I am so happy I found Teo! He responded quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Teo fixed my shower which was constantly leaking due to valve issues. This was a very challenging repair due to the type of hardware and the layout of pipes behind the shower wall. Teo knew exactly what parts had to be ordered and he successfully completed the repair and now I have a shower that works! He's smart, experienced and knowledgeable as well as honest, kind and professional. He was always on time and so very helpful. I am grateful that I found Teo and will definitely use him for all of my future projects. I told Teo ""you're my handyman for life! "" He deserves a lot more than 5 Stars! Thank you Teo... We have hired Teo for a few handyman-type tasks around the house and he has a very impressive problem-solving approach to his work. He did a drywall repair to close up a ceiling that had some leaks through it, and unless you got on a ladder and held a microscope up to the paint you couldn't tell it wasn't done by a painter. He also helped us install multiple electrical items around the house (GFCI, Nest thermostats) and diagnose some other problems. We are very happy to have Teo in our phone book.

Hard to schedule him since he's so busy (evidence of the high quality work he's doing) so make sure you ask for his help as soon as you think you need it.

Excellent work. I hired Teo to repair some stucco problems outside our house where moisture had made the stucco loose or it had fallen off the wall.

He came a little late due to another job and after a text message telling me he'd be late went awry (I saw it later), but he eventually arrived and got to work. Check your text messages and your phone on the day work is scheduled as you never know.

He was able to remove all the damaged stucco and replaced it, then painted his work with a gallon of matching paint I had. It now looks great. I'm very pleased with his work ethic and his skills. He was very easy to work with, and he cleaned everything up including the removed plaster pieces as well as all the other detritus that happens when work is done. And the price wasn't too bad, either, though hard work is never cheap.

I certainly recommend him for painting, wall repairs, and other things. I think he also does plumbing and electrical repair (but not gutters, he told me!).

When other plumbers wouldn't work at night, Teo came to rescue. He even did extra fix not directly related to the service I requested. He only accepted the service fee we agreed on and refused tip I offered. Definitely will call him when I need service next time.

So happy I found Teo! He did a great job replacing the shower valve cartridge that I tried to replace myself. He came out the same day I called him, was very pleasant and had to work really hard as this cartridge did not want to budge. Teo is a gem. He is honest, knowledgeable and cares about his customers (the exact opposite of a couple of other plumbers I have used in the past year, whom I found on Yelp) . He came to fix a clogged kitchen drain 2 weeks ago and cleared it. But we had an issue again last week and he came immediately and spent over an hour clearing the drain and fixed the problem and did not charge for the second visit. He really cared about fixing the problem and he explained everything he did. I will always use him for any plumbing or electrical issue I have. I am planning to use him in the next couple of weeks to do some painting/drywall and electrical work. I strongly recommend him and it is very rare to find a handyman like him.

Great job by Teo putting my toilet back together after I attempted to DIY, fast friendly service/knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like a dink cos I wasn't able to complete my DIY (haha) if I ever need a handyman again I will definitely give him a call and I highly recommend him!
