I never post reviews but I feel compelled to recommend this plumbing company. Two days before leaving on a vacation, our water heater failed. Rick and his son-in-law arrived the next day, installed a new water heater, at a fair price, and the system is working better than ever! I've used these guys several times (after having experienced some real losers in the past) and they've come through every time.

Hire these guys! (but make sure they are still available for me when I need them please)....

SHOCKED by the horrible service. I was given an appointment of 10:00 am only for the plumber to not arrive until after 2:10 pm. To make matters worse, I was constantly told (in reality lied to) that the plumber was a short distance away. Do yourself a favor and go with another company.

We called Rick Campos Plumbing to fix a leaky faucet in my dad's bathroom. The service person they sent looked at the faucet, then asked my 90 year old father TO LOOK UP THE PART NEEDED AND ORDER IT HIMSELF! AND THEN HE LEFT! AFTER A 10 MIN. ""CALL"". This is completely UN-FRIGGIN' BELIEVABLE! When I called the office to speak to a supervisor to complain, after almost a half hour of waiting and being transferred, I was told it would be looked into, and SHE would order the part.

Well, it has been FIVE MONTHS since that call. We're still ""waiting"", and we have been billed $190 for this 10 min. visit that we were told to complete ourselves. WHO asks a client to find/order the part themselves?? This is a *crap* company that does NOT deserve your business!

We recently used RC plumbing and they were responsive, fast, and excellent. It's great to have experienced plumbers when you need them!

Rick Campos Plumbing was referred by friend. Plumbing has been one our worst categories in terms of good service but we now have someone we can rely on in the future.

We had sudden failure of our main gas line. Rick's crew came out one day later on holiday and started replacement job. We decided to replace the main water line too while trench was open.

HIGHLY recommend. Rick came out himself to supervise much of the work and was very particular about safety issues.

Rick Campos and his crew are competent, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I called them to replace a shower. Instead of the $2000 project I had anticipated, Mr. Campos suggested an alternative with which he made less money, but saved me a fortune. Very cool guy! I will call them first for all my plumbing needs.

Well as a business owner I have found that it never fails, something goes wrong or breaks down at the worst possible moment. Once you're in an emergency situation you are usually overcharged and under serviced. This is NOT the case with Rick Campos Plumbing and Heating. We were sure that our busy hair salon was in need of a new water heater in the middle of the day. UGH! We called Rick Campos and received fabulous service, not only did we not need a new water heater, but they checked all of our pipes, cleaned and advised how to keep this problem from happening again. The personal attention was amazing and they also found a linkage to a preexisting AC problem solving 2 huge problems at the same time. It is rare to find a plumbing company that is on time, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them without hesitation!!!!!

Used them in the past so called last week when heating failed. Was promised same day service and waited and waited and waited..... Technician Eduardo was a total no-show. Failed totally to answer calls. Maria in the office filed to return calls too. Terrible customer service and a huge disappointment. Would not recommend at all

Plumbers are efficient and honest. They don't try to hustle their customers for money. I have a good experience with them.
