Whatever they advertise is a lie. I had them service my house and was very unhappy with the unprofessional service. Highly do not recommend them to anyone. Please look into another service and save yourself the headache.

My husband (a retired recently-disabled Vet) crashed into our toilet on the first floor of our house completely smashing in the tank. My husband had multiple strokes and could not go upstairs to a bathroom. I ordered a new toilet and installation from Home Depot. They connected me to RighTime. Service was scheduled for Friday, Oct. 14 between 2-6 PM. On the day of service, ARS called and said technician would be late. Okay. I needed the bathroom back in working order. Tech arrived around 5-5:30 PM. Told me the service was $290. i I told him I already paid Home Depot $269 for install. The Tech accepted that payment. After toilet had been assembled and put into place in the bathroom, found out the angle stop was too short. Tech said he had one in truck but did not and had to go ""home"" to get one. Tech returned around 6:30 p.m. when he told me he had the part but it would cost an extra $540 to install. $540!!!!! I asked him who told him that price and he said his manager Dan Craft. Since I was ""over a barrel"" needing a downstairs bathroom, I signed the contract but told the Tech that the price was WAY TOO HIGH. He said he would talk to his manager.

Tech tried to process the payment but his machine wouldn't work so he said he would be back the next day and would talk to his supervisor. In the meantime, I checked the prices of the part and usual installation for SoCal. The part ran anywhere from $7-20. That means they were going to charge me $500+ for installation of an angle stop!!! Usual price (as of August 2022) for SoCal was $236 to install. So it seems $250 is about the correct price for the part and installation. But this company says to everyone, ""We are not the cheapest but are the best"". I'll disagree with that.

So, the next day I get a call from Customer Service saying they were willing to come down on price to $440. Wow... such nice people (sarcasm off). I told the girl I would pay the price but that I was going to contact Home Depot's Corporate Office, the Better Business Bureau, and post reviews wherever I could. They didn't seem to care and now I own an $993 toilet!

If you go through Home Depot for any appliance and installation, DO NOT ACCEPT RIGHTIME RESCUE ROOTER! They will rip you off!

I do not recommend this company in any way shape or form, this is the second time that I've used them so I thought that they would be reliable. I had a complete re-pipe done on my house, The workers were not communicative- there were schedule dates that workers were supposed to be here and they did not show up. When I went to call the managers they had no idea what was going on either. Some of the Job inside wasn't complete but yet they had the county inspectors come out and say that the county passed the inspection-- The man David who was in charge of this inspection promised me he would have a technician out the same day and nothing ever happened!! This entire time I have been met with negligence and ignorance. I've been calling all three managers Steve, Dan and Jim. They all have came up with empty promises-promises to call me back, promises to find me a technician to finish the work and none of it has been done. I literally called rescue Rooter everyday and leaving messages and there has been no resolve!!! Their workers who removed my drywall left a huge mess with unnecessary gashes in the walls, not to mention they didn't clean up after themselves. Leaving drywall and empty water bottles and food wrappers where they were working. This has been two months that this job has been going on. They've had eight people using one bathroom, because they refused to fix the bathroom which has no water flow due to the repipe! Please consider going with a mom n pop plumbing business not these guys cause they will give you a 2 MONTH RUN AROUND! This whole ordeal has made me sick to think that professionals would take care of this issue for me knowing I have a big family that needs this water.

They advertise $88 to clean a drain out. Yeah right! Here are the facts. I called ARS Rescue Rooter of Riverside. We needed our shower drain cleaned. They said as long as it's not more than 75 feet of snaking it would be $88. The plumber shows up an hour later. They were fast. I'll give them that. Now without even stepping into the house plumber says it will be $360. Shocked but not surprised we say, no thank you. The plumber goes to his van, calls someone, then comes back and says, well because of the mix-up at the front office we will do it for $190. We say, no thank you. Now because I don't have time for this little dance, and I really need my shower unclogged before the long weekend, I say, we can do $120 and that's it. The plumber then says, I'm sorry I can't do it for less than $190. So once again we say, no thank you. We close our door. He goes on his way. Five minutes later... knock knock. The plumber is back and says, OK I can do it for $120. It takes him 10 minutes. I would have gave them 5 stars if it wasn't for the bait and switch tactics.

I 100% recommend this company. The old unit died and I work from home with a home school kiddo. It gets super hot here and can't go without a/c. From the sales to the service to cleanup, this team was on it. They weren't even gone and the house is already cooling down, not to mention I can now enjoy my back patio! Free from the old a/c heat and deafening sound!

If I could give this company a zero I would. I have used them in the past but I will never ever call them again had a small problem with my plumbing told me they would be here between one and two never called me to tell me they were running late. I had to call another plumber to come out here and the response time was in 15 minutes. Sorry to say unless I am desperate I won't be using them anymore.

They never showed! I had a leak, they gave me an appointment from 1-5. Said they would call to give us a better time. 4:15 rolls around and I've heard nothing!!! I call and they are not coming!!!!! I've got a leaky pipe here! Couldn't you have called me earlier if you were going to flake?? Then she tells me I can be first tomorrow, ok what time is that , 9 to 1!! Can I be first, I have to give you a window... NO THANKS!! I'll find a real plumbing company. Called another place ,showed up In half an hour...

No show the first appointment and no show again for the second appointment. And they call you at the end of the day to tell you they're not coming which leaves you with no choice but pay for an emergency plumber. Horrible business ethics.

BEWARE!!! I would leave a zero if I could. This company tech and Daniel and Dan in management ALL lied to us both FOUR TIMES NOW. Our toilets are clogged for 17 years bc of a too small pipe. They promised a pipe the size of the main (6-8"" septic line) bc it jeeps clogging at the main. I have cancer and skipped two ER visits bc of these liars. One guy came out and took way too long to install the exact same size pipe we had! He lied to us! WHICH WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM AND WE NEVER AGREED TO. Then after the manager Dan argued with me for over an hour while I told him my BP was dangerously high he said his company will fix it until I am satisfied and promised he'd send two different HONEST techs out between 8-9 am today to fix it. No one showed. I skipped another badly needed ER visit. My BP was well over 200 when he called after 11am and said no one's coming bc on the VIDEO it looks like its fixed. I said YOU PROMISED AND LIED AND NOW I MISSED ANOTHER ER VISIT AND YOU INSTALLED THE WRONG SIZE LINE SO IT FIXED NOTHING SINCE IT CLOGS AT THE MAIN AND YOUR OWN TECH TOLD US YOU CAN'T DO THE CORRECT ANGLE DOWN THERE, YOU ARE NOT DOING THIS TO ME AGAIN! YOU LIED TO ME (on a permitted recorded call) and we are not paying for this. So now they ruined my health, I can't go anywhere with BP this high and they LIED TO US SO MANY TIMES NOW we are DONE. Now we have to have a second company out to fix the damage they caused breaking our sprinkler timer and the plumbing. This mgr KNEW I had fatal cancer and MRI appts today and he DID THIS TO ME ANYWAY. EVIL AND DISGUSTING
