I was very impressed with the level of service from the install technicians. They went above and beyond my expectations. I went from a faucet that dripped water to a fully functional faucet. There was one minor problem but when I mentioned it. It was responded to and taken care of in no time. I've recommended Repipe Specialists to my HOA president. I explained to him why I selected Repipe Specialists over the competition. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and the overall outcome. I would us them again.

We repiped as a preventative measure for leaks as our pipes are from the late 60s and also because when I thinking of drinking from the tap, I decided the pipe on the right would make a better straw.

You'll deal with 4 groups during the process. The salesperson, office staff, pipe installers, and Sheetrock guys. Our experience was smooth with all four. Everything was done as promised and expected.

If you're in the market for a repipe, there is no reason not to give these guys a call and get and estimate.

Had Repipe Specialist do a total repipe of my home after I discover my home had faulty piping due to poor workmanship. They came out when I was able to to make time, and were on time as they said they would be. They finish the job in the approx. time frame. After springing a few leaks in our home since we moved in a year ago, it was highly recommended that we re-pipe our home due to rusted galvanized pipe. Wife and I agreed to call your company the third week of September and a sales representative by the name of Colin Cantu visited us to do an assessment and to give us an estimate. The job, including drywall, would cost about $10,000. We took a huge financial hit but figured that it needed to get done. We signed a contract and the work was scheduled for Monday, October 1st. The job was scheduled to last 2 days and Mr. Cantu informed us that a city inspector would need to stop by on day 3 to do an inspection. The drywall guy was scheduled to arrive on day 4. Keep in mind that both my wife and I had to schedule vacation days with our employers to take these days off since one of us had to be present while the plumbers did the work. I agreed to take off on days 1 and day 3 while my wife took off the other days.
October 1st gets here and we're waiting on the plumbers to arrive. We were told that they would arrive at about 8:00 AM. The time is now 9:00 AM and they have not yet showed up. We call Mr. Cantu's cell phone and he told us he would check on it and call us back. We receive a phone call but it's not from him. It's from a nice polite young lady who works in the corporate office. She tells us that the paperwork was not turned in in time and that there was no way anyone could get to us until later that week. I then inform her that both wife and I had already put in for time off but she was extremely apologetic and told us that there wasn't anything she could do. My question is why Mr. Cantu had someone else call us? I would have had more respect for the man if he would have simply admitted his mistake and tell us that he neglected to do what he was supposed to do. I then have to go to my employer and make different arrangements to take other days off. She then tells us since we are not considered the city of Houston (we live in the Copperfield area), an inspection is not required. Again, Mr. Cantu has demonstrated a second time that he did not do the proper due diligence in assessing our situation.
As for the plumbers, they were great. Very fast and professional and courteous. As of today, December 19th, we have no issues with the plumbing at all. They performed the job on Thursday and Friday. That Thursday after they were gone for the day, I had to leave the house to run an errand and Mr. Cantu stops by when there's no one home. He then calls my wife on her job and wants to know if he can swing by her job and have her sign another contract with the new dates. I suppose without her signature; his commission is affected. He meets her at her job and does not own up to his mistake or apologize for anything. A total lack of professionalism on his part.
Saturday, the man who was responsible for the drywall comes over. He arrives at about 8:30 as promised but he ends up staying for about 8 hours. I'm thinking that the job with a 2-man crew would have taken half that time. And while working on the drywall in the kitchen, he stabs one of our pipes with his drill and we then have to call Re-pipe specialists again. My wife calls our point of contact, Mr. Cantu and explains the situation. Once again, he had the opportunity to apologize for his earlier screw up and own up to his mistake but has not. The drywall guy finally finishes at about 3:30 and just when we think he's ready to leave, he tells us that he forgot his paperwork and has to wait on his boss to deliver it. That's another hour. We had a bunch of errands to run that day, but we were waiting on this man the entire day.
Overall, the work was satisfactory, but the customer service experience was horrible. Mr. Cantu obviously needs to be re-trained. I'm giving 4 stars to the plumber and drywall guy and zero to Mr. Cantu which would explain the 2-star rating. We had to dig into our 401K accounts to come up with 10 grand and I can't believe we get this kind of awful customer service.

Ok I was not going to write a review of the company because I was a little disappointed that the Re-piping was sub-contracted out. After thinking about the overall experience I had with Repipe Specialists it was really great. The crew that showed up and did the work are excellent they prepared the floors by taping down plastic before any work was started and cleaned up as they progressed thru the house - very organized crew. The re-piping job was completed in one day and the foreman did let me know that I would be contacted that evening when the sheetrock person would be out to patch the holes. The sheetrock person did all the holes in under 4 hours it was like watching an artist at work. Also I knew since I lived in the city that a City inspector would need to come and inspect their work and of course all passed. It's just great to have water pressure and not rusty pipes. Thanks guys.

After a detailed search and getting several estimates in the San Marcos area, and then the Central Texas area, we decided on Repipe Specialists to re-plumb our 5300' home. Their project estimate was VERY competitive, and they were ready to start immediately. It was clear they had a well organized structure with an emphasis on quality and accountability. These guys were fantastic!! Everyone was professional and polite at all times, and very knowledgable. When confronted with a situation, they quickly found solutions. And yes, we kept these guys fed and happy, because this minimal generous act is very well worth the small expense. Keep your workers happy! We were re-piped, cleaned up, dry and fully functional in 3 days. They provide an excellent warranty as well. The RePipe Team is kicking ass and taking names. At this rate, RePipe will be a huge success as they expand into other areas of TEXAS. I highly recommend this team.

I would give them a 0 if I could. Poor customer service and Anthony Gonzales is rude and a liar!

I hired this company in April of 2018 to repipe my home. When the salesperson is in your home, they promise things that turn out to be false. I had a pipe burst in the middle of the night on Saturday and contacted them right away. I was told that they would be out between 8-10 am the next morning. The next thing I know, it is after 10am and I reached out to them again to get an estimated time of arrival. I was then treated very rudely and told that the job they did to that particular problem was not covered under warranty and they would not be out today. I sent this rude person pictures of what we signed and pictures to no avail. I had to call another plumbing company who stated that when they repipe a home, they replace that particular pipe! I am seeking resolution to this problem by being reimbursed for the time, trouble and mental anguish this company put me through! Mind you, they were just out in July of this year to fix that same problem and did real shoddy work!

Terrible experience!!! It took Repipe specialist over 6 months to complete my Repipe job. Unbelievable!! Worst customer service I have experienced!!! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They third party out the work anyways. Make sure you use a company that does the work themselves. Trust me, look for a different company to do your job!!!
