Never fixed my sink. Said they would order one and never called or came back. I called back several times but they kept giving me the run around. They were sent by Super Warranty. Horrible service. I canceled the order and got my money back from Super.

Right call was contracted through my warranty company. I had requested they bring a 20 foot ladder to my residence to complete the job which is 19 feet up from the ground. The technician said that a 40 foot ladder or something rediculous was needed, when asking if he could at least try the 20 foot ladder he had a lot of attitude and said they wouldnt complete the service. Right call is a waste of time, if you're not forced to use them because of your warranty company i'd go somewhere else.

The water heater is leaking. I called the company for 4 days, but they never called me back. They don't know how to deal with the customer. The supervisor is busy all the time. They couldn't work because of the meeting. I am not sure how a company surviving such a doing business.

They came out to diagnose a plumbing issue and told my warranty company the issue was not due to normal use and my claim was denied. Complete and utter BS. Not only that - when I called them to follow up they cowardly deferred answering my questions and waited for the warranty company to call me to relay their news. So disappointed.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I feel that others should BEWARE. This company was hired by our home warranty company to fix a leak in one of two upstairs bathrooms. The plumber so say "fixed" the leak. About two days later, the ceiling was wet and spots of mole was forming. We called the home warranty company again and the same plumber came out. He wanted to charge an additionally fee to cut a hole in the ceiling to see where the leak was. The first hole he cut was in the wrong spot. We already paid this company to fix the leak the first time he came out, why must we pay more money. He should have fixed the leak the first time he came out instead of knowingly allowing it to continue leaking. His actions caused more damage to our ceilings. The rightful name for this company is Wrong Call Solutions.

Above and beyond service for this first time customer. Called on the start of a long holiday weekend, spoke directly with the owner, and he was at our house within the hour with everything he needed to fix an emergency plumbing issue. Twenty minutes later we had water again. Honest, friendly, hard-working, quick, and very reasonable. I'd highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks so much, Right Call Solutions. I couldn't have asked for better experience.

(The negative reviews I see are not at all what I experienced. Could be they're all related to the home warranty service company referenced in each of them as my experience working directly with Right Call Solutions was A+ all the way.)

Based on my experience the negative reviews are a total mystery. They were sent by the warranty company to look at my water heater that developed a leak. The water heater was replaced quickly. The people I dealt with were honest, professional, and were willing to answer any questions I had. They showed up exactly when they said they would and were done in no time at all. I am very pleased with Right Call.

They Work for the Warranty Company.
They sent technicians to take a look at my tankless water heater as part of a home warranty call. They reported to the warranty company that my heater is considered commercial. The warranty company said they cannot cover the repairs. I called the manufacturer and had them send me evidence that my unit is residential. I forwarded the information to Right Call Solutions and received no answer. Warranty will cover the replacement using other plumbers.
Shame on you Right Call Solutions, Selling your integrity to appease the home warranty company.

They were contracted out through my home warranty service. They had to sub contract someone else out to find the leak which cost $300 luckily my home warranty covered that cost. Every time i called I never was actually able to speak to a actual plumber they sent out "Technicians" once they determined the leak location from the sub contractor. They told me it would be a "minimum" of $3200. This was coming from their receptionist and not the plumber, like I said was unable to ever talk to one. They could never explain why the cost. The Subcontractor they sent out was kinda sketchy to luckily i researched the methods he used and it proved to be reliable locating techniques of slab leaks. The detail of the leak was not very thorough but at least we got the leak located from what i read online These techniques can be used to tell the depth of the Pipe in the slab which would have been helpful. Luckily i have a friend who is a Renovation Contractor that has dealt with this and he said this price was not a fair price. He had a guy come out and it costed $300 for the slab to be jack-hammered and the copper tubing leak fixed. Thank God the leak was there. He brought in two other subcontractors to fix the carpet and drywall (that I damaged). All in all it costed me $500 and not $3200. They are not fair and don't explain things.
