Repipe Specialists was able to quickly provide us with a quote to replace our galvanized pipes with PEX and to replace our water heater and it was about 20% less than the next least expensive bidder. Scheduling was great and the work was completed in a single day.

I'm really happy with Repipe and the whole experience was real smooth. If I ever needed to do another pipe replacement I would absolutely call them.

I didn't actually hire them, but their customer service was responsive and helpful. The man who scheduled the quote was also very friendly. I scheduled a bid estimate, but ultimately chose another company because Repipe Specialists' bid date was so booked up. Hope to give this company some business in the future.

Repipe Specialists is a broker. You will have an estimator come to your home and promise the best price in the industry, and then your job will be contracted out to a local small business for an even smaller amount. In our case, the estimator was slightly arrogant, but after reviewing our needs and confirming with him that all expectations of fresh and waste water would be met, we signed and moved forward. The company that was contacted to do the work was fantastic and we've continued to work with them since because the Repipe estimator pulled what I would consider a ""bait and switch."" Once the initial appointment was done and we realized waste water lines were not addressed, the estimator said we'd never discussed it and Repipe doesn't do drain work. Well, if you don't do drain work, when I'm talking about drain issues during an estimate - tell me that you don't do drain work. Don't just write a few drain comments on the contract and then claim later that you have no idea what I'm talking about. Repipe disappeared into the night following the transfer of contract, and I had to work through the additional needs with the new company, paying more out of my pocket than originally planned. For a bit more money, I could have gone with the next bid I had, the job would have been completed in one visit and without the headache.

Repipe Specialists did an exceptional job! It was a surprise request since I found myself suddenly without hot water to speak of.
My salesman went out of his way to help. Not only did a plumber come on a Saturday, he succeeded in an emergency repair of the shower, The entire house was repiped, hot and cold lines, 2 weeks before the scheduled date. The crew was very professional and polite and answered all my questions. They finished the job 1 hr ahead of time and cleaned up perfectly.
I cannot recommend this company more.!

We recently used this company to repipe our entire mobile home and were really impressed with how professional everyone was--from our salesman to those in the office to the on-site crew. Our salesman promptly returned my phone call (most plumbers didn't call me back for days). He came to our home and showed us the quality of the materials that would be used and gave us an estimate that was reasonable. Financing was available.
The office checked in with us and even called to see if we could move up our date, which we really appreciated! (Original date was the week of Christmas). I called to add the installation of a water heater to our order, and they assured me that would be no problem.
Once the crew showed up (on time and on the day promised), they reviewed all the plumbing issues and set to work. All told, they were totally finished and gone in about 6 hours! All work was done neatly and cleaned up.
We will be recommending Repipe Specialists to others in our community!

My 87 year old mother had galvanized piping in the house, and of course the pipes pretty much closed.

I called one Plumbing company and they came out. Said it would be 2 days and that there were certain things they couldn't/wouldn't di. BUT they referred us to you.

Your crew came out and re-piped the whole house in a day. And they were able to tackle the issue the other company couldn't. The guys were knowledgeable, and quick and my husband came over to be sure they were treating her well. They were, and we appreciated that.

The house plumbing is great now.

We'll recommend you if someone needs re-piping.

Scam. 3 guys, 3 hrs. $7,000 (Seven. Thousand. Dollars.). Do not use this company.

I paid similar amounts ($7,000ish) for my exterior house paint job and roofing projects. The painting took 2 workers the better part of one week, working long days. The roofing project, which had a much larger capital cost (i.e., roofing shingles) took 3-4 guys 3 days. Repipe's sales guy told me the project would take 2 days.

The three workers who did my repipe project were friendly and obviously competent. My guess is Repipe Specialists paid them, total, $500.
Total material cost was maybe $500 (PEX flexible piping). Repipe pocketed the rest, or used it for still more radio and TV advertising.

Don't be like me: find someone other than Repipe to do you work.

I thought this was going to be a good process, but it has left me frustrated and annoyed with lousy service and some sloppy work for $7800. Originally we planned to give a better review, but there have been issues that have compounded, leaving me frustrated with the whole process.
My fault for not closely inspecting their work upon completion and trying to get back to work too fast.- I looked around in the crawl space, but didn't check that the washer was not working correctly , the ice maker wasn't working , there was a scrape on the outside of the bathroom door which needs to be repainted, and there was an area damaged in the hallway wall from the screws in the tub fixture poking through from the inside that have to be patched.
I expected to have a scar in the lawn and plants ruined by the hose bib where the pipes enter. I also said I would patch, but I did not know that meant they removed the large drywall cut outs and disposed of them leaving exposed pipes, with no tape or anything. This is a 1040 sq ft house with one bath and all fixtures in a straight line from the street and a crawl space you can stand in. So for $7,800 I am not happy.
After 2months and about 27 phone calls to get my final receipt and warranty, they are telling me now I owe them another $500. The contractor they subbed out for this never told me I owed her money since I paid upon completion of job. I kept calling trying to get the final receipt and warranty. Since she couldn't get answers, she finally told me to call their 800 number again. I had to wait two weeks and have a dozen calls to people that kept saying they would call back just to have them fix the issue with the washer. Once that got fixed I have now been spending my time trying to get the final receipt and warranty - only to find out that when I paid the guys when they left the house I now still owe $500.
At some point this will get resolved, but I have already been told I will still owe money.
My advice, don't rush your inspection so they can correct mistakes and make sure they communicate - it seems shady when they don't.

Originally We planned to give a better review, but there were some issues I didn't check out before they left since I left work quickly and had to get back. Mainly they did not hook up the cold water to the washing machine. I have contacted them multiple times and spoken to multiple people who keep saying they'll call me back but don't. I'm still waiting.
The other issue was that we would do our own patching but they didn't even try to put back the large cuts in the drywall behind the fridge, under the sink and behind the toilet so not even a temporary patch with tape. They scratched the Hallway side of bathroom door which needs to be repainted and they screwed through the tub faucet fixture into the hallway wall so that needs repair too. I also asked them and spent an extra $200 to have them hook up the ice maker but that's not working right either.
You would think that for spending over $8,000 they wouldn't be that sloppy. If they come back (it's now been a week) I will update my review.
