I had an appointment for 11am today with them, I confirmed with them yesterday that my appointment was still on, but when confirming it they asked if I can do 8am instead of 11am. I said yes so I arranged time to be there this morning. But I got a call 9 minutes before 8am today which is in the 8am-9am time frame to arrive. They called at 7:51. Said something about sick kid, and the other parent is a teacher. I know that teachers have substitutes that can teach and when the primary teacher is available such as when the teacher is sick This would have been better than them cancelling my plumbing appointment 9 minutes before the arrival time range. I confirmed the appointment the day before and where I arranged time to be at home for the appointment. I guess they don't want new business and want bad reviews on the internet, such as Yelp, Google etc..... They could have arranged another licensed plumber to come out, though it might have been a little later, but at least still in the morning.

When I originally called this company, the guys were there within a couple of hours, on a Friday afternoon. They were friendly and professional, and rebuilt my kitchen sink pipes in a hurry. However, they did not test the pipes to see if they would reach my kitchen sink. When I called again on Monday to tell them of the mistake, they said they would rebuild it again, but would still charge me. I think they should have fixed the mistake, free of charge, so that's why I'm giving them 3 stars.

They showed up earlier than expected, made sure to look at everything we explained to them, they began to do their thing and started explaining and offering their expert opinion and advice. Thankfully, all we required was a donut replacement for our guest toilet. They were friendly and professional and thorough. I highly recommend you make them your next plumber. We found ourselves in a new (to us) home with a garbage disposal that wouldn't work. I phoned Richard C. Fox Plumbing on Monday morning and his plumbers had the disposal working again in just a few minutes. There was no high-pressure sales pitch for any services we didn't need. The plumbers were personable and professional, and the final cost was a pleasant surprise. I requested business cards for any future plumbing needs we may have, as well as to hand out to neighbors who may find themselves in need. Richard C. Fox Plumbing was a great choice and, while we HOPE to never need plumbing services again, this will be our first call if we do!

I have dealt with Richard C. Fox on two occasions and about to venture on my third. I would not deal with any other company. They are honest, reputable, and provide a peace of mind service. I have had them re-plumb a bathroom area, put in a new garbage disposal and now they will be working on shut-off valves for my laundry area. Richard C. Fox gets back to you as quick as possible. I was referred to them by a friend and am so glad that she did. I have dealt with several of their employees and every one of them has been professional. You can't get better than that. I know when people read reviews they sometimes think, is this someone that is paid by the company or the company that puts them up to it? I can honestly say, this is an HONEST down to earth review. You don't get better service than Richard C. Fox.

Gave Richard C. Fox plumbing a call after hours after what started as a intermittent leak in my garage roof became constant. Left a voicemail and within a half hour had two calls back within minutes of each other. Shane and Josh both called advising they could come out. Advised it might be an A/C issue not a plumbing one but would come out and take a look. Fortunately Josh was in the area and was at the house within 20min. Must be clairvoyant because after taking one look in the attic found it was my A/C handler leaking and not a plumbing issue at all! Gave me a referral number of an A/C company here in town. Offered to pay the after hours fee, but was told to consider it a courtesy call at no charge. Will definitely be keeping these folks in my contacts and know who I'm calling when I need plumbing service. Thanks Josh and Shane!!
