We contacted Richard's team to get a quote for replacing our furnace as we had a newborn in the house and we were concerned with the age and poor efficiency of our existing furnace.

Daniel stood hands above all other estimators in his consultation and he suggested relocation of furnace to crawl space after learning of our plans to remodel basement to free up valuable floor space for development. He also suggested zoned system to allow future tenant to control heat independently from main floor.

Pricing was very competitive and working with the team was straightforward and professional. They showed up on time, consulted with us regularly on progress and left work area spotless. Daniel and team also worked closely with us throughout the install process to accommodate our needs to minimize any potential rework once our remodeling took place.

End result is toasty home that is much more comfortable with more even heating at lower cost and we have an additional 100ft for our studio remodel. Thanks Daniel and Richard!

Very thankful for Richard and Daniel. I had a time sensitive gas line project that they worked hard to help me with. The job could have cost me thousands, but Daniel and Richard found a way to do it safely and efficiently for less than $1,000!
Daniel showed up on time, worked with a smile on his face, and kept me informed along the way.
When the gas line project was complete, Daniel came inside to test my pilot lights and make sure they were lit. In the process of lighting my furnace pilot light, Daniel noticed that some screws were loose on the furnace cover, a big safety hazard. Without me asking, he brought in a drill and some screws, and secured the furnace cover properly. I'm a little embarrassed to say that the furnace cover had been loose/unsecured for over 2 years! And Daniel fixed it in about 5 minutes.
These guys are honest and they understand how to make customers happy! Will definitely be back for future projects (which hopefully won't be needed for awhile). Thanks Daniel and Richard!

Richard and his team are amazing. They are highly professional and knowledgeable. I had an original gravity furnace from the 1920's, wrapped in asbestos. With the growing extremes in weather, I had been researching alternatives for both heat and air conditioning. I settled on a heat pump as I also plan to go solar in the future, which can power the electric system. I called Richard out based on his Yelp review to get his thoughts, and he was incredibly knowledgeable. He provided me with a couple different scenarios, including the pros and cons for current and future configurations. I settled on an amazingly efficient AND quiet Fujitsu heat pump with multiple zone controls that will allow us to expand to our garage in the event we ever turn it into another room. I was so impressed with the work that I asked Richard about other improvements I could make, such as replacing my water heater among other things. Not surprising, Richard told me I would be wasting my money. Richard will not try to sell you something you don't need, unlike many outfits. If you are looking for a local, knowledgeable, fair priced crew, go with Richard and his team. And, I forgot to mention he also took care of organizing the crew to get rid of the asbestos, one less thing for me to worry about. Thanks, Richard!
