From a young age, Jeremy Reynolds pursued a career as an electrician, influenced by his father and grandfather.
In 1996, at just 16 years old, Jeremy became a licensed apprentice electrician.
At 21, in 2001, Jeremy made history as the second youngest licensed journeyman electrician in the state.
Jeremy took a two-year break from Reynolds Electric, during which he worked as a self-employed general contractor.
In 2007, he returned to the company as Vice President and General Manager.
Jeremy earned his Supervising Electrician license in 2008.
Jeremy took on the role of President and sole shareholder of New Reynolds Electric Inc. on January 1, 2009.

From start to finish this company is the BEST service company I have ever worked with. Zoe in the office truly cares about their customer needs and makes scheduling miracles happen. The electrician Steven Oslund who hooked up the hot tub after it was delivered was very nice to deal with and he also made sure we were happy. Reynolds initially had to add a breaker, GFI and the lines to where we were setting up our hot tub. From start to finish, everything was perfect, I highly recommend Reynold Electric.

Had Reynolds Electric come check out a home my fiance and I are selling. We needed a couple light fixtures swapped out, we had a switch that wasn't working and we needed some help because we had an inspection performed that talked about how the refrigerator is wired. Reynolds sent out a younger kid -- very nice and polite -- who was happy to help.

I showed him a portion of the inspection report and he had questions. He asked me for the contact information for whom performed the inspection so he could speak to him and ensure he fully understood what was on the report so he could quote me peoperly.

The total ended up being around $435.00 for the work, which is reasonable. The tech that was sent knew some of the movers I had hired (who also did good work), so I believe I hired the right companies. He made the fixture swap, fixed the switch, and sorted out what needed to be done with the fridge so it was properly up to code. Whole peocess took an hour and some of that was waiting to get ahold of the inspector to ensure I got everything done that I needed.

I would absolutely hire Reynolds Electric in the future when I next need an electrician. Quick, efficient, quality, reasonable work.

So at the start of COVID-19 in March I needed a electrician to come to my house. When I made the appointment I was told that the electrician will be coming to my door with a mask on and have it on the whole time he was in my house. That was not the case. I wanted to say something to him. But he came across as a jerk so I did not say anything. After he left I called And complained about it. I got a call back from a company big wig who told me that it was handled. He also so Took a percentage off my bill. I was happy about that. I needed electrician to come to my house a few months ago. Called to make an appointment to be told that they will longer be working with me because I had a problem with their electrician.. This was at the start of Covid when we did not know much about it. I called in about to be able to keep people safe and this is the thanks I get. It really really upset me. There customer service sucks.

My in-laws are getting older and are having troubles with mentation. They recently made an emergent after hours call to Reynolds. I feel they were way overcharged and taken advantage of. They were convinced they needed all new equipment. Perhaps this company used to be good. My in-laws are well to do and vulnerable. Now that they have family looking out for their needs we will not be using this company, nor will we recommend them to anybody.
