If I could do 10 stars I would. Ryan, the owner of Rhino Rooter is amazing. He worked not stop until he was able to clear my sewer line of all the roots and saved me thousands on a sewer line replacement. He kept me informed of the progress and cost every step of the way. He's so knowledgeable, reliable, cost reasonable and trustworthy. He will always be my plumber. I recommend him and his company 100%!!

When everything works out it's great, but when there's a problem that's when you find out the integrity of a contractor. And my callback would have been a few minutes fix. Being strung along is frustrating especially after you pay a little chunk of cash. Paying someone else to correct the fix is disappointing but you have to move on. Solace is telling the 4 neighbors who asked me last week if I knew a plumber--who not to call.
Ignoring my small problem is really nothing, but someday you'll ignore the wrong client and so good luck with the CSLB.

Ryan saved us from what could had been a major disaster. It was after hours that our toilet downstairs was flooding but he came promptly to fix the problems. He didn't overcharge us. He cleaned up after the job. We have a plumber for life. Highly recommend him.

I can echo much of what has already been said about Ryan's service. He was thorough, thoughtful and clear about each step he took throughout the process. I had two plumbers out before him to assess a strange squeeling sound coming from my pipes. Both plumbers failed to properly assess the problem, and even though we could not recreate the problem while Ryan was here, he was able to provide a clear solution with a pressure regulator valve explaining how it would work, and how it would likely address the problem. He then laid out what we could do if it did not work. The second plumber I had out provided a future plan too, but the explanation was unclear and did not seem at all logical to what we were facing. I'd highly recommend Ryan for any plumbing needs you have.

Ryan has done outstanding work for me twice. This past summer, I did a simple bathroom refresh - new vanity with faucet install and a new toilet. He truly impressed me with his authentic nature, straightforward communication and professional approach to his business. It was a small job, but he took it seriously and took pride in his work. I knew I found my new ""go to"" plumber, which is critical owning a home built in 1960 with original pipes! Fast forward to this past week. Things got real. It became evident that a main line under the kitchen had given way. I texted and he got back to me within minutes, he had other jobs to get through, but would get to me by the end of day - responsive and prompt! Long story: short version - it was a major job, he approached it with a solid plan, executed, and completed an extremely difficult fix under this very old home. Did I mention he had to dig out the crawl space? And there were spiders? And the pipe had not just given way...it had been compromised for quite some time and no one had caught it? It truly was Rhino to the rescue! Well done! I am grateful for your fine work, Ryan!

Ryan came and hooked up our new outdoor grill set to our natural gas line. It's so fabulous being able to use natural gas instead of propane.
Ryan was thorough making sure everything was done right and worked.
Poor Ryan is going to have to come back because the conversation kit I bought only came with half of what I needed ( thanks Costco). But Ryan was so professional and kind we are excited to use his services again.
While he was here I mentioned my daughters shower growls when running. He took time to check it out and fixed that too.

Ryan was able to solve all of my plumbing needs. He is very knowledgeable, extremely transparent and easy to work with. He was able to come out the same day and his prices for each job were more than reasonable. If you're collecting bids, make sure to contact Ryan first.
