Negative zero stars for them! Got their info from Floor & Decor to tile our guest bath. He called and offered to give us a better price if we cut out Floor & Decor and go to them directly. We stupidly did that. This is the worst tile job I've ever seen and we've done quite a few. The tile guy wouldn't know how to tile his way out of a paper bag, I think he just watched a you tube video or something and tried to do tile for the first time, that's how bad it is. When they came and looked at it, he told his guy to fix a few things and the rest he just ignored. There's areas of grout missing or have holes in them, the "bullnose" is non existent, and the tiles do not match up and it all looks wavy. There are tiles sticking out, nothing was leveled. They used silicone on the corners of the shower to try to hide how bad it looks ! They wouldn't even give us any money off for the crappy job. DO NOT EVER USE THEM !

They were professional, dependable and fast. I will definitely call them again if I need to. They let you know ahead of time when the technician will be at your home and send you a picture of who will be showing up in a beautiful advertised van so no surprises.

My water temperature was going from hot to cold during showers and wouldn't warm back up. Messaged Dr Rescue (since they were the best rated) through Yelp and got a quick response about coming out the same day. The plumber that came out was very nice and professional. Explained what was wrong so I could understand and helped with my options to fix it. Highly recommend this plumbing company and will definitely use them moving forward.

On CHRISTMAS EVE, I was able to get a very quick response and have a tech come out on the day after Christmas.
Kelly was quick and cordial. He made the repair painless and quick.
Plus 1 year of warranty on the repair.

We will be using them again soon for another plumbing problem, but hopefully not for for awhile with another emergency.

Nice employee listened to my request for installing a new single-handle shower faucet, spoke with a plumber, then delivered the estimate of $450 to $800, and claimed the estimate was reasonable.
--- WRONG.
This project was completed by a licensed Master Plumber for $235.
The Dr. Rescue estimate....was Not Reasonable.

Can't complain too much with my experience. They were prompt to respond, informative. Professional. And had my issue fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Was a little more than I wanted to spend because I had to buy a part and it required two separate service appointments. Wish the price was a tad cheaper-- having moved from out of state I notice a lot of services like this tend to overcharge. But overall wasn't too bad of an experience and would probably use them again in the future if needed.

Our kitchen sink backed up and wasn't draining properly. Dr. Rescue came out the day after I inquired and snaked the drain. Thank you for coming out so quickly and being super professional! Definitely know who to call going forward with any plumbing issues!
