Jay was great! Sewer line blocked with tree roots, he was at the house in 90 minutes, had it rodded and fixed in 30 minutes and we're back in business.

I'm incredibly happy with the service I got from Rick's. We had two other companies out to clear our sewer lines. One couldn't get the main line cleared while still charging me and the other was saying I would need to tear up concrete because the lines are damaged. Jay came out the same day and got our main line cleared and 2 days later performed hydro jetting on one of our branch lines that was severely packed with sludge. They also made some recommendations to help keep the line clear in the future

I've never been in a situation where I don't want to leave a review because I don't want everyone to know about this business because then they'll be too busy for me in future.

But when you come across such an incredible organization you have to spread the word. We bought a new house in the Northshore and the 3rd day we had water in our basement. There were roots in our drain - Ricks came and and blasted the roots away in less than an hour.

Then when I called to see if they could help with a gas line they recommended a local guy who did a great job. Can't recommend them enough.

Ricks is my go to expert company when my house runs into any drain or sewer problems. I have used them twice now...very quick, clean and professional. They show up on time as promised, come back on time as promised, do the repair work as promised, and stick to or beat the estimated costs as promised. Originally I had scheduled another company to perform work on my sewer and for whatever reason the company never came back to start or finish the work. Rick's was next door doing sewer work on my neighbor for the same issue we have and that is back up sewer. Well since I never heard back from the first company again I called Rick's and Jay came by and explained everything and gave me an estimate. That was 4 days ago and like clockwork they arrive as Jay said they would and completed the job in 4 hours. The other company said it would take 2 days. I am very happy with the professionalism of Rick's people starting with Sherry in their office, Jay and the men who came out and did the work. I will use them again and I highly recommend anyone looking for a company to do work for them call Rick's you will not regret it.

Used a different plumber with mailed coupons who recommended digging up my lawn with an impenetrable blockage. Called Ricks next and they rodded through the blockage in a few minutes. Promised to arrive in 2 hours and showed up in 1 hour. Charged me what they said on the phone. Gave some suggestions for maintenance instead of major work in the future. Pleasant and professional the whole time. Worth it to skip the coupon discount guys .

Ricks guys came on a Saturday morning and cleared our Evanston home sewer line in an
hour or so. Very professional and even showed us the clogged tree roots by camera. Luckily, no digging was necessary. They are the best.

Quick service, reasonable prices. A job well done. They worked in a tight crawlspace where others wouldn't
