If you want customers to leave a good review, please respect them when talking to them and provide good services and do things in the right way.Try to do a good job instead of accusing customer's review is not true. Don't blame the work on Restoration 1. We didn't use that company, we used repipe 1 restoration side for the water damage before repiping. Your repiping caused water damage to my living room wall and garage wall, I even didn't mention my garage floor. Sorry I can't afford the time. But thank you for coming again and again to fix the problems you created and many follow ups.
I respect your work, please respect other people's time. I learned my lesson, need to check yelp first.
Remember your job is very important to people's lives. Being a blessing to your next customer.

I used repipe1 about 4 years ago... they seemed decent at the time but during a recent home inspection an issue was found. I contacted them and they sent someone out the same day to take a look. The issue was caused by a worker no longer with the company. They honored their warranty and commitment and fixed the issue with a high quality repair the following Monday. Their responsiveness and quality work made up for anything else and it has been a pleasure working with them.

Repipe 1 recently completed our Pex Repipe. Overall they did a very good job. They were not the cheapest, in fact their quote was about $1,000 more than a competitor. However, we chose them as my plumber had recommended them.
The repiping (not the patching) took a little less than 2 full days for our house which has kitchen, 2 baths, laundry, utility sink, and two hose bibs. As part of this first portion of the job, they also removed my old water heater and installed a new water heater.
The repipe job was done quickly and efficiently. In fact, they cut fewer holes in my drywall and stucco than I had anticipated. These installation guys obviously knew what they were doing and I could not have done as good a job. The inspector noted that a small amount of the hot water pex was not insulated, but the company quickly sent the guys back to the house to repair this. Also, when they installed the foam insulation around the hot water pex, they neglected to remove the cellophane that covered the cut, sticky edges of the foam. They probably did this to save time, and it would have not concerned but for the fact that when the hot water was running the cellophane on the foam rubbed against the other cellophane strip, which caused a discernable and irritating noise, albeit very soft. In any event, I got out my ladder and removed all the cellophane and just pressed the sticky edges together. Most people would not have noticed this, but if you have excellent hearing, you should check the foam insulation before they patch the drywall. Also, after they installed the water heater I smelled gas. The company quickly sent their head plumber to resolve the issue, which merely required tightening the fittings.
After the initial inspection, they began the second phase, which was patching the stucco and interior drywall. There was also an inspection during this phase for the lath and mesh of the stucco- which passed. I was very leery about this part of the job, as I am very anal about patching drywall and have had bad experiences in the past w/ drywall guys. Well, I was very pleased w/ the quality of their work, both on the drywall and the stucco. I can honestly say that the drywall patching was done so well that you can not tell where they ever cut holes or patched. The quality of stucco patching was equally good.
The company also did a good job of communicating w/ me about when inspections would be done and when crews would show up.
I was also pleased w/ the cleanliness of the job. Each crew took a lot of time setting up, laying down paper on my floors, and putting up plastic sheeting. Some dust still covered furniture, etc., but you have do expect this when cutting drywall as the dust is very fine.
Lastly, before you start the job I recommend that you call your city plumbing inspector to discuss whether the city will require an expansion tank on the new hot water heater or an anti-scald valve if you have a 3-handle shower. My salesman stated I would need both these items, but after speaking to the head city inspector I learned that was not the case. Your city may be different, of course.
All said, I would recommend the company.

Was planning to do a total house repipe this summer because of the numerous pinhole leaks we've been experiencing the last few years but a new slab leak (second one in four years) made us move up those plans ASAP. Called a few repipe companies specializing in PEX repiple and Repipe 1 was the only one who was able to come out and give us an estimate that same day. The soonest the other companies could come out and give us an estimate was a week after my initial call. Art from Repipe1 came and gave a fair estimate (3000 less than my regular plumber), explained the life time guarantee and the procedures from start to finish. Called Art two days later and finalized the contract. They were on site 3 days later with a two man crew. The repipe itself took 2 days. A day later, the LA County inspector came to inspect the work and was impressed. The reconstruction crew (about 6 to 8 of them) came a few days after the inspection and did a remarkable job patching up all the holes inside the house and some stucco work in the back of the house. The reconstruction took one day. The texture on the drywall and the stucco matched up perfectly with the existing walls. Everything was back to normal after we painted the walls. It was as if nothing ever happened. Would definitely recommend Repipe 1.

Have never seen worse service and unprofessionalism in my career. Failed inspection, rude and unprofessional workers.

Shout out to this company. Complete re-pipe in three days with 1 day waiting for building inspector. Great drywall patching. But their follow up was even better. We repiped over a month ago. Recently we were having a toilet flushing problem and asked if it could be from the repiping. They sent some one over next day. It had nothing to do with the repipe but they fixed it, shook my hand and said no charge. Very impressed. I live in Rancho Santa Margarita.

Repipe 1 people are absolute professional and great. The repipe 1 team, 5 people, got the repipe job done in one day. After the city inspection is complete, second team came and patched up the holes in the walls and ceilings. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and my house look like nothing ever happened. Highly recommend this company for anyone who need to repipe the whole house.

I'm a homeowner going through repiping done in our neighborhood of Aliso Viejo...been here 14 years. Re-pipe 1 dropped the ball with at least four different issues in our home. Heavy handed and no care about the customer AT ALL. They broke the seal at one toilet, blaming it on the fact the concrete wasn't quite flat...the toilet has been there over 15 years without issue. They turned off another toilet (while they were fixing their error in taking out the soft water valves the previous day), and didn't bother to turn it back on at the end of the day, bent a shower glass door runner so it no longer works, took out a soft water hookup we had that they specifically asked us whether we wanted to keep it or not....the answer was ""YES"", and the manager of the job said no problem, they'd leave it there. WRONG. It was taken out anyway. As a Realtor for almost 30 years I deal with contractors all the time. This outfit DOES NOT abide the mantra ""leave the customer's home in equal to or better condition than when you got there""!! Buyer BEWARE

I live in South Orange County and have had multiple slab leaks over the years. After interviewing several different contractors we chose Repipe 1 to install Pex piping in our home. They did the repipe job in one day, the next day the city inspector checked everything out and signed off. The following day they repaired all of the damage from the repipe work and my home was as good as new. I highly recommend these guys!

The crew workers were great and the initial crew that did the actual plumbing work knew their stuff and worked efficiently to get all the Pex installed in just one day. The only complaint is they could be a little more careful with their taping off of construction work areas (to keep the house clean and contain the dust). Removal of the tape with paint coming off from the walls is a problem left for the homeowner.
The drywall patching and retexturing crew were also pros. We had anxiety about having drywall ""patch marks"" after we painted and Repipe was long gone but for the most part the texturing was done well.
My biggest complaint was with the salesman Greg. He came across as extremely knowledgeable and trust worthy - and we signed because of those qualities. But when we had a failed inspection related to electrical issues (grounding an upstairs tub and water heater in the garage) Greg couldn't tell us fast enough that Repipe are not electricians and those areas are excluded on the contract. Correct --- but how about some help with a solution.....homeowner has never done a repipe before and there is a reason Repipe excludes electrical work - but it is an issue that comes up so provide a solution instead of having the customer ""fend for themselves"" and go call/interview electrical companies to get us through the inspection process. I felt like I was ""out of line"" asking Greg for a list of local electricians....what a hassle for him to do that for us. That is how he made me feel as a customer.
Pay attention to the exclusions and be prepared to deal with them on your own without much assistance from Repipe. Repipe knows enough obviously to exclude these things so talk about them ahead of time for potential solutions before you sign the contract.
The last thing is Repipe wants 90% of your money before you even pass the inspection. They are aggressive about getting their 2nd payment of 80% (after the 10% down) - we got the call as the plumbing crew was pulling out of our driveway. It is their contract terms but not sure the CSLB would agree that homeowners should have to pay 90% of the job BEFORE an inspection and any patchwork/texturing is completed. Be prepared for this.
We live in Ladera Ranch and pin hole copper plumbing leaks are an epidemic for the many neighborhoods. It is nice to know longer live in a ticking time bomb waiting for the next leak.
