Elizabeth at the office was so kind and helpful. She really tried to work with me to get a plumber to my house as soon as possible. She was great at texting me cancellations and was also very kind. The plumber arrived right on time and fixed our problem quickly for a fair price.

Such a great company. I called them out to look for a leak at an investment property and they took the parts and saw where the leak was coming from and explained it was some loose tiles causing the damp behind the walls and they didnt charge me a thing. I wil lbe using this company for any plumbing issues at our main home too in the future now! Really happy with them

If you are looking for a timely, competent and professional plumber, you have found it in Resolution plumbing. We have struggled with a plumbing issue that we have been unable to solve with our Home warranty vendors. Finally, we decided to go outside AHS and hire our own plumber! In a manner of minutes, Alex determined the cause of our problem was coming from our water heater. He replaced the necessary part and then checked our water pressure at the request of my husband. He found the water pressure to be extremely high and he suggested an additional repair. We agreed and he was able to make the repair immediately. Great work, great service and great price

It's stress free, it's what a consumer should get, and it's best for future relations!!! Sunday morning, I found out there was overflow in our black-water pipes at a second home condo unit in Centennial, LV. I live in NorCal so I of course went to Yelp reviews of local plumbers and saw the great reviews for Resolution Plumbing. I called first thing Monday morning and spoke with Elizabeth(?) who asked for my information and inquired about the problem. She scheduled me for a no fee estimate between 2-4pm the same day. I received a text message right away confirming my appointment and information. About 10 minutes later, a text arrived saying ""Del"" was my technician! At 11:30am, Del texted to say he was on the way, early! Ok by me. Del arrived, inspected the piping at the street level and determined that a blocked pipe(s) was the problem, provided a text message estimate and said to review it and let the office know if I wanted to schedule the work. The estimate was VERY reasonable, unlike what I have paid in the past to plumbers. I talked with the downstairs unit Property Manger to update her on the estimate that we were planning to split. It was then that Del called me. He told me that he had fixed the problem while reinspecting the pipes by removing some ""diaper wipes"" from the system! I was surprised to hear that he fixed the issue in a few minutes, but more than surprised when he said ""no charge, it was simple."" Like who does that during these tough times! Tenants are happy, I'm thankful and definitely adding this company to my address book and recommending them to anyone who asks! Thanks Resolution Plumbing, you made my week!
