The company responds to inquiries quickly. Due to the nature of my issue (tankless water heater not functioning properly) I was asked to contact the office to schedule a diagnostic. Front office was very polite and professional and Alex, the owner, was punctual for the diagnostic. He offered good advice on the best way to go about solving our problem from a cost/value perspective. Tried to fix the problem without having to replace the unit but unfortunately, we ended up having to replace the unit. I did not hesitate as I felt he was truthful and honest from the beginning. He was able to do the unit replacement the same day and was fast and efficient. Everything works great. Will definitely use Resolution Plumbing in the future for our plumbing-related needs.

Of course just before the holidays our kitchen sink had no water pressure...Alex came out quickly, helped troubleshoot the issue and got our pressure back! Turns out it was the water. Resolution is now our go to for plumbing!

I reached out due to a unknown water leak and a sky rocketed water bill. I was greeted with a quick response and same day appointment. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable and jumped right into action. The problem was quickly located and resolved. Although I did not have the actual service completed, I am forever grateful for the quick response.
