My Condominium Association, Finisterra, hired Repipe 1 to do preventative maintenance. Since their work, I now have sewer leaks and leaks Under my sink. They brought filters and then forgot to pick them up, panicked after when I called to say ""what's going on"". Turns out there is mold in the walls. After requests for photos, no one called back. When I called to ask what we were doing, I was told, ""Our owner looked at the pictures and said it's not mold"". I asked, what is it and when will you complete my repair? She did not know. I requested she put there analysis in writing via email. She refused and got huffy. I got huffy back and then finally got an email from the owner, Jim, who threatened to call the police!
I still have mold in the wall, an incomplete job and mold. Avoid this company.

Don't be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews. Besides the terrible workmanship, I was lied to, they created additional leaks and the project took more than 2 1/2 months to complete. All this and I was offered a $200 credit for my trouble. Definitely would not use them again. Very disappointed with Repipe 1.

We recently had our house re-piped by Repipe 1, after getting a couple quotes. During the proposal process, it was brought to our attention by Repipe 1 that we would need to ensure the work area (walls, celing) was asbestos and lead free, since our house was built in 1969. Even though it caused a delay of a couple weeks for the testing and abatement, we appreciated that the needed asbestos abatement was performed (and we finally got rid of our popcorn ceilings). After we took care of the asbestos removal (with another company that specializes in this), the work done by Repipe 1 was done just as proposed: re-piping on Day 1, city inspection on Day 2, and then drywall repair on Day 3. We were especially impressed with the quality work of the drywallers! I would definitely recommend using them.

Consider this a 4.5 star review. Repipe 1 is a very professional company and is reasonably priced too. They do a great job in expediting the process and keeping in contact with you each step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to repipe their home. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because we unfortunately had a worker new to their team that didn't place the plumbing to code in one area so it ended up delaying the the process by 5 days but repipe 1 took complete responsibility, corrected the situation at their expense and even worked on a Sunday to get us through the process as quickly as possible. Very satisfied with their customer service and great communication!

Highly recommend Repipe 1!
Prompt service, everything included from asbestos and lead testing all the way through plaster repair and texturing. No hidden costs!
Polite employees that explained everything. Re-piping includes all sinks, toilet plumbing, shower, hose spigots, washer Machine connection....
If water goes through it, it's replaced!
We had recently remodeled our kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry room. I was so concerned about tile and stone damage, And they managed to work around it all!
Realize repiping is a messy job! They did their best to mitigate dust but there still quite a bit of cleanup at the end of the day.
For the quality of product (PEX piping), skilled workers, price, and the lifetime warranty = peace of mind!

Repipe 1 were great !!!
They gave me the best deal , I called two other companies for estimate but Repipe were the best with their customer service and availability, professionalism and pricing.
I will definitely use them again in the future!!!

I wrote a review earlier complaining that they made an error in the repipe job. They replaced a shower valve and failed to replace the diverter. They also replaced bronze with chrome. After many conversations with Sam they have reimbursed me for the additional expense I incurred to have it fixed.
Overall they did a great job with the repipe and the drywall/patching. This was an error on the part of the salesman Tony.

We asked Repipe 1 to bid on a re-piping project on our house after seeing the excellent reviews on yelp.
Their bid was fair compared to another bid we had received for the project.
The estimator was very knowledgeable about code requirements and gave us good advice.
Everyone from the company was polite and professional and I am so glad I chose this company to work on my house.
Thanks for the great job. Will gladly call him if I have more plumbing issues in the future.

Nightmare!!!
I would never ever recommend this company to anyone!
I spent mandatory $8,000 on repiping in our community and they did an awful job! During repiping they offered free toilet bowl installing. They made a mess in the ceiling and each time I had to make a number of phone calls to make sure they were coming! Two weeks after they were ""totally done,""I found few leakages. Again, only after many phone calls they finally came and made a big hole in my daughter's bedroom and then they totally abandoned us for 3 weeks! After more than two years, they have yet to came and paint it!
After almost two years we discovered NEW LEAKAGES on the floor. They didn't want to hear my complaints. Bottom line, they don't stand behind their work, which is shoddy, at best!

After our third slab leak we decided we had to re-pipe our whole house which we were very hesitant to do. After interviewing a few companies, my husband and I both felt more comfortable with Repipe1. I can not tell you how happy we are that we went with this company. They finished our two story home in two days, they were VERY professional, clean and did a beautiful job. (My daughter had hers previously done by a different company that was less and it took over a week to complete the job for a house half the size). Even the City Inspector indicated that Repipe1 is the best and although they have to inspect everything , he knew he really didn't need to because Repipe1 does the best job. It sure made me feel good to hear this. I had a couple of issues and they were out to my house the same day or the very next day. One issue wasn't even their fault, the other was the texture on the ceiling and wall and their crew came out and had my whole ceiling and some of the walls re-sprayed to make it perfect. They were so efficient, professional, clean, and protected everything. When they left you wouldn't even know there had been work done on my house. They stand behind their work without any hassle at all and they hire the top notch crews. I would recommend Repipe1 to everyone. Worth every penny to get an outstanding company. It is such a painful venture to have all your walls and ceilings torn apart, but Repipe1 made it a breeze. Other than having to do the paint touch up, you would never know my house went thought such an ordeal. Repipe1 is the best~!
