Horrible experience even after being referred by a friend of the owner. Requested to have a toilet & shower head installed with our parts & a washer drain cleared. Came home to different parts being installed in our shower & a lame excuse as to why he could not fulfill our request. Was quoted a price that came in 10% higher when he was done & we still did not have what we requested. Went to leave for dinner & found our entire laundry room flooded due to their """"plumber"""" not reinserting the drain tube back into the drain pipe. That was day one. The next day they returned to correct what they messed up the first day & tried to charge us an additional 425$ for what was supposed to be already done. Upon completing that, their """"plumber"""" turned the water back on & flooded out master bedroom closet because apparently he failed to put glue on a fitting. To top it all off, I went to shower the next day & didn't have the pressure we were expecting. I removed the shower head & found the inside filled w/ debris from inside the line. I removed what appeared to be pebbles & plastic tape from inside the shower head & the pressure was acceptable. I would not recommend this company due to their incompetence, failure to apologize, trying to charge us again, & no offer of any kind to reimburse us for our time & frustration we went through due to their incompetence & unprofessional-ism. Should have just done it myself to start with.

This company doesn't let you down. They are very fair in their pricing and on time with their appointments. They send the best technicians to your home... very personable, knowledgeable and respectful. Especially PAUL!!! You won't be disappointed in selecting this company!!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!!!!

I call Richard's Plumbing because of the reviews I read, and was not disappointed. I had a very old toilet that was leaking and decided to replace it. The technician Paul3rd was very helpful and easy to talk to. He worked with me and offered good advice which helped me make my selection. He was in and out in a little over an hour, at a great price, which was lower than the estimate! Their services for plumbing and electrical is quite extensive, and I will call them again for any plumbing or Electrical needs.

We found a leak around the toilet on a Friday morning. We tried a neighbor's recommendation, but they wouldn't come until Monday, which is a problem when there is an active leak. I checked out Yelp and read the reviews for Richard's, and decided they were the ones to call. Good decision! Paul came right out and repaired the leak and explained to me what he was doing. It was a smaller problem than I had anticipated, so his integrity was appreciated, along with his expertise! We highly recommend them!

Richard's Plumbing was awesome. I called and was able to get someone out very quickly and the service tech was Paul. He was super friendly and professional and really knew his stuff about plumbing. Could not have had a better experience! Well, unless it was free, but the price was great, so I'm very happy.

We appreciated Richard's Plumbing's honesty. The other company wanted to jack hammer our floor to replace a so called leaky pipe which would have cost thousands of dollars. This was a down right lie. Richard's fixed the problem for a hundred dollars in under 30 minutes.

I'm so glad I found this company to repair a 40 year old shower in a half bath. Made an appointment and they were right on time, knew exactly what to do and did an exceptional job. I highly recommend them.
