Hands down the best and fairest plumber in Austin and surrounding area. Jim worked long and hard to repair our sewer line and was priced 20% below the next lowest competitor. He does excellent work and is always smiling. He showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule.

I cannot brag enough about how amazing Jim was in a moment of crisis! I called another company and they came out and gave me a ridiculously inflated estimate, while they attempted to re-work the pricing, I got a hold of Jim and he gave me a fair price and came out to fix my hot water heater that day. Jim stayed late to make sure that I would be taken care of and didn't have to take another cold shower! Jim is very knowledgeable, kind and clearly puts a lot of hard work and care into what he does. Jim at Republic has handled several plumbing repairs and installations around my house. I always felt as though I was their most important client, every time he came to my house. Prices were reasonable, work was super.

He even fixed things that were not strictly necessary to the repair in question, but that the plumber before had done incorrectly. He asked me first and explained the consequences of leaving it as it was. I felt like he was doing things the way hewould want them done at his own house. All this and still at a very fair price.

Jim is amazing. I've used him on numerous occasions and he has always been fair, courteous and quickly gets the job done. We originally used another plumber to install our tub, but he did a terrible job, so we contacted Jim who was able to fix the previous plumber's work. Then we got a flood in our kitchen and Jim was able to come quickly to turn off the water and then returned later to fix the complicated leak issue. We only trust him for all our plumbing needs. I highly recommend him!!

I found Jim on yelp after 6 other plumbers were unavailable on a Saturday. He was at the house in less than 2 hours and got the drain problem solved. He is also noticed a crack in the drain piping and is coming back to get that fixed. Reasonable rates and good work, will use again.

I can't say enough good things about Jim and his work. He is a Master Plumber in every sense. He was prompt, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. His pricing was very fair and his pride in his work in evident in the results. Jim also took the time to explain what he was planning prior to starting, answering all my questions to MY satisfaction every step of the way. Further, instead of plumbing everything simply as he saw as best, He took the time to present me with my options and advised me as to what he thought was the best course of action. I truly felt as a customer, I was a priority to him and he has earned my respect both as a customer and as a fellow businessman.

From now on, Republic Pipeworks will be the only company I trust to handle my commercial plumbing, as well as, the plumbing in my own home.
