I call Richard's Plumbing because of the reviews I read, and was not disappointed. I had a very old toilet that was leaking and decided to replace it. The technician Paul3rd was very helpful and easy to talk to. He worked with me and offered good advice which helped me make my selection. He was in and out in a little over an hour, at a great price, which was lower than the estimate! Their services for plumbing and electrical is quite extensive, and I will call them again for any plumbing or Electrical needs.

Needed a outdoor faucet replaced. It was dripping. They showed up on time. He installed a new faucet, a $12.00 part. Was there less than 15 minutes. It was nearly $250.00. Not a good value.

Today is the second time that I needed to use Richards Plumbing. Jose showed up bright and early and did a excellent job. He was meticulous about his work and cleaned up after he was done! Great job Jose and Richar's Plumbing!!!!

Do NOT use this company. They promised to show up between 2p-4p. I had a friend arrive at my home early just in case to meet them as I was working but came home at 2p. I called at 3:30p to follow up on their arrival and they said within an hour. Then I received a call that they would not be out at all. A project is going longer than expected. And they have to reschedule 8 other customers as well. WHAT? You don't call me early to tell me this when you have my number. Now they want to re-schedule and I have to take more time off work without pay and hope they will be there? They don't work Saturdays. You should if you have done this to 8 customers. Forget it, no. Ridiculous.

Paul and Erickson came out very quickly, they were excellent solved the leaking in my shower. i thought it was going to take days, and was stressed. BUT it took an hour with lots of laughs and informative conversations about was wrong and how it has been fixed. I appreciate the fact that they cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant to work with!

I chose Richard to replace a broken water heater because they had good online reviews and a good reputation among longtime local residents. Beth in the office and Jeff who did the install we're both great to deal with. Their prices are competitive and the quality to me seemed top-notch. I will call them again for future projects and strongly recommend them.

Horrible experience even after being referred by a friend of the owner. Requested to have a toilet & shower head installed with our parts & a washer drain cleared. Came home to different parts being installed in our shower & a lame excuse as to why he could not fulfill our request. Was quoted a price that came in 10% higher when he was done & we still did not have what we requested. Went to leave for dinner & found our entire laundry room flooded due to their """"plumber"""" not reinserting the drain tube back into the drain pipe. That was day one. The next day they returned to correct what they messed up the first day & tried to charge us an additional 425$ for what was supposed to be already done. Upon completing that, their """"plumber"""" turned the water back on & flooded out master bedroom closet because apparently he failed to put glue on a fitting. To top it all off, I went to shower the next day & didn't have the pressure we were expecting. I removed the shower head & found the inside filled w/ debris from inside the line. I removed what appeared to be pebbles & plastic tape from inside the shower head & the pressure was acceptable. I would not recommend this company due to their incompetence, failure to apologize, trying to charge us again, & no offer of any kind to reimburse us for our time & frustration we went through due to their incompetence & unprofessional-ism. Should have just done it myself to start with. FOLLOW UP FROM RESPONSE FROM OWNER Tried to call them twice, both times put on hold & advised that someone would call me back shortly. NO CALL, NO RESPONSE. OBVIOUSLY JUST PUTTING ON A SHOW FOR SOCIAL MEDIA. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & CALL A PROFESSIONAL!!!

Earlier today someone from this company changed out our backflow as a subcontractor for the County. Shortly after, an old irrigation system (that we didn't even know we had) ruptured and sprinkler heads started popping out all over the yard, spewing water. As previously mentioned, we didn't even know it existed and have never used it. We don't even know where the shutoff valve for it is, which is the biggest issue as we had to turn off the water from the main valve until we can get it all fixed. When my husband contacted the company, they told us they were not at fault and we would be responsible for the damage. This is absolutely unacceptable and we have already reached out to the County for assistance with this issue.
