Teo very responsive and communicates well through the course of the job. I had water damage to Stucco, in front of my house, and Teo arrived with all necessary materials and finish the job the same day. He also noticed that my bathroom sink was draining slowly, and he fixed it for me without having to be asked. his pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received for the same work. I will definitely use him for a variety of services in the future.

I had a decent sized hole in my stucco (about 18 x 28 after a plumbing repair) that needed fixing and painting. The estimate for the repair was a little more than some of the others that I got but the questions that Teo asked about the job and requests for photos to make sure he could match the texture made me feel better about his estimate and attention to detail. Teo explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and showed me what was going on ask I checked progress during the job. Afterwords, Teo cleaned up the area (cleaner that it was when he started in fact). I'm very happy with the results and will hire him again if I have and electrical, minor plumbing, or more stucco repairs.

Teo used the snake a few times on our bathtub and got the drain cleaned out and unclogged. I feel like most plumbers would stop there, but not Teo. He wasn't fully satisfied with the rate the water was draining so he ran out to HomeDepot and got some products and it made a remarkable difference!

He also applied a silicon seal on our kitchen counter and did an excellent job - very clean, very meticulous.

Apart from being thorough on the job, I'd highly recommend Teo for being accommodating, flexible and easy to communicate with.

I am so happy I found Teo! He responded quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Teo fixed my shower which was constantly leaking due to valve issues. This was a very challenging repair due to the type of hardware and the layout of pipes behind the shower wall. Teo knew exactly what parts had to be ordered and he successfully completed the repair and now I have a shower that works! He's smart, experienced and knowledgeable as well as honest, kind and professional. He was always on time and so very helpful. We have hired Teo for a few handyman-type tasks around the house and he has a very impressive problem-solving approach to his work. He did a drywall repair to close up a ceiling that had some leaks through it, and unless you got on a ladder and held a microscope up to the paint you couldn't tell it wasn't done by a painter. He also helped us install multiple electrical items around the house (GFCI, Nest thermostats) and diagnose some other problems. We are very happy to have Teo in our phone book.

Hard to schedule him since he's so busy (evidence of the high quality work he's doing) so make sure you ask for his help as soon as you think you need it.

Excellent work. I hired Teo to repair some stucco problems outside our house where moisture had made the stucco loose or it had fallen off the wall.

He came a little late due to another job and after a text message telling me he'd be late went awry (I saw it later), but he eventually arrived and got to work. Check your text messages and your phone on the day work is scheduled as you never know.

He was able to remove all the damaged stucco and replaced it, then painted his work with a gallon of matching paint I had. It now looks great. I'm very pleased with his work ethic and his skills. He was very easy to work with, and he cleaned everything up including the removed plaster pieces as well as all the other detritus that happens when work is done. And the price wasn't too bad, either, though hard work is never cheap.

I certainly recommend him for painting, wall repairs, and other things. I think he also does plumbing and electrical repair (but not gutters, he told me!).

When other plumbers wouldn't work at night, Teo came to rescue. He even did extra fix not directly related to the service I requested. He only accepted the service fee we agreed on and refused tip I offered. Definitely will call him when I need service next time.

So happy I found Teo! He did a great job replacing the shower valve cartridge that I tried to replace myself. He came out the same day I called him, was very pleasant and had to work really hard as this cartridge did not want to budge.
