Gave Richard C. Fox plumbing a call after hours after what started as a intermittent leak in my garage roof became constant. Left a voicemail and within a half hour had two calls back within minutes of each other. Shane and Josh both called advising they could come out. Advised it might be an A/C issue not a plumbing one but would come out and take a look. Fortunately Josh was in the area and was at the house within 20min. Must be clairvoyant because after taking one look in the attic found it was my A/C handler leaking and not a plumbing issue at all! Gave me a referral number of an A/C company here in town. Offered to pay the after hours fee, but was told to consider it a courtesy call at no charge. Will definitely be keeping these folks in my contacts and know who I'm calling when I need plumbing service. Thanks Josh and Shane!!

Came out on a holiday for a quote for a repipe. Honest, fair estimate. After gathering 6 total estimates, I went with them. They answered all of my questions honestly and with no strings attached. I appreciated how much they were willing to make it happen, never said anything about any other competitors, and made it about the job itself, not how they compare to others. I am telling everyone I know to go with Fox plumbing. When the county inspector came to inspect their work, no problems, and he himself said that """"Fox is one of the good guys, and not to be nosey, but I saw the estimate, and that's a great price for great work."""" Use them and see for yourself!

Used this company to redo all the plumbing underneath a mobile home, and was pleased with the pricing ($1,000) and the work that was done. Then 5 months later I had an issue with a blocked sink. I was quoted $85 if it was just to unclog the line and it was done very easily. Which it was, but then the worker said that the sink was not vented and needed to be vented. I asked him how much that would cost, and he quoted me $50, so I told him to go ahead and do it. The sink had not been vented for 15+ years and was fine, but for $50, I figured why not. Well when I got the invoice, it was for $170 in total. When I questioned it, I was told that I was charged for another hour of labor at $85. This was never disclosed to me when I asked for a price to vent the sink. I was ridiculed by the owner and he wouldn't accept the liability that his employee quoted me wrong. I told him that if he had of quoted $135.00 to vent the sink that was like that for 15+ years I would have declined to have it done. He then got abrasive with e and kept talking over me and told me to pay what I wanted and to lose his phone number. I did just that. So if you want to work with someone that will mistreat you and treat you badly, then this is your plumber, if not the I suggest you find someone else! ANYONE ELSE!

We found ourselves in a new (to us) home with a garbage disposal that wouldn't work. I phoned Richard C. Fox Plumbing on Monday morning and his plumbers had the disposal working again in just a few minutes. There was no high-pressure sales pitch for any services we didn't need. The plumbers were personable and professional, and the final cost was a pleasant surprise. I requested business cards for any future plumbing needs we may have, as well as to hand out to neighbors who may find themselves in need. Richard C. Fox Plumbing was a great choice and, while we HOPE to never need plumbing services again, this will be our first call if we do!

When I originally called this company, the guys were there within a couple of hours, on a Friday afternoon. They were friendly and professional, and rebuilt my kitchen sink pipes in a hurry. However, they did not test the pipes to see if they would reach my kitchen sink. When I called again on Monday to tell them of the mistake, they said they would rebuild it again, but would still charge me. I think they should have fixed the mistake, free of charge, so that's why I'm giving them 3 stars.
