Contacted Repipe 1 as they were already scheduled to do my son's home. The estimator Sean came out the same day and gave a thorough presentation and estimate. We requested the same crew as our son had and Gilbert's crew arrived on Friday and finished up by 1:00 or so. The inspector came on Monday, patching was done on Wednesday and the job was completed. We are very pleased with the outcome and our home was left in great condition. We chose Repipe 1 based upon recommendations from others on. Facebook, our son's research and recommendation, and reviews left on Yelp. Glad to have the peace of mind that goes along with with replacing existing plumbing that was 47 years old.

Pretty happy with the repipe in general. A day after the repipe, Felipe and Ruben came by to patch the drywall holes. They completed the work super quick and I'm certain it'll look as good as new once it dries and we can paint.

Felipe and Ruben came on time, busted out the job and finished sooner than we had anticipated 10/10 for this crew.

goodness, when I say A+ service, I truly mean it!! In my situation, my bathroom sink was such a frustration on my mind because it kept getting clogged every time I thought I partially fixed it. I even watched a couple YouTube videos, used Drano max and looked up possible solutions on Google on why it would get clogged time to time again, until I was honestly fed up after many weeks and searched some local plumbing services. Repipe 1 came up on Yelp, so I just called them and they convinced me so easily that they knew something else was up! also - they were ready to send someone over in a few hours so I agreed! Robert came a few minutes earlier with all his tools and was so elaborative and professional, and explained how to avoid getting the sink clogged for the future - like what products to not use in the sink etc. apparently, I had cracks under my slab and roots invading my pipes, and mind you I know NOTHING about plumbing or handy stuff - but he explained it soo well. It felt nice to be treated not like just a formal customer, but with genuine care. And it was fixed soon enough for me to start using it again. Highly recommend for stellar service and attentiveness in getting your plumbing/piping issues fixed!

I got my whole house repiped with Repipe 1 because I was fed up with the water leaks I was dealing with. The customer service from beginning to end was kind, patient, and informative. The team was so professional and quick, I had no complaints. And the drywall patching was perfect. I knew I was in good hands since they stand behind their warranty. This company lacks in communication, is unprofessional, and extremely disorganized. Our issues began when the Repipe 1 initial inspector called and said he had a family emergency and could not show up for the appointment, but he could do the walk through over the phone. He missed several things that cost us EXTRA MONEY when Repipe had to send out plumbers again after the city inspection that we did not pass, we found out later we had replace our water heater after the repiping, and they opened and closed up walls that were STILL WET INSIDE, which ultimately led to to mold growth. NOT ONCE did any of their supervisors, workers, technicians, plumbers, etc. say to us that we HAD WET WALLS AND IT WAS NOT A GOOD IDEA TO CLOSE THEM UP. It is only when about 3 days later that I began to smell a musty smell that I suspected mold and realized they DID NOT TEAR OUT the wall where the initial pin hole leak occurred.

When I called and sat online for 15+ minutes, their recording stated that they took care of ""water damage, mold remediation"" and to ask for ""special discounted pricing."" Every person I talked to said they ONLY did repiping.

We had never dealt with a leak like this before. This is not our line of business. Repipe 1 is supposed to be the professional and the company who is knowledgeable. They told us, ""We don't come to tell YOU what you need to do. You tell us what you need our company to do for you."" If I am not in the plumbing, construction, drywall, etc. business, then how am I supposed to know what to do? The professional would have told us that they did not feel it was safe to close a wall that was wet!!!

DO NOT USE USE THIS COMPANY. They then charged the last remaining balance WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Unprofessional and unorganized. It is a month later and we are still dealing with this and had to reopen walls that they opened and closed because mold was now growing...additional money out of our pocket.

I hired Repipe1 to repipe our two-story home. They did a great job repipeing our home. Repipe1 got the city permits for the job and scheduled the city inspections. They also advised me that my homeowners insurance would reduce my homeowners insurance premium rate. Which they did. The toughest part of the weeklong process was watching our home being opened up to run the new pipe. They did a good job patching the holes, but I did need them to come back to correct a mediocre patch job. And the return patch crew did a great job repairing the textured walls and ceiling. After they were done with the repipeing and patching I had to paint. That was a big job for me but at 69yrs I repainted the walls and ceilings and everything is back to normal.
