Overall a Decent experience with these guys!

Contacting them was easy and getting them to come out to do a quote was easy too, came on time and Randy my rep was very informative and professional. They leave you with a lot of knowledge of how the process is with both re-piping your house and how the payment works as well as the company background and assurance.

The Re-piping went very well, a team showed up on time on the expected date and did a very good job on re-piping the house water lines and outdoor main lines as well. Everything was done within a day as promised, they covered the house as much as they could to keep it clean and picked up after themselves as well, almost felt as they were almost never here. Everything at this time works well with little to small issues which will be addressed on their 2nd return after the city inspection from San Jose.

I only wish as if the City Inspection notification would be more noted a few days in advance rather than 1 day as it may be hard to work with especially on a random weekday. I understand as that may not be under their control but I'm sure they could figure something out. (Not a huge deal but would be better)

Pricing wise was decent, a whole lot more than I expected but you do have a lot of support and assurance with the Repipe specialists compared to a random company off the streets, so you basically get what you pay for!

So all in all a pleasant experience with these guys, definitely wouldn't mind recommend them to someone in need of a re-piping on their home.

Having dealt with another repipeing company for a previous residence four years ago we decided to use repipe specialists after checking with someone who had used them.

Our new pipes are in, and everything is working smoothly; and we couldn't have had asked for a better experience.

From start to finish, from company representative, to office personnel, to each and every crew member who came out to do their specific phase of the work, everything was handled professionally. If we had questions phone calls or emails were always promptly answered.

The work crews who came to our home for whatever their specified tasks, were to a man, polite, hardworking, and considerate. We were always kept apprised of what was being done, approximately how long it would take, and of any inconveniences or disruption that would be experienced during the process. If there was any change in a scheduled inspection, etc., we were kept apprised of the changes and they always followed up on those changes..

I cannot say enough about the consideration the workers showed for us, as the homeowners, while they were working in any areas of the house. Work areas were always left clean.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job in presenting and informing us of the options and which would be best for us. I was surprised at how little it did cost. He also mentioned and I qualified for a credit line that financed the project for a year.

The actual team that did the work was excellent. They were friendly and professional. There was a need to improvise the installation of the shower equipment since thet three handle shower nobs that were present was longer than the coverplate for the new shower equipment. Asked them to modify on of the titles that was going to recovered to cut a piece to fit in the gap and they did with a happy result for me. Kept everything clean while working and cleanup afterwards. Also finished in a little less than 6 hours and that's including the lunch break! They even removed the old piping which I was not expecting but very happy that it was done. The wall patching work was also excellent and cannot tell that there was work done.

I recently had our house repiped. I was amazed how quickly they did their quality work. Six men came at around 9 AM and by 4 PM they had all the pipes replaced including installing a hot water heater and digging a trench and replacing the pipe to the street and the water meter. After the inspection two men closed up the trench and the holes in the sheetrock to complete the job. The foreman was friendly and informative and the workers were careful of the home by putting tarps on the floor and cleaning up after their work. If you need a repipe, Repipe Specialists are a good choice.

They are responsible to solve the problems which occurred after repipe.
Their warranty do worth for good.
I have them did mine in end of 2013. Today, they still come back to fix
the problems in 2016.
They actually redo the half of repipe again for me.
Their workers work hard.
If I knew how to remove
the old comments which I post before I will remove it.

i'm very happy with the job that was done on our house. I was blown away by the difference in our shower pressure. The job was done on time. The main thing I noticed was how clean the house was after the job was done. I thought the communication about the city inspection could have better. That's my only comment. Otherwise, Excellent Job.

We met with a Repipe Specialists (RS) salesman, Randy, on 01/04/16 and discussed the work and prices. We were informed at that time, that RS subcontracts their work to a plumbing company to do the actual repipe work. We weren't crazy about having a subcontractor involved, but decided to sign a contract with RS anyway. The repipe job started on 01/11/16 and Quality Plumbing (QP) did all the actual work, from start to finish. During the first day of removing the old pipes, we were told that our sewer line was in need of being replaced (due to a leak in the main sewer line joints; pictures were provided). We agreed to this additional job, and signed paperwork with QP directly to do the sewer line replacement.

All in all, we were satisfied with all the work that was done, and with the team of guys who did the two jobs. The reason for the 2 star rating is the fact that it took 4 weeks before all the necessary work was actually completed. This long delay was not the fault of RS. This was mostly due to the fact that our inspector had to return 3 times to follow up on required work (spelled out on 2 correction notices relative to our 2 permits) of which wasn't getting done. (QP had some employee issues which allowed some things to ""fall thru the cracks"".Then newer job sites needed their workers, so the completion of our job was put on hold.)

So we felt like RS dropped us like a rock after they received their money. We did our part and paid exactly as contracted: 10% down, 85% when piping was installed, and 5% upon ""completion"". But RS did not follow up with us at all to see how things were going. I had to call them to complain about the delays. If companies want top reviews, don't leave your customers hanging after you get paid. Stay in the loop to make sure *your* subcontractors are on top of things. If not, get involved again and help resolve the issue(s) if you want favorable reviews.

I would definitely recommend repipe to a friend. They did a good job to replace my galvanized pipes with copper plumbing.

I am very disappointed at this company... The people that work for this company does not say the correct time they will be somewhere or they will not show up ... there r still holes in our walls it's been a month or 2 since they have came ...They keep saying there coming but never show up... I strongly suggest that nobody should pAy them money to do work on your house In responsible people .

Repipe Specialists was very professional and informative during their estimate. Smart Plumbers actually did the work and they did a good job, clean job. Should have just called Smart Plumbers, though. Maybe I could have saved some money.
