We recently remodeled a bathroom - James and his crew were instrumental in the entire process. I needed a new gas line to my kitchen. James was very responsive in replying my calls and text and scheduling. William and John came and gave me a detailed written estimate - very polite and professional. Then, they came and finished the job on time and passed the Irvine city inspection. They were on time and i didnt even have to call i just message them on yelp had good reponse time the cost (qoute) was reasonable for me ...although i must admit they can have others which would cost less.
I like them bieng responsive on yelp even on a saturday.

Excellent!! William is so accommodating and pleasant to work with. They came out and installed the new drain and water access to the garage and moved the washer and dryer to the garage. They also moved the refrigerator to another part of the kitchen with the new water valve, this really opened up my kitchen. thank you guys for a great job!!

Had a lake forming under my house from a pipe gone wrong, called responsive plumbing and they fixed it and haven't had a problem since. They were very professional and even put on shoe covers when they came into the house. James explained several possibilities that could be causing the problem while his nephew was checking out the problem from under the house. It wasn't a very long inspection but their mannerism felt very friendly, trustworthy and made me confident that they can fix whatever was wrong with an honest solution. My plumbing problem didn't take long to fix, but during that time my dad was trying to get a huge heavy box out of the house and into my SUV. We couldn't find our dolly so they took theirs out of their truck and lend it to us to use. Maybe we looked like we were struggling so they came over and even carried this heavy box onto the trunk of my SUV. These guys were awesome! I'm sure my dad would agree to there awesomeness. I will definitely be using responsive plumbing in the future for any plumbing problem that may arise. Thanks again Responsive Plumbing!

Called Responsive plumbing today and quickly got an answer and a couple hours later Humberto came out. Job was done quickly and very professionally. I had previously used them when my water heater went out on a Sunday. and they were able to quickly get the part and fix it the same day. Great service and will use again if the need arises!

I had to call James out as my hot water heater he installed in Mar. 2014, stopped working. He said it had a six year warranty and told me it was probably the thermopile. He said he would pick it up on the way to save a trip. While there he got another part that was under warranty just in case it was bad too. He installed both units. He said he normally charges for his labor, but since it was not noted in the contract, he would waive the labor charges this time. I donot know too many companies that would be so honest. So I will continue to use James on my home and my rental. He is awesome.
