We had our condo plumbing repiped and highly recommend Repipe, owner Martin and his work crew. They worked hard to ensure dust was at a minimum by covering rooms and floors in plastic and vacuuming dust as the job progressed. They said the work would take 4-5 days and they stuck to the schedule. They also did an excellent job plastering the areas of our home where the walls and ceiling were opened to repipe. Good company. My mother, who is very elderly, needed to have her house re-piped because of very very low water pressure in all faucets. I told her I would help her find someone to do the job.

As I always do when finding people to do work for me, I made plans to interview 3-4 plumbing companies. Since I was driving down from Los Angeles, I had to plan my interview day very carefully. Martin from Repipe and Water Heaters 4 Less was my first appointment and they arrived on time. I really appreciated that.

I spoke to 3 plumbers that day and received 3 estimates. Prior to making a decision, I called Martin to see if he could bring the price down. He lowered it significantly and also offered to put in a new toilet for free. Now, even with this, Repipe and Water Heaters 4 Less were not the lowest bid. I went with them because they were not only very willing to make their price competitive, but they also gave me the feeling that they really wanted to make things right for my mother. They made me feel that they cared for her well-being, so I had the peace of mind that they were going to do the best job they could.

We settled on a start day and time. Martin's crew showed up on time (they drove from North County to East San Diego) and began work immediately. The job was schedule to be finished in 4 days, but they finished in 3. They got the water flowing strongly again, patched all the walls, and did a thorough job of clean up. I had not purchased the toilet, yet, but I called them a few days later to see if they would still be able install it for free, and they said yes, even though it would entail an extra trip. They came the following week.

I strongly and with no reservations recommend Repipe and Water Heaters 4 Less. In fact, I will be calling them back when I'm ready to replace the drain pipes and main line to the city. If you want to deal with someone who will be prompt, speak the truth, give you a fair bid, work with you to accommodate your budget, and take it as a personal responsibility to make your house whole again, Martin is the guy to call. I'm sure you will also have the same feeling of confidence that I had with Martin and his team.

Water Heater went out (leaking, no hot water) Wednesday evening.
Called Martin at 9:00 Thursday morning, he arrived at noon, and was done about 2:30 -- Perfect all the way around. Price was fair, and the heater was of a better quality than I had expected.

I worked in plumbing for a time when I was young, so I was able to recognize a true master craftsman at work as I watched Martin approach the job with good planning, good speed, and good execution. Friendly, neat, and professional. I will definitely call him with any future plumbing needs.

Recently I was faced with a pipe leakage in my house, I started calling different plumbers but they either didn't answer my calls or weren't able to come right away for an estimate, a friend of mine recommended Martin to me and I called him in a state of panic, he immediately answered my call and made an appointment right away, he gave me a reasonable estimate and immediately started to fix the leakage, he was very accommodating and professional as well as super neat and organized , couple of weeks later I called him for another problem and he came right away and fixed it within 10 minutes.

I've never had a water heater die on me at a convenient time, and when our 13 year old water heater burst and flooded our garage last week I was running out the door to an important meeting and my wife had her own very busy schedule. They did the work expertly, quickly, and at the lowest price of any other plumbing company we were able to find. Nothing better than knowing we now have a local plumber for all our plumbing needs. Martin was successful at fixing a plumbing issue when called, although I felt the price he charged was excessive. Also, he wasn't on time and I had to contact him when he didn't arrive timely. He also tried making a case to repipe the place that I thought wasn't necessary. Caveat emptor

I just had the pleasure of meeting Peter and his Mother, Galinda, who were on time to replace and install my water heater. Both were very diligent at their work and friendly to talk to. They were both were knowledgeable and helpful.

It was close to the end of the installment when I realized that I couldn't open my washer and dryer doors due to the placement of the pipes and knobs. Galinda immediately had Peter re position the water heater, and Peter did it with a smile. Not to mention it was hotter than *** outside working in tight corners and spaces. They cleaned up the remnants and trash after they were done. They were both so pleasant to work with.

I highly recommend Peter and Galinda for any of your piping, plumbing, and water heater needs. They were a great team!
