I have had a whole string of plumbing issues this year. Jordan has been so efficient, knowledgable, understanding and helpful, I cannot thank him enough.
One problem was recurring to the point of driving me crazy. Not only did Jordan come out to help every time I called, even Coy, the owner, came to help.

Thank´s to Guz and the Jessie for coming to my house and giving a diagnose to AHS about my kitchen sink.
This is a second time that Resurrection Plumbing has to come to my house and fix the unresolved problem for the plumbing company previously AHS sent. This plumbing company (R-Away services) had no clue on what they were doing and Jessie came to fix it. Very professional and knew what he was doing.
Thanks Resurrection Plumbing and hope in the future AHS will realize that you guys are the best.

I honestly could not be happier with my experience regarding this company. Coy and Jordan were prompt, thorough, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They finished a rather large amount of work in one day, the work was outstanding, and I would use them again at a moments notice. Coy also looked for several ways to offer discounts that other larger companies could not or would not, thank you for the fantastic work.

That's not what AHS told me. The wax gasket needs to be replaced and AHS told me they would cover that not the caulking. So I was under the impression that you would come back and replace the wax gasket and AHS told me you would.

So glad we called Resurrection Plumbing!

I had remembered that we had called them before to help my mother-in-law with some plumbing issues and Coy did an excellent job, so when we just had the plumbing issue (listed below), I pulled out their business card and called them back.

My husband & I discovered that the carpet was wet near the Jacuzzi tub in the master suite. We checked along the baseboards and saw that the water was leaking all along the baseboards opposite our master shower.

Jesse & Ted came out to assess the problem and quickly found a leaky pipe (elbow joint of copper pipe caused by our San Diego hard water!). They repaired the pipe and explained that the water goes through the pipes at a high speed and when it hits the corners, the minerals in the hard water can etch away the pipe over time causing leaks.

We asked if there was anything we could do to protect our house in the future, so Jesse recommended that we get a ""whole house water filtration system"", so that not only our pipes & plumbing would be protected, but also our skin & hair in the shower and we could also actually drink from the tap!

My husband and I have noticed for the last few years that the hard water is causing various problems with our plumbing fixtures and thought about possibly getting a water filtration system, so after they brought it up, we asked about going ahead and ordering a system. Jesse made a few calls and said that he could actually install it that same day! We said ""yes, please"", so now we have excellent water quality in our house. Our cats are happy too!

The whole experience with Resurrection Plumbing was a pleasure. They were clear about the game plan, what they expected to do, the costs involved and how long it would take.

They were also able to recommend a company (Orange Restoration) to repair the water damage caused by the leaky pipe when we asked them if they knew of a company to do that.

We have previously had 3 different plumbing companies out to the house, but we weren't happy with the work, attitude or result, so we didn't ask any of them back.

We will definitely call Resurrection Plumbing back if we have any other plumbing issues as they were professional, friendly, informative and made fixing our plumbing issues very easy!!

I'm so happy I called Resurrection Plumbing. These guys are the best. Coy, Jordan, Jesse, Darren did a great job for me. They work really hard and show great respect for your house while they are there. They always came at the time they said they would and stayed until the work was done. They re-routed the hot water pipes at my house in 2 days! Coy's word is as good as gold and he worked with me to get the repair to a price I could live with. They really take pride in their work and want you to be happy with the results. They are responsive, cooperative, treat you with respect and don't play games. Although I'm wishing I never have another plumbing disaster, chances are I will --- and when I do, Resurrection Plumbing will be the first people I call. The best.

I called AHS (warranty service) regarding a leak underneath my bathroom sink. Jesse of Resurrection Plumbing came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as the faucet not having been sealed with plumber's putty. He lifted the faucet and sealed it properly, as well as sealing a crack underneath the sink rim. While AHS' warranty did not cover the problem because they don't cover sealant issues, I am still happy with the work that Jesse did and his professionalism and courtesy.

I was having bathroom counters templated in the morning and couldn't disconnect the faucets because the angle stops in three bathrooms were all frozen. Then one of the valves popped off, so I had to shut the water off. I was in a rush to get them replaced so that I could get water back on in my house. I'm grateful to Coy and Jordan as well as the people in the office for squeezing me on short notice. They couldn't have been more communicative and professional. What left a bad taste in my mouth was that they seemed to take advantage of my situation and seriously overcharged me. Angle stops are relatively cheap and easy for any plumber to swap out, but Resurrection charged me almost $1200 for the job. I unfortunately wasn't in a position to shop around or wait for a more reasonably price plumber to get my water back on, so I paid it, but I didn't like how they profited from my situation. I'd recommend Resurrection only as a last resort if you are in a serious bind. Look elsewhere for routine plumbing jobs.
