start of the art jet flush model, it is wonderful but pretty pricey at $650.00!

James came out on a Sunday after our home warranty company failed to find a company to come out for an emergency water heater rupture until the following Tuesday. Water was leaking through our walls and flooding our garage. He was prompt, polite, informative and very helpful! He had a restoration crew on their way before he left to get parts so they could begin the demo from water damage and get the ball rolling. I cannot say enough about the level of care we were given today, especially when our daughter was sick and on a Sunday next to no one else wanted to help out. I highly recommend James and Right Solution Plumbing!
