I am so impressed by the professionalism shown by this father and son team. The two of them communicate so clearly and work so well together. They were johnny on the spot both times I called for help. I thought we needed them to install an outside clean out. Our line was blocked for different reasons each time. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to clear the line promptly for a very fair price. They provided much needed education about how to avoid the problems we were having in the future. Until today I had some pleasant experiences with this company. A couple of weeks ago while at my home for another problem, I told them about my dripping shower. Without looking at it, they advised that I go on line and buy a new cartridge then call them. They said to buy two, just in case I couldn't find the cartridges in the future. I trusted their knowledge and bought 2 -- over a $100. Then they return to change out the cartridge and leave telling me the drip is fixed. That's not true. It's still dripping. I called and was told, well, it must not be the cartridge. Paid for a service call with no resolution and no problem solving!!!!! No offer to come back and take another look. What about taking off the shower head and seeing if the problem is there? Or maybe you didn't tighten the cartridge enough? Now I have to call another plumber. So I""m in over $200 and still have a drip in my shower.

Best plumbers in Ventura County! Both Tim and Tim are genuinely just great people! They installed our reverse osmosis system, fixed drainage issues and installed our new toiletries at a very reasonable cost! Even when I ""thought"" our new toilette was acting funny they came over immediately to take a look and it turned out to just be an issue that I had caused by putting those blue chlorox tablets in the toilet bowl to keep it clean. Come to find out those are horrible for the life of your toilette. They are awesome! They are knowledgeable and super nice!!

Great experience. I called them at 10 am and they were here by 4 pm. I had a clogged bathroom sink and they unclogged it and cleaned up after themselves in 15 minutes. Price was reasonable and the father and son team were extremely professional and friendly. I strongly recommend and will you them again for future plumbing problems.
