Today we had Rhino Plumbing out at the house to replace hot water heater, dishwasher, bathroom faucet, and a couple hose bibs. I must say the father/sons team were #1. Showed up right on time,Tim Sr.-Tim-Josh got right to work, we needed a couple of install kits, NP , Tim Sr. drove out to pick them up while the 2 son got right to work. They know their job well !!! Professional-Clean- Quality Work and worked quickly. They are HONEST and wont gouge you like many other local companies. They quoted me a price for my job, not an hourly rate that can be dragged on all day long. I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND Rhino Plumbing to anybody looking for a local family run plumbing business, in which the OWNERS do the work themselves. They take PRIDE in their work and it shows !!!!

I have used Rhino Plumbing twice. A couple of years ago our toilet starting back up and overflowing one morning. We had a big event that day so was such bad timing. Tim was at our house within the hour. Very friendly and professional and had our toilet unclogged quickly and at a reasonable price. The second time our hot water heater went out. I couldn't be at home so left our side door to our garage unlocked for him. He took care of everything. The water heater was properly fastened and everything was cleaned up by the time I returned home. The price was fair and I had a hot shower that night. I would highly recommend Rhino Plumbing.

They would have had a stellar 5 star review unfortunately Tim just wanted to take advantage of us during this COVID 19 pandemic. Not only did he charge $500 to replace some tankless water heater parts (which is fine) but he had to come back a couple days later to replace one part that wasn't delivered. He was 40 minutes late to arrive that morning and it only took him 15 minutes to replace it. He then said it was another $150 to replace it. He said he was an expert plus the cost of gas and his valuable time was worth it, and if I wanted hot water that is the cost. Be weary...

About five or six years ago, I had a ""ghost flushing"" problem with one of my toilets. Anyway, since I'm not really a handyman kind of guy, I called four plumbing companies to get quotes. Well, when I spoke with Timmy, he not only quoted me the lowest price but, even more importantly, he took the time to speak with me like a good friend and advised me that it was a relatively quick fix that I could easily do myself to save money. With that, he instructed me on how to do so and after we got off the phone, I bought the part needed (a flush valve seal) then proceeded to do as he instructed (with supporting help from a YouTube video). Well, he was right; it was a pretty quick repair and I became an ""expert"" on fixing ghost flushing problems from that day on. Continuing on...

Fast forward to a week ago, I had a termite company service my home for a minor termite problem. Long story short, during the treatment process, the assigned technician accidentally drilled through a water line in the kitchen that caused water damage to the associated walls, which in turn caused other problems. Fortunately, the termite company took full responsibility and promptly carried out the appropriate actions, which included getting a plumber for us. They asked me if I had a preference for a particular plumber and remembering Timmy's kind gesture from years ago, I requested for them to call him and they did. Unfortunately, Tim was busy on another job and couldn't get to me in a timely manner. So, the termite company went with another plumbing company (actually two other companies because the first one was pretty shady, which is another story in itself...). Anyway, the second plumbing company made the pipe repair pretty efficiently but did so in a way that troubled me. So...

To give me peace of mind that the repair by the other company was completed correctly, I called Timmy and asked him to come over to assess the work done and give me his honest opinion about it. Well, in between jobs, he made time to come over and inspect it, and thankfully, he told me that the way the other plumber repaired the pipe was exactly the way he would have done it too (parts included). Moreover, he also allayed all the other concerns I had about it. When he was finished, I felt much better and got the closure I needed before letting our kitchen contractor start work to restore our kitchen.

The point with me expressing all of the above and the five star rating I've given to Timmy, is that I really appreciate the kindness he's shown me. In both instances with my dealings with him, on the first occasion, he could have simply come over to make the quick repair and easy money but he didn't. Instead, he taught me how to do it myself. On the second occasion (today), he could have charged me full price for his second opinion service but he didn't. So, with all of that, he's completely won me over as a customer and inspired me to write this review. As such, I will always go to him for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.

Unbelievable incompetence. Simple job. Plumbing situation made worse by Rhino. They didn't check their ""work"" upon completion. Water now drips under the kitchen sink. I discovered the drip too late. The cabined is destroyed. Minus hundreds of dollars for their ""workmanship"", plus whatever it costs to fix the cabinet. They also left a lot of trash behind. These are the worst plumbers we've ever encountered.

Outstanding service. This father /son team is honest and they know their trade. You're getting local people with skill. They know my house and are great about laying out options as the plumbing in my house ages.

Needed to have our drains unplugged took time off from work to be home for scheduled appt. but they were running be hind a could not make the appt. on time so I went back to work. Needed them again months later for the same problem and had to take time off from work to let them in and once again the were running behind and could not make the appt.

BEWARE. This company was hired by the seller's real estate agent in June of 2017 to replace the entire sewer system for a house I bought. They made three pot holes to do their work. In July of 2017, I found a sink hole next to the house. The plumber I called said the company that did the work, clearly, had not compacted the backfill as they were required to do. When I called Rhino, they denied it was their fault. They responded slowly, not until the real estate agent contacted them. They reluctantly came and filled in the one foot deep sink hole. Again. A second sink hole closer to the street appeared after a heavy rain along with a giant puddle across the front yard. The plumber repaired a cracked pipe. The plumber said the pipe cracked as a result of Rhino's inferior work which had caused the collapse of the dirt and, therefore, the cracked pipe. We suffered no water for several hours, had to call the water company to come shut off the water, and hire a plumber to repair the pipes. I informed Rhino again of the result of their shoddy work and heard nothing from them. I also informed the real estate agents involved. I did not sew Rhino because the original contract was between them and the seller's agent. To gain standing, I would have had to sew my agent who would have had to look to the seller's agent who ultimately would have looked to Rhino. Rhino does shoddy work and is irresponsive and irresponsible. BEWARE.

These guys are absolutely the best! They are fair, quick and super nice, plus they do great work. They've been our plumbers for years and I always feel like I'm treated with respect. I highly recommend them! Rhino Plumbing is as good as it gets!

You should hire Rhino when you need a plumber. I hesitate to say this because Tim and his son are so good that I'm afraid they'll become unavailable to me when I need them.

They have the knowledge, experience and common sense that is truly remarkable. They perform and they have never failed to solve any problems I've thrown at them in short order at reasonable cost

I own three properties and I would not hire any other plumber at this point..
