From a young age, Jeremy Reynolds pursued a career as an electrician, influenced by his father and grandfather.
Jeremy earned his licensed apprentice electrician status in 1996 when he was only 16.
By 2001, at 21, he achieved the distinction of being the second youngest licensed journeyman electrician in state history.
Jeremy took a two-year break from Reynolds Electric, during which he worked as a self-employed general contractor.
Jeremy rejoined the company in 2007, taking on the role of Vice President and General Manager.
In 2008, he obtained his Supervising Electrician license.
Jeremy took on the role of President and sole shareholder of New Reynolds Electric Inc. on January 1, 2009.

I had an electrician and plumbers from Reynolds all in one day. Every single person went above and beyond to help me with the issues in my house. They not only listened to my concerns, they provided a number of proposals to help. I was given choices, issues were fixed, and the entire time all the gentlemen were extremely respectful and a true joy to work with. Not only were the technicians amazing, but every person in the office I spoke to was super nice. I strongly suggest you try Reynolds for electrical and plumbing work. They are truly amazing!

Every interaction we've had with Reynolds has been wonderful! From plumbing to electrical needs, this company has come through for us with clear communication, swift appointment scheduling, and excellent quality of work. Technician turned off the water main, then turned on an outdoor faucet to verify that it was off. And he left that faucet on. Hours later I discovered that the back yard was flooded. Technician unlocked the back door, and left it unlocked. Technician was rude and had an offensive attitude. But most of all: I was charged $600 to replace a faucet. Reynolds plumbing stole money from me by charging me a completely unreasonable fee.
UPDATE: within an hour of posting my review, I received a call from the Director of Service. He was very upset about the service that I received, and apologized profusely. He stated that the employee is a new employee and he will be addressing these issues with that employee. And I was provided with a full refund. This is a company that clearly has high standards when it comes to customer service. I am changing my 1 star to 5 stars.

Dishonest advertising. Gave full, exhaustive response to their 'get a quote' form here, including photos. Waited 48 hours. No response, even though their Yelp posting says an average response time of 20 minutes. Called. Was told that not only would I not get a free quote from my description and photos, the only way I would get a quote at all was by having them come out, and if I didn't like the quote they'd charge me $89 for the trouble. Refused to give me ANY ballpark range for the very clear request of changing iut a tub faucet. The woman then transferred me to her manager, who began a very condescending manplaining monologue. Incredibly rude. They may be good technicians, but I don't trust them enough to give them a try after that initial experience.

My water heater timer started a humming noise. Pretty irritating and I was worried it might stop working and turn the water heater off. There is no way for a homeowner to bypass a 220 water heater wire!! Reynolds had installed the water heater timer and it was still in warranty period. The electrician came out and looked at it within 3 hours of my call. We looked at the options and I decided to have the timer eliminated entirely. They did everything no charge since it was in the warranty period and I have been a customer using them for many other jobs. I have an owner built home and everytime I open up walls on a remodel, there is something electrical to fix. Reynolds has done several jobs along those lines, they installed outdoor lighting under our BBQ cover, they installed the interlock switch for our backup generator, replaced our outdoor lights with LED fixtures, etc. They are on time, do a great job, the electricians are friendly and knowledgeable and explain what they are doing, and they get the appropriate permits. Yes, they may not be the cheapest as someone working out of their garage, but this is a case of getting what you pay for. And since I know next to nothing about electricity, I have to rely on them to advise me correctly. All in all, I highly recommend them.

Came out same day to do an estimate to replace hot water heater. They were here 5 minutes and gave me an estimate of $4,200 to replace hot water heater with a hot water heater. This was not for a tankless heater.

I spent $89 service call for a five minute estimate. No diagnostic on current heater just an estimate that based on preliminary research seemed very high.

I just spoke to the manager at Reynolds regarding my 3 star review and I now know what Reynolds has such a good reputation. We had a great conversation about the service I received and how it did not meet Reynolds expectations as well. My $89 is being refunded and they are coming back out to fix a hot water leak under my house.

My issue was not the hot water heater it was a hot water line leak in my crawl space and I am grateful to have such a well respected company coming out to help solve my issue.

I upgraded my review from 3 to 5 stars because Reynolds cares about their customers and that was very evident today when I spoke to the manager.

I can't yet provide comments on the finished job because we just now scheduled the work. So far I've been impressed with Reynolds' attention to detail (a trait most other businesses don't seem to care about). The initial site visit/inspection was very thorough and unique. Christos did a good job navigating between electrical code requirements and meeting my installation needs. When I requested cost breakdowns, Matt was happy to oblige and did so very quickly. Although the job cost is higher than originally anticipated, I feel confident Reynolds will do top-notch work.

I hope to add to this review once the job is completed.
