William showed up early enough to start right on time, 9:30am. He was done in literally MINUTES. Probably a super easy plumbing repair that I could have done, but I'm far from a plumber and did not want to deal with the potential issues. Now I know exactly who to call if I ever have a plumbing issue again. James was also very nice and polite when I called the day before to make my appointment. Good local company! I'll definitely be using them again.

Had a pretty significant clog out of nowhere that was causing grey/black water to back up in our kitchen and bathroom sink simultaneously. I called James at 1:30 PM on a Saturday and they were booked solid, but he assured me that he could have someone come out at 10 AM the next morning.

He clearly stated the price up front, which was more than fair and I really appreciated the transparency. He even gave some general plumbing recommendations that were helpful.

William showed up at 9:30 the next morning, face mask on and ready to get to work. Very friendly, totally professional and he stated the agreed upon price. Little things like that build a lot of trust and will definitely ensure repeat business from us.

He was done in less than 30 minutes and even went to go grab some cleaning supplies from his truck so he could clean up under the sink. How cool is that? We really appreciated his thoughtfulness and warm personality.

Really grateful that we could do business with Responsive, but I hope we don't have to call them again anytime soon!

Responsive plumbing my a$%, excuse my language but honestly if your going to confirm a date and time and even text us the day before and your a no show you guys deserve a 0 star rating. We even called and left a message and still havent heard back, we were waiting at home and they never showed. Seriously bad service, I would not recommend.

William with Responsive plumbing showed up on time. The price they estimated was what I was charged and I appreciated that. William worked quick and explained to me what he did. I will definitely use Responsive Plumbing again in the future. On a side note, that William is easy on the eyesLol Thanks Responsive Plumbing !

I had sent a picture to James, the owner, and asked how much a job will cost to repair what my contractor did. He quoted me $75 just to switch out that left/right nipple so we set the appt for 10:00am the next day. Next day, 10:20am comes around and I texted to see where the technician were and he said a job was taking more time. Well, I waited 11:30 rolls around and 12:30 rolls around and the technician showed and I was never updated on the status of when he will come or what was going on. I asked the technician what the problem was when he arrived and he said his car broke down. He looked at the job and said it will cost $215 since he had to go and get a part to add versus doing what James said. I rejected the job. Therefore I got another plumber to do the job that said switching out that left and right nipple$100.

James replaced my mixet valve in my shower fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for honest and efficient and courteous service! Reasonable prices a big plus!

This is a shout out to everyone that is looking for a plummer. I know it can even be hard to trust someone with good yelp reviews but stop looking and use this guy James and his company. Thanks James for a job well done and your professionalism. His guys also brings the same professionalism like William. This dude was so helpful and did not push a service that was not needed. Thanks guys!!!!

I will never work with Responsive Plumbing again and they do not stand behind their work!!! Caused me thousands of dollars of damage due to faulty workmanship and denied responsibility. I called them out to do a simple stem replacement on a shower diverter that was causing the shower head to drip water. At the same time I had them replace the hot and cold water stems in the shower while they were at it. A few days after they did this work the tenant below starts complaining about a water leak from the upstairs bathroom. I call Responsive back out to check their work, they said it was fine and then send me an estimate for thousands more in unnecessary work!!! I bring in another plumber at this point who finds the cause of the water leak to be a missing washer on the stem replacement by Responsive Plumbing. Responsive Plumbing still refused to correct the damage or even issue a refund for their defective work.

This was my first time working with Responsive Plumbing. From the communication and responsiveness, everything was on point. William came over to clean a heavily clogged shower drain and was out in less than 30 minutes. The whole experience was very easy and straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Responsive plumbing again if I have any further plumbing issues, they were great!
