What a great company! I called because I dropped my earring down the sink drain. They came right out, retrieved my earring, fixed the stopper in my sink and didn't charge me!! I will definitely use them again.

Mick from Right Price returned my message immediately and said he'd be at my house between 10am and 12pm. He showed up promptly at 11am ready to go. He also diagnosed my problem over the phone and said my main line was probably stopped up and needed to be cleared. He then clearly described the 2 processes they use to clear a main line, snaking and water jetting. Water Jetting was a bit more money ($150 vs. $250) but that's what I went with.

I also told him I needed my tubs and sinks looked at as a previous plumber from a different company had told me they all needed to be cleared as well as the main line with a possible Main Line replacement, quoting me $100 each per drain. I had six total drains plus the main line which from the different company quoted a start price of $850. Mick said clearing out my Main Line would take care of all the stoppage from the other drains and Right Prices quote was only $250, $150 if I wanted to snake the main line.

After Mick water jetted my main line he came in and inspected each of my other drains, plunged a few of them and removed debris from a few and they all drained!!! What thorough, honest, professional service!! Thanx Mick and Thank You Right Price!!

I highly recommend Mick & Right Price Rooter. He was very straight forward and knowledgable. We just moved into a new house and found that our sewer line was completely filled with concrete. Really good customer service and made sure everything was done right. Mick took care of any issues and was quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Mick was really honest and lowered the price when the job was not as extensive as previously estimated. Overall good experience and even provided complementary shower head and fix a plug that another plumber had taken apart and broken. Mick also recommended a great painter after the work was completed. Would have these guys come back for other plumbing jobs.

The first time I used them was quite a large job when the sewer line under the cement slab was crumbling, and needed to be replaced. Mick was great at covering all our options and coming in with a very reasonable price and great warranty.

My husband and I needed to replace the plumbing coming out of our house to the sewer line. We got a few quotes and Mick's quote was by far the best. Mick and his men finished everything in 1 day, despite it being a more complicated and lengthy process than he originally estimated. All of the workers were efficient and respectful of our new house. I am so beyond pleased with how well they put back our yard and sidewalk after having to tear it up to reach the pipes. They also took pictures of the pipes to document what they did and emailed them to me as well.

The whole process was simple and easy, I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!

Let me preface this by saying that I believe if you write with sincerity, sincerity comes across so here we go. Mick just left our residence approximately 15 minutes ago and my wife and I are incredibly grateful. We had a stoppage that he responded to last night. He tried for quite some time to clear it however it was quite severe as it was emanating from the area close to the ""center of the street."" He said he would return this morning to continue trying and true to his word, he did. After attempting for quite a while it seemed that the stoppage was severe enough that it would take a major job that would require breaking up the concrete on the street and replacing the entire pipe leading to the sewage drain. He informed me that he would continue trying as such a job would cost into the thousands. I informed my wife and we braced for the worse. I heard him tell his partner ""Turn it off and let it cool down and we'll try again,"" referring to the machine that had been in use for quite a while. How could I not respect the work ethic and most importantly, an individual who was not attempting to potentially make more money, but instead, had the integrity to do what so few professionals now pursue...provide quality service. They continued trying and eventually not only cleared through the stoppage but saved our family plenty of money at a time when we are paying for two college tuitions for our children. To Mick and the family he comes from which imparted his work ethic and professionalism, we thank you.
