We had 4 local companies come to our house and provide estimates. It was something we felt necessary since this was a big project. The last one I called was Repipe Specialist and I'm glad I did. The first 3 were good and only one was not an option since they only had a 2-man crew and we would be without water for several days or longer. Randy, salesperson from Repipe covered everything the others did but also asked me questions that I didn't even consider but were very important. It was then we made our choice to go with Repipe. Their communication throughout the process and scheduling the Inspections were exactly as promised. Christopher and his team replaced all of the old pipes in one day. We had running water by 4pm same day. We passed inspection the next day. Oscar came out to patch all of the holes and the next day we passed our Final Inspection. Everything was completed in one week. Our expectations were met and then some. Customer Service was first class and greatly appreciated. Hard to find these days - thank you.

Fantastic experience. The estimator's abilities and preparation fostered a good deal of confidence in the professionalism of the company. It was a thorough assessment and explained exceptionally well. All documentation was clear and straight forward.

Gallegos Plumbing was the contractor, and they did a great job: 1 day! They ran into a couple of unplanned situations and handled them easily. The sheetrock crew did a great job of matching the texturing.

Regarding this project, all parties (Repipe, Gallegos & Sheetrockers) were friendly, knowledgeable, neat and efficient. Throughout the process, I always had friendly support staff arranging the permit process and checking to see that I was satisfied with the work.

It was a significant investment in our home, but we love the results and the peace of mind of not having to worry about near term plumbing issues.

First of all, the sales rep, Scott, was great! He was very personable, straightforward and honest about the work that needed to be done, and the price was VERY reasonable! Although the re-piping was scheduled to be completed in one day, it took an extra day to complete when the workers discovered major corrosion in one of the toilet drains. However, I was notified of this immediately and the workers returned to complete the repair timely and as scheduled. I also replaced the existing toilets with new ones which the workers installed at no extra charge! They were efficient, respectful, courteous and neat! Good customer service from start to finish. I Would highly recommend Repipe Specialists!

at first i was going to have a leak under my kitchen fixed, so i contacted American Home Shield first, which you have to pay 100.00 up front when you make the appointment...1st was a missing bolt for my garage door. 2nd was a missing screw in my air conditioner. 3rd was a dryer the guy said works but it didn't. 4th, the guy came but could only crawl half way under my house, saying he would get his supervisor to crawl to where the leak was....at this point i said i will have the whole house re-piped. the guy then said it will cost 20 to 30 thousand dollars......i had to have it done so contacted Repipe...first contact was Scott, he was great to work with for the estimate and the price, shockingly, would be much less. the guys had the entire house repiped in, amazingly, about 5 hours. the plumbers contacted the county for the inspections. a repipe guy came and did the sheetrock patching. everyone went above and beyond in absolutely every aspect of the process.
i would definitely recommend them.

Very vague about what they were going to do. Over-priced, but they came down 2k. But I still felt like I was being overcharged. A sub contractor Crew came out, stood around and finally decided they could not complete without an inspector. Claimed there was no backflow valve on my boiler heater (there was and I pointed it out), then they claimed I needed a drain next to my boiler, which I don't as the house was built to code when it was built. Plus, they werent hired to replumb my boiler! So that is a ridiculous argument, then they claimed my sprinkler system was an issue and they weren't advised. They left. I called the rep., and all they would do is refund. Which was good as I'm sure the work was going to be crappy after the great service. Not.

Our home needed to be repiped and the old galvanized pipe had to go. After calling and having several other estimates. We called Repipe Specialists. Randy from Repipe Specialists came out and look at exactly what we had and needed. This wasn't a driveway estimate. He showed us examples of pecks and cooper piping and how they connect it. He also explained how they were going to do the job and that it would take one day. From new water heater, expansion tank, pressure regulator and piping. Everything that he explained happened just as he told us. Can't say enough about this company.

Scott Basel was our sales rep. Very pleasant, friendly, a pleasure to deal with. He even spent a few minuets getting to know me and my dog on the front porch, then quite a bit of time with the wife and I inside. Made sure we understood everything involved. Was very knowledgeable, and gave us a quote that beat the other estimates. He was great.
Gallegos plumbing came to do the job. They were on the curb at 7:30 sharp. Valdomar led a team of 6 men that I was very impressed with. There was someone working in nearly every room, and under the house, simultaneously. They worked hard and fast, and seemed to have fun, and enjoy their work. You could tell they knew what they were doing. They were done, cleaned up, and gone before 2pm, and we had water once again in less than a day. Could not have asked for a better crew. They were awesome.
Then, a two man crew came a couple days later and patched the walls. Covered everything, worked clean, and were done, cleaned up, and gone in about 2 hours. Even patched a dent in a wall that was unrelated to the job at hand, without being asked!
All in all, we could not be happier. Every aspect of the job went better than anticipated. All the subcontractors were great. Our showers and sinks now all have great water pressure. And the sprinkler system in the back yard finally works like it should. the lawns are so happy!

The process started with a free estimate with Scott. He was very knowledgeable, answered all questions and left us with a quote and some materials to review about the job choices. Our old pipes could either be replaced with copper or pex. We choose pex which it turns out in California is a combination of pex and copper. Turns out code only allows pex within the walls and copper for all exterior areas (Think romex and conduit).
We compared the quotes to two other companies and Repipe Specialist were the cheapest and the only one who offered a pex option.
Once we signed the contract we were handed off to Javier at Gallegos Plumbing to do the actual work. Repipe was clear that this would happen and disclosed this fact in the initial meeting.
Javier and his team were great. Doing the piping in one day. Meeting with the inspector twice and then coming back and patching the walls in one day once the inspectors were done.
As was explained initially they close up, patch and texture the walls to match but don't do any painting. (This seemed standard with all the estimates I got, I think they dont want to be responable for paint matches).
My pro tip is to save a chunk of the ripped out section to take with you to your local paint store so you can match the color if you dont have the old paint on hand.
Over all very happy with the proceedure.

The estimator was very responsive with good communication. The crew finished the job in one day so that my tenant wasn't without water very long. They were real good at cleaning up. Javier, the main plumber in charge went over every area with me and did a leak/pressure check. Javier also very responsive with good communication. The price of the total job was very reasonable. I would have given a 5 if the communication about the city I inspection occurred more quickly.
