If I could do 10 stars I would. Ryan, the owner of Rhino Rooter is amazing. He worked not stop until he was able to clear my sewer line of all the roots and saved me thousands on a sewer line replacement. He kept me informed of the progress and cost every step of the way. He's so knowledgeable, reliable, cost reasonable and trustworthy. He will always be my plumber. I recommend him and his company 100%!!

When everything works out it's great, but when there's a problem that's when you find out the integrity of a contractor. And my callback would have been a few minutes fix. Being strung along is frustrating especially after you pay a little chunk of cash. Paying someone else to correct the fix is disappointing but you have to move on. Solace is telling the 4 neighbors who asked me last week if I knew a plumber--who not to call.
Ignoring my small problem is really nothing, but someday you'll ignore the wrong client and so good luck with the CSLB.

Ryan saved us from what could had been a major disaster. It was after hours that our toilet downstairs was flooding but he came promptly to fix the problems. He didn't overcharge us. He cleaned up after the job. We have a plumber for life. Highly recommend him.

I can echo much of what has already been said about Ryan's service. He was thorough, thoughtful and clear about each step he took throughout the process. I had two plumbers out before him to assess a strange squeeling sound coming from my pipes. Both plumbers failed to properly assess the problem, and even though we could not recreate the problem while Ryan was here, he was able to provide a clear solution with a pressure regulator valve explaining how it would work, and how it would likely address the problem. He then laid out what we could do if it did not work. The second plumber I had out provided a future plan too, but the explanation was unclear and did not seem at all logical to what we were facing. I'd highly recommend Ryan for any plumbing needs you have.
