Last year paid$79.00 for a tankless water heater flush, same company just quoted us $386.00 for the same thing. Ridiculous!! Rip off organization, will never use again.

Appointment was 8 am, arrived 9:30am. The review of the plugged drains resulted in 3 estimates, $153, $359, and $891. I opted for the lowest cost, which was more than twice the advertised price of $59. Service was fast and thorough, and he even cleaned the shower floor and gave us product and instructions for keeping the drains clear, Noel Cruz was polite.

Excellent customer service. Our technician Jorge S arrived on time and performed the discussed repairs in a timely manner and efficiently. He also helped us by providing extra tips regarding our water heater, which was not what he came to service. The information was very informative. We were completely satisfied with the service we received, but the pricing for the job that was performed was very expensive.

I saw an ad for $88 and called to make an appt. My toilet was clogged, I knew what had happened to clog it. They came out, sat me down, gave me three things it could be. Pricing from $150 to $750. Unclog toilet was minimum replace toilet maximum. They said it would be $150 to unclog it. Kinda surprised since I saw an ad for $88. They said that price wasn't to unclog a toilet it was for clean up? Whatever that means. Seems fishy to me. I said I couldn't pay $150! I said I wanted to pay $88 but would pay $100. I said I would wait and find someone else to unclog my toilet. Then they claimed they were doing me a favor and lowered the price to $105! WTH!! I had them unclog the toilet, I knew that was all it needed. Took a few minutes!! Why play games? Why not have honest pricing??

Called for a main line stoppage, when they arrive he didn't even look at anything just went straight for the higher price of removing the toilet. Then ran a snake down the pipe and snapped off about 10ft of snake line in my main line sewer pipe. The ran a camera down and could see the snake about 30ft into the pipe. They refused to retrieve the broken snake line. Said they could get it out for $3,800. I'm not paying for you braking your equipment off in my pipes. Worse service I've ever seen, and now more broken then before I called them.

I initiated service through Home Depot for installation of Pressure Release Valve (PRV)
copper tubing for our water heater. Rescue Rooter called the same day and scheduled an appointment at my convenience. Ronnie the service technician arrived an hour sooner than first scheduled. He was very friendly and courteous. He explained the options of work he needed to do and completed the work timely.

I have rental property in Lake Elsinore, but live in Oregon, so it's tricky having repairs done from so far away! This is the first time using Rescue Rooter and I would have given them a rating of 100!!!

Called late evening and they were there on time the next morning!! Chris was my technician. He called me immediately upon arrival and once he learned I was in Oregon, he totally understood the service call could get tricky! He was wonderful! Funny, understanding, and more importantly, very thorough explaining to me what he was seeing. His diagnosis was that since the leak was under concrete, It would be best to use a leak detector! I agreed. They located the general area of the leak.
The only reason I did not have them do the repair is because my brother is extremely handy and he said he would do it for free!! You can't beat that!

Rescue Rooters are scammers! Unless you have a background in plumbing and know what to expect Do Not use this company. Rescue Rooters tried to scam me out of $11,500 by telling me they needed to dig seven feet and apply shoring in my inter city home. I was told this in order to repair the plumbing in my front yard which had a tree branch going through causing a backup in two of my bathrooms. This was a lie. I found out after a second opinion that only four feet of digging needed to be done which did not require shoring and was 1/3rd the cost. They then cheated me out of there coupon by telling me they had to pull my upstairs toilet to fix the clog and did a botched job sealing it which led to sewer water buckling the ceiling of my down stairs entertainment center and bursting down on to my 70"" flat screen tv, my surround sound bar and then onto my carpet. I called them right away and there plumber came back and fixed the botched job their other plumber did and even put on my receipt proving the sewer water was leaking from the badly placed seal around my toilet which he saw for himself. The company offered to only repair my damaged ceiling and claimed I had previous water damage to avoid replacing my ruined property. I now have to file a lawsuit against Rescue Rooters in order to get my damaged property that they ruined replaced.
