Do NOT use this company. They promised to show up between 2p-4p. I had a friend arrive at my home early just in case to meet them as I was working but came home at 2p. I called at 3:30p to follow up on their arrival and they said within an hour. Then I received a call that they would not be out at all. A project is going longer than expected. And they have to reschedule 8 other customers as well. WHAT? You don't call me early to tell me this when you have my number. Now they want to re-schedule and I have to take more time off work without pay and hope they will be there? They don't work Saturdays. You should if you have done this to 8 customers. Forget it, no. Ridiculous.

Today is the second time that I needed to use Richards Plumbing. Jose showed up bright and early and did a excellent job. He was meticulous about his work and cleaned up after he was done! Great job Jose and Richar's Plumbing!!!!

I had a great experience with Paul from Richard's Plumming today. I had leaky shower Faucet in bathroom which I thought was going to be a nightmare, because main body of valves needed to be replaced behind tile and drywall. Paul was on time, scheduled for repair and did complete repair within an hour and a half. I was very pleased with the way I was treated and the job he did. I will continue using Richards Plumbing with any plumbing issues I have in the future. Rick Stephens

As a weekend DIY warrior we had a small snafu while retiling our shower. The new tile was quite thick and our bathtub faucet was leaking. We called Richards this morning and they were out the same day. Jeff was pleasant and patient. He got us and running with mininimal trouble. The service was reasonably priced. Thank you Crystal for answering my questions when I called to schedule and to Richards Plumbing. I know plumbers are a sticky subject with most but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them.

I am caregiver for a client in the Peridia Golfing community. When I arrived on Fri May4 he said there was water on the floor around his toilet. After much debate about who to call we chose Richards Plumbing because all the reviews were excellent. They certainly were the best choice. It was late in the afternoon but Greg was here within the hour and he was polite and courteous to my client. We are going to remember Richard's Plumbing for future plumbing issues! I was in the market for a hot water tank because mine was not producing hot water. Richards Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend that had used them after having researching several other plumbers. She chose Richards Plumbing because they were prompt, honest, knowledgeable ,and fair prices. I definitely found that to be true as well. Ben assisted me with my purchase. I chose a tankless hot water heater. Delivery was as promised, plumber had it almost completely installed when I changed my mind & wanted. a regular hot water tank. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock but would have one in a few days...soooooo the plumber reinstalled my old hot water tank. IMAGINE that !!! No complaints....wanted me to be happy.. I went in and tested my water feeling depressed that I would not have hot water for a few days...BUT guess what!! I had hot water. Don't really know why but perhaps the fact that the tank was completely drained may be the reason. So therefore I didn't really need a new tank now. Richards Plumbers will certainly receive a phone call when in fact I need one.Not only were they all that I described above but they went aboue & beyond being patient, courteous, and only charged me for a service call.

Needed a leaky faucet replaced. They were very professional when I called. Also, made an effort to fit me in right away. Mitchell answered the service call. Mitchell was very efficient and finished the job in a timely manner. Very happy with the company. Absolutely would recommend.
