My in-laws are getting older and are having troubles with mentation. They recently made an emergent after hours call to Reynolds. I feel they were way overcharged and taken advantage of. They were convinced they needed all new equipment. Perhaps this company used to be good. My in-laws are well to do and vulnerable. Now that they have family looking out for their needs we will not be using this company, nor will we recommend them to anybody.

We used to be customers with them for 15 years. Unfortunately, they changed ownership and business models. Their technicians are not as good as they used to have. Most of the old crew left. In the last two repairs we had, they were horrible. We had to hire another electrician to correct their job. Don't go there. I recommend you take your business to someone else.

Kudos to Kim!

I had a riddle, wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma.... to borrow a phrase.

I turned on a light, heard the pop of a breaker tripping and part of the house went dark. Reset the breaker and nothing... I have several years maintenance and construction experience, but this bugger had me stumped. Checked my GFI outlets and nothing. Looked under the house, no squirrel barbecue on a chewed wire or anything going on, just nothing.

I had used Reynold's last year for a different issue and was satisfied, so I called them back and was able to have an electrician come out that day.
Kimberly (Kim), a Residential Journeyman Electrician called from a job site and asked if I could text her a pic of the panel box, which I did. Kinda smart actually because she was able to make sure she had the right parts on hand for that particular model.

Still, i have some experience myself and that is a dangerous thing. I was a construction supervisor assistant among many other things on my resume, and when Kim arrived it took me all of 3 minutes to discover that she knows more than me (happy dance!), which was a relief!

I also found her to be professional and very courteous. Her work methods appeared to be methodical and deliberate, yea, she's done this before, so I left her alone so she could think and stayed within earshot for any questions she may have.

Anybody who owns a Manufactured will understand this, ......what were they thinking...? ....anyway, before I digress..

Some things just can not be fixed, so we made plans for her to come back the next day and just replace the circuit. So after some drilling and a lot of crawling under the house, I had a new circuit wired up with quality (proper) materials for the job and all is functioning again!

Thank You Reynold's for sending me a contractor who actually knows more than me, and Thank You Kim for a job well done!

Brandon did a great job for me. It was a small job, but I will have more in the near future and I will call Reynolds Electric and ask them to send Brandon back. He was courteous, prompt, efficient, and very helpful. I appreciated the assistance.

Personable and efficient fellow. It was at 5, so they charged time and a half. What they didn't tell me was that there was an additional $99 dispatch charge for coming ""after hours"". You should get a clear estimate before starting.

This firm is the total package from Tara answering the phone to Brandon on the ground making things work. This a bad time of year to have an irrigation system fail. Unlike some competitors Tara was able to immediately schedule us for the next day for a service call. Later that day Tara found a spot open up so Brandon was able to come out the same day to get the pump up and running. It was a simple fix due to a stuck contact but Brandon was a total professional and checked out the complete system and made recommendations for future maintenance to keep things running smoothly. Quality from scheduling to project completion, that's what customer service is all about. I will recommend and use Reynolds Electric for future needs!

Doug came and fixed an outlet that was starting to overheat and melt. He replaced two other plugs while he was at it. He was very professional, friendly and efficient while answering all the questions I asked him. I would definitely use Reynolds again if I have any other electrical issues!

We just had Reynolds install a 240v charger outlet on our front porch for plugging in a cord and charging our new hybrid car.
