It was very helpful to find the right home service based on the review and get a qoute by message.

Resposive pluming was prompt and professional.
He was also kind and he knows what he is doing.

Price was also reasonable.

Personally, I can attest to great contact and prompt service. My brother in law was actually present during the work, and he said only spoke positively towards the unclogging work done on a 4"" main.

The faucet was leaking.Asked them check out. They said they could fixed as exactly as I required over the phone. I found no hot water as valve was turned off and nothing changed . Turned on the valve, still leaking,even much more. I later found that rubber washer missing from stem. The kitchen detergent dispenser device not working ever after that.

I'm not pleased with how they installed the glass door of my new tub that they installed. Why would you install a handle that sticks out so much on the inside glass dooor of the shower?

The tub is so narrow bcuz of that inside door handle that sticks out so much I feel I can't even turn shoulder to shoulder without touching the sides of the tub .

Try to ask them to reinstall that door but no 'response.'

Will call another plumber to finish the job .

I was very impressed with the speed that responsive plumbing gave me. I had an appointment at 11 AM and their men were here at 10:45!! Pretty good for a contractor in Southern California! Make a long story short, I needed a new fitting under the sink which rusted out and they fixed that in about 20 minutes, and they also repaired a bad valve that a previous contractor had installed less than two years ago which had failed. They were clean, they were friendly, and they were on time! That's five stars in my book!

Had a solid clog on kitchen sink and unit that shares same water wall was also clogged. This was in the early evening and I had a busy next day so needed it fixed pronto. Called Responsive Plumbing within 20 minutes had a confirmation that help was on the way and an agreed on price. Within one hour from initial call two plumbers were on my doorstep to fix the problem. Needed to tackle the problem from both units. Before the evening was over water was flowing freely and the recent problem of tiny ants invading my kitchen has not recurred

And efficient. They got the sink unclogged and even fixed a pipe that was leaking under the sink. Very nice young men. Definitely would call again and recommend.

I had some HOA issues regarding a leak and I had Responsive Plumbing come right away to fix the problem William and Josh were very clean and neat with there work they fixed the issue I'm glad I found a new plumbing company better then Scott English Plumbing!!! Responsive Plumbing is true to its name. I sent them an inquiry/message on Yelp regarding a leak issue at our business and they replied back immediately. We were able to set an appointment the next day. James, the owner got at the site early and was already able to diagnose the problem and gave me a reasonable quote. He came back the next day, earlier than expected again, and was able to complete the job at the estimated time.

I then contracted him to hydrajet my sewer line at home. Again he came by on time, inspected my sewer line with a camera, then suggested there is no need to do a hydrajet. But instead, he explained to me other options to fix whatever issues I was having with my sewer line and offered to send me a quote. I only paid him a small amount for that home inspection.

Responsive plumbing is very professional, prompt, efficient, and offers fair pricing. Highly recommend them.
