When I called about getting my toilet drain unclogged I was not given any indication of what the price would be. Someone came out and cleared the line. He had to remove the old very small toilet to get the wipes that someone has been flushed in the toilet. He then put the toilet back. The entire process took 50 minutes and required no parts. I asked him what the charge was and he said he didn't know and I would get a bill. Nearly a month later I got a bill for $270. I feel this is very excessive for a job that one person did without using any parts, and took less than an hour. This was a regular week day. When I called about this I was brushed off by a woman who Insisted that this was a reasonable rate. I don't think it was. I think it was greatly excessive and very sneaky of this company to refuse to give the price either before or even right after it was done. They demanded a carte blanche on the price. I don't think this is any kind of professional way of doing business. I will never use them again and I would recommend that nobody else does either P.S. The man also left a terrible mess in my bathroom.

Rick Campos is my go-to plumbers. They are efficient, neat, and respectful. The dispatcher is pleasant and does her best to send someone out the day of your call.

This company has a contract with the Home Owners association for a condo that I own. As a result I am forced to use them. They're barely competent but because they have a monopoly on the building their attitude is surly, hostile and unprofessional. Just this week they failed to call my tenants to schedule a repair after I called twice. They use antiquated methods. They blamed my unit for a leak on a lower floor that was in fact caused by a pipe between units that the HOA is responsible for. My unit cost me over $5K to repair and my insurance wouldn't reimburse me. The damage to the lower floor was paid for by the HOA, an acknowledgment that my unit wasn't the cause. They're disorganized. Find another plumber - anyone will do a better job.

I never post reviews but I feel compelled to recommend this plumbing company. Two days before leaving on a vacation, our water heater failed. Rick and his son-in-law arrived the next day, installed a new water heater, at a fair price, and the system is working better than ever! I've used these guys several times (after having experienced some real losers in the past) and they've come through every time.

Hire these guys! (but make sure they are still available for me when I need them please)....

SHOCKED by the horrible service. I was given an appointment of 10:00 am only for the plumber to not arrive until after 2:10 pm. To make matters worse, I was constantly told (in reality lied to) that the plumber was a short distance away. Do yourself a favor and go with another company.

We called Rick Campos Plumbing to fix a leaky faucet in my dad's bathroom. The service person they sent looked at the faucet, then asked my 90 year old father TO LOOK UP THE PART NEEDED AND ORDER IT HIMSELF! AND THEN HE LEFT! AFTER A 10 MIN. ""CALL"". This is completely UN-FRIGGIN' BELIEVABLE! When I called the office to speak to a supervisor to complain, after almost a half hour of waiting and being transferred, I was told it would be looked into, and SHE would order the part.

Well, it has been FIVE MONTHS since that call. We're still ""waiting"", and we have been billed $190 for this 10 min. visit that we were told to complete ourselves. WHO asks a client to find/order the part themselves?? This is a *crap* company that does NOT deserve your business!

Rick Campos Plumbing was referred by friend. Plumbing has been one our worst categories in terms of good service but we now have someone we can rely on in the future.

We had sudden failure of our main gas line. Rick's crew came out one day later on holiday and started replacement job. We decided to replace the main water line too while trench was open.

HIGHLY recommend. Rick came out himself to supervise much of the work and was very particular about safety issues.
