I like that both Sonya and Martin were nice to speak with, flexible on time and work on weekend. Martin came and wore a mask the entire time and took his shoes off the first time. We already bought a new water heater, so it was just a removal and install.

Turns out the water heater we purchased wasn't the right one. So he took out the old water heater while we returned and purchased the correct unit from Home Depot; which was around the corner. Once we had the correct water heater, he installed it. After the installation was complete, he told us to give it 30mins to 1hr to make sure hot water flowed and call him back with any issues. We waited, hot water worked and all was fine.

However, the very next day the lights in our house started flickering really badly and not just downstairs, but all throughout the house. I called Sonya back and told her about the issue. She checked with Martin and told me there was nothing they could do about it, as they were not electricians. She provided me with a number to an electrician they knew. I called their connection, but he never answered so I left a voicemail. I never received a callback. I understand they don't do electric work, however it's the responsibility of the plumber/water heater installer to make sure they check their work afterwards. He never checked the wire connection from the water heater which he installed. I'm no plumber or electrician myself, but I do know that is customary when doing a water heater installation.

Since I never received a call back from that electrician or from Sonya and Martin, I called another electrician right away. We were in fear for our safety since we knew that flickering of the lights is a sign of a major fire hazard and is very dangerous. Also, the circuit breaker was making crackling noises from the water heater circuit. The new electrician/plumber came in and advised Martin installed the connecting cord/wire that plugs-in to the outlet from the water heater backwards, which was causing the electrical issue. If he would have double checked his work before leaving this could have been avoided. In the end, we ended up having to pay Martin for the water heater installation and for an electrician to correct his mistake.

I am so glad I found Martin and his company! I needed to have an install of a new Moen single handle faucet and valve through a tile wall to replace a 50 year old 2 handle leaking faucet that was at the end of it's life span. I was a bit worried about the tile wall being sawed through but Martin assured me that there is rarely a problem with tile cracking (in the right hands) and he was able to have his company come out the very next morning.

Alex is the name of the plumber that did my install and he is highly skilled and professional in every way.

I was also very pleased with the price. Honest and straightforward, I would recommend this company to friends and I would definitely use them again.

Wow!! This company is a gem! Sonia & Martin were always quick to respond & had so much integrity. We had a leak in our main line in our frontyard; this company was the third one to give us an estimate, because this was a big problem to fix. Our job was stressful as it required landscapers to help us pull back our turf, pop out pavers & place them back after the repiping was done. This caused me so much stress as how would I be able to find landscapers who would be willing to do this, and do a good job? And how would I be able to coordinate the timing for a plumber & landscapers who don't know each other to work together?

I called their company on a Sunday night, Sonia answered & scheduled for Martin to come give us an estimate the next morning. He knew that this job would require expert landscapers & immediately he called a landscaper he knew. He came & they worked together to give me an estimate. His price was so much more reasonable than the others. But what really stood out to me was Martin's skill in plumbing, his honesty & his concern that he leave our yard looking in great condition. He cared about the complete job, even though most plumbers would be concerned with only their part of the job. He went above & beyond for us.

The team began their work within hours of the estimate, and less than 24 hours later, the job was done. Our leak is gone & our yard looks better than it did before. And my family is left with a great plumber & landscaper for future needs. We thank God for good, honest, skilled people like Martin & the team of people he helped recruit for the job. I highly recommend this company!

Martin with Re-piping and Water heaters 4 Less did an amazing job. Most important for the customer, Martin also does his own drywall work. Of the four plumbing contractors I talked to, Martin was the only one to do his own drywall. So Martin is really two contractors in one, making everything simpler and faster for me.
I had a leak in the kitchen slab and Martin came to the house and we discussed routing the new pipe through the walls and ceiling and garage.
After I shopped around and then accepted Martin's estimate, he scheduled the work the same day and was done with both the plumbing and drywall in one day. Great job!
