We had a dislocated saddle on our sewer line and needed to have the street dug up to repair it. We also had a trenchless pipe burst to replace our 6"" clay pipe. Mick and his team came in at the best price and took care of everything from permitting to inspections. Once they got the go ahead from the city (which is a miracle in its own right given the current situation) they came in quickly and professionally to get the job done right. Even though there were a couple hiccups on the way, they were forthright and honest and stuck to their original quote despite the extra work.

Mick and his crew are going to be my new go to for any plumbing issues I have. After some miscommunication Mick addressed the issue and had a tech come out within hours. I had a backed up kitchen sink. Fernando was our tech and he was amazing. He unclogged it and replaced some of the piping that had corroded.

I thought it would be a good idea to have my house's clay sewer pipe replaced since it seems like the tree roots are getting more and more aggressive each year.

I got several quotes and Mick gave me the lowest quote of all the plumbers who came by. The others dropped these super high quotes with an attitude of ""take it or leave it"" while Mick was committed to giving me a competitive bid. We settled on replacing the clay pipe with a polyethylene pipe with no seams for the tree roots to infiltrate along with resin pipe lining from my house to the main sewer line.

On the day of the installation, Giovanni, Fernando and Pablo came punctually and wasted no time getting started. They dug a trench from the sidewalk to my house that was six feet at its deepest. They told me it normally can take several days for the installation, but they stayed until it was dark to get the job done. When it was done, they snaked a camera from my house to the main sewer line and the work looked solid!

So thankful for Mick at Right Price Rooter. We had a bit of an emergency with flooding in my grandma's bathroom. I called a couple of plumbers by searching yelp and no one was able to make it out for a couple of days. So glad Right Price Rooter was on that list as well! Mick showed up within less than an hour of me calling and knew what the problem was. He sent someone over first thing the very next morning who was able to fix the issue!

My husband knows a bit about plumbing and agreed that the price to repair was more than fair, especially given the emergent nature of our situation. My grandma was in a panic, so it was such a relief to have someone out asap.

I want to start off by saying this is the most reliable plumbing company I've ever worked with. The owner of the company, Mick was a true gentleman and he helped me throughout the entire process. He came to my house three times once after the appointment was complete in order to make sure all the services and repairs were done properly. ""Mick"" It's just unbelievable I got multiple estimates up to 4 of them with various professional companies not only did he come in at the lowest, but WOW he passed all my expectations hands down. His crew came to the job with face masks and shoe covers and treated our home as if it was theirs... I did all of my water system to copper all of my drains replaced under the house all the way to the street. Throughout the entire job Mick and one of his assistant Dominick were very communicative and they worked threw the weekend, had different crew members lined up for the weekend. This company did not skip a beat at all whatsoever. I hate it when contractors start a job and go to other jobs, not with this guy here, he stuck to the job and finished. Amazingly, he did not take one single penny and told me I will only collect when the job is 100% done to your satisfaction, wow, that just shows you how confident and knowledge they are (who does that)

If you are able to find him don't waste your time with anybody else. Just meet the guy and you will know exactly what I'm talking about. as a realtor, I've worked with many different plumbing companies over the years, but never had an experience like Mick and his crew. I was in a middle of a difficult escrow having to repair and install a whole new sump pump and sewer ejector on a hillside home.
