General Contractor here who used Repipe Specialists to replace all the water lines in my own 1929 house, including 3 full baths, new pressure reducing valve (PRV), new main line dug into the front yard to the meter. I appreciated the up front communication and how thorough the process was and I thought the price was fair for the value they provided. They were willing to work with me on certain things because I was doing a full house remodel. For example, I didn't need drywall help, I did all the demo of removing old galvanized pipes, and I did all the drain lines, so we customized the job to my needs. They used Delta shower valves- a great brand. They used expansion fittings- the best fittings for PEX. What I remember the most was that I found the PRV to have a slow leak (not their fault, very rare) and they came out right away and swapped it out and I never have had a problem since. They also installed a new hot water tank at a very reasonable price (since they were already onsite), which wasn't in our original plan. Anyhow, I really appreciated their work and would totally use them again and recommend.

Our house is over 60 years old. Our water lines were really showing their age with lots of corrosion. We decided to replace them all at once instead of waiting years to replace them bit by bit as they were sure to fail. We took advantage of a promo that Repipe was running and we feel we got a great price to repipe our entire house as well as a new main line coming from the street. The crew was very courteous and accommodating. They were able to complete the job in 2 days. We like the product they replaced our old galvanized pipes with and the lifetime warranty is an added bonus. We had old galvanized pipes in the house. The hot water pipes were clogged and the pressure was pathetic. We needed help in a big way. I'm a general contractor and many of my contacts were unavailable due to the extreme amount of work that each one has. I called repipe thinking they would be just as backed up and unavailable...to my surprise, they were able to fit me in that same week. The guys were on time, knowledgeable, and hard working. I had about five water leaks in my house the last leak was on our ceiling, we had so many patches thru out the house that I finally decided to give a call to various plumbers for a quote and the one that we picked was Repipe specialist because the sales agent was very friendly and knowledgeable and walk me through everything they were going to do it was more money but we were getting a lot more done and we are very happy with the results!!

Our home was long overdue for a pipe upgrade. We could see that all the existing piping in the home was starting to corrode to the point that the pipes in the showers were only partially operative. Not sure who to call or where to turn, I remembered the commercial I would hear every morning on the radio on my way to work. One day, I made sure to take the number down. Called, made the appointment and Mike came by. First good thing, he was on time and professional. After walking through the home and discussing the issues, we came to an agreement and signed. We didn't do this immediately as other projects kept getting in the way. After 6 months, we finally had them do the work. The pipe crew showed up and their Lead Coop was young, yet knowledgeable. He explained everything and to work they went. He kept me updated throughout the day and when issues arose, he called to discuss before moving on. They completed ahead of schedule and then we waited on the drywall crew to patch things back. They also showed up on time, did the work they needed and cleaned up afterwards. We overlooked a couple of cuts, so they immediately rescheduled them to return to complete.

Getting to know this company and being comfortable with them, we on the spot requested additional work from them and they took care of everything. Mike followed up to make sure things went great and when we had concerns, he addressed it with the plumbing team.

We get a better flow of water now, not worried that our main valve is going to blow and we can actually have more than one shower going at a time without losing pressure.

Great selling point for our home if we ever decide to put it on the market.
