Repipe 1 was incredibly efficient. The whole process took 4 1/2 days. The crew showed up a few minutes early each day and worked from 8:00 am until 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm. They repiped my 2 story house (3 bathrooms, 2700 square feet) on day 1. I had running water by 3:30 pm. The second day was the pipe inspection by the city of Mission Viejo. The third and fourth days were the repair and patching of the drywall and the outdoor stucco. There were 45+ holes. I stopped counting. Expect your house to literally be swiss cheese. The fourth day was the final inspection. The extra day or literally less than 2 hours was the repair of a few outside holes near the garage, which the final inspection recommended. The city inspector came out again and all piping and drywall/stucco repair passed easily. Repipe 1 made a very cumbersome and messy project a breeze. The workers showed up on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Repipe 1 called a few times each day to check to see how things were going. If I didn't answer, they called back. The communication was top-notch. Repipe 1 only offered PEX piping to me. But, the PEX piping was so much more affordable than a comparable copper piping estimate I had received. The reasonable pricing made the whole house piping a reality.

Repipe1 did a great job from start to finish. The repipe team was on time, friendly and spent time showing me how they were able to repipe certain areas with fewer holes than I expected. They left my house looking very clean after - dusty as expected but clean. They scheduled the county inspection and then the equally polite and professional dry wall team came in and finished in a day. Now we have peace of mind with their great warranty.

The thought of having to re-pipe absolutely terrified me, but after talking with Tony from Repipe 1 he explained everything is such great detail and made me feel confident I was choosing the best company for the job. I realized once you understand the process the fear goes away! He did a fantastic job in explaining everything. This is no easy job for anyone involved but Re-pipe 1 came in and completed the re-pipe in 1 day, the next day 2 is the Rough Plumbing of the new pipes inspection, Day 3 is the patch and texture, Day 4 is Final Plumbing Inspection, Day 5 you hire your own painter to come in and paint. It's better to just bite the bullet and repipe than to have to live through another leak! To repipe is much easier than living through that whole repair process plus its so very costly too! Make your life easier and go with Re-Pipe 1... We are so glad we picked the right company! No more leaks! We went ahead and bought new hot water heater and shower/tub trim kits with the new valves that connect to the new Pex pipes and they install it all for free!

Slab leak. Ruined carpet. No drywall damage. I'm retired so I had time for lots of research. Learned a lot about Uponor pex line and their method of cold compression connectivity. R1 had Uponor recognized installers on our five bed, four bathroom house in RSM. Seven R1 employees completed our pex lines, five shower valves plus trim, and a new water heater in one day (Monday.) We had water on by 5PM. R1 is terrific.
The installers made about 50 cutouts in drywall to run the pex lines. R1 worked with me to schedule the drywall repair crew. Seven different R1 employees repaired and textured all cuts by 5PM (Friday.) The city of RSM had to inspect work before drywall restoration and family needed to relax for a couple days. R1 could have repaired the drywall as early as Wednesday. Looks like new.
Employees very courteous and professional. Greg, R1 project manager, is the best. Great great price!

Repipe 1 is a very helpful and professional company. We had our second slab leak and decided NO MORE. We called around for repiping and decided repipe 1 offered the best services for the price. We just completed the process and Repipe1 took care of everything and their teams that came out for repiping and drywall did a great job. They were very professional, completed the task in a timely manner and cleaned up everything before they left. Thanks for all your help in a difficult situation.

Repipe 1 has been absolutely exceptional and a pleasure to work with. They are completing a repiping project in our community and have been so great. There have been a couple of times since the repipe I have asked them to come over and check things out. Both Joe and Ryan have been sent out a couple of times to my place and both have been awesome and thorough. Steve was just sent over to fix a problem I called about that ended up working just fine! He took the time to explain to me how it was working. He was so nice and didn't even seemed annoyed at all that I wasted his time. They were professional and ensured the problem was fixed before leaving. I will absolutely recommend Repipe 1 to friends!

Had my house totally repiped. Repiping job was good, other than an overnight leak that caused additional damage in the kitchen.
The texture man from Glendale left a mess everywhere. The texturing job is atrocious, I will have to pay someone to retexture the whole area.
Would have been much better to get a credit for the texturing, and have the job done professionally.
There was no followup whatsoever from Repipe1, to evaluate their job.
I cannot recommend them.

I'm as surprised as you to hear me say it was a great experience. Our community was having a lot is issues with slab leaks and pipe leaks in the walls. Repipe 1 was contracted to take one the community wide project of repiping the homes.

We weren't thrilled at being told this was happening and the inconvenience that goes along with such a project. Fortunately we hadn't experienced any issues but I get it, it was more than likely in our future.

The day came and the project was underway. Couple hiccoughs along the way didn't help our experience. Why the 5-star rating you ask?

Supervisors Ryan H and Joe B that's why! They were responsive, informative of what was planned and would take place; and personally took on the extra components of our project. They made themselves available for questions and are a fantastic ambassador for the company.

The crews that worked on our home were respectful, clean, and FAST. I know ours may not be typical of every project but their work standard will be. They came in, tarped off work areas to minimize any impact on the non-work areas and got after it. Drywall crew was amazing. Patching and repairing all areas to where you cannot find the access points. Paint crew in and out in a day and looks great.

Not to take anything away from any of the company's other crew members, but Ryan and Joe made the experience bearable. They really went the extra mile in making sure the project was ready for the inspection day - in spite of the surprises early visit.

Thanks guys for making what could be an unpleasant experience a bit better.
