Horrible company! Had appointment 14 June, after waiting 7 hours technician Never showed. Were told at 7PM they would be there first thing in the morning, Never showed. They initially stated they did not get us on schedule for this morning then lied and said later that the technician was sick. Not a trust worthy company! Stay Away!!

After advertising on Yelp that I was wanting to hire a company to install thermostats in my residence, the staff at Dr. Rescue began immediately trying to help me out. They gave me an up front price that was very reasonable compared to other estimates. They were able to get to me very quickly and take care of the job!

Negative zero stars for them! Got their info from Floor & Decor to tile our guest bath. He called and offered to give us a better price if we cut out Floor & Decor and go to them directly. We stupidly did that. This is the worst tile job I've ever seen and we've done quite a few. The tile guy wouldn't know how to tile his way out of a paper bag, I think he just watched a you tube video or something and tried to do tile for the first time, that's how bad it is. When they came and looked at it, he told his guy to fix a few things and the rest he just ignored. There's areas of grout missing or have holes in them, the "bullnose" is non existent, and the tiles do not match up and it all looks wavy. There are tiles sticking out, nothing was leveled. They used silicone on the corners of the shower to try to hide how bad it looks ! They wouldn't even give us any money off for the crappy job. DO NOT EVER USE THEM !

My water temperature was going from hot to cold during showers and wouldn't warm back up. Messaged Dr Rescue (since they were the best rated) through Yelp and got a quick response about coming out the same day. The plumber that came out was very nice and professional. Explained what was wrong so I could understand and helped with my options to fix it. Highly recommend this plumbing company and will definitely use them moving forward.

On CHRISTMAS EVE, I was able to get a very quick response and have a tech come out on the day after Christmas.
Kelly was quick and cordial. He made the repair painless and quick.
Plus 1 year of warranty on the repair.

We will be using them again soon for another plumbing problem, but hopefully not for for awhile with another emergency.
