We needed a whole house repipe and Richard and his crew delivered! He responded to messages right away and showed up when he said he would. Richard took the time to answer all our questions and gave us several options as to how to proceed. A week after my initial call, the repipe is complete and we can rest easy that we don't have any more leaks. Thank you for showing up and making sure we were satisfied with the work all the way through!

I had my toilets back up in the middle of the night, and had another service come out to handle the clog. They pushed me to do a very costly repair. However, before I just signed that check I had 3 other companies come out. Renowned was the only one of those that came and looked at both clean outs, actually looked in the line with a camera at no charge, showed me and very patiently explained exactly what I was looking at. Richard, the owner, came out after I had received their first inspection and I called back to request them to do the job. Richard and his team cleaned out my cast iron pipes, removed root growth, hydrojetted the kitchen side without needed to do what the other company was proposing. They also put in two additional clean outs. Ultimately It was almost $5000 less than what was initially put forth.

Chris and his team had the work completed in a day! Love a family owned company and especially hard working folks that don't try and take advantage of their customers.

A couple weeks ago I heard what sounded like the shower was running except nothing was on. I could not see a water leak anywhere but I had a feeling something was wrong. The usual company I used wasn't available for almost a week so I had to branch out. I chose this company based on their existing good reviews and I am glad that I did. They were able to come out a day later and diagnose the problem which was a slab leak. The technician, Junior, was informative and helpful with explaining things to me along with showing me what he and his technicians were doing as they were conducting the tests to find the water leak. Since I rent, I had to keep getting authorization from my landlord to continue going further into the problem (manifold testing to see if plumbing can be rerouted vs. a patch repair) and this meant bothering the owner, Richard, at odd hours because my landlord had lots of questions during non-business hours. Richard was patient and informative over the phone/text just like Junior was when he was at my house. My landlord opted for a whole house re-pipe to improve their investment property and fix the slab leak all at once. I believe we were quoted a very fair price based on market pricing and my experience as a previous homeowner.

From start to finish, this project was done in a week. Diagnosis was on Sunday, Manifold test was on Tuesday, we had Wednesday and Thursday to discuss pricing with my landlord and Friday a large group on technicians came and re-piped my entire home! I got to meet Richard on Friday and he came to my home again Saturday morning to help install our new water heater. It's not every day you see the owner of a company getting his hands dirty with his team. You can really tell that he loves his business and his team. I had the option for drywall repair on Sunday or Monday following that and I chose Monday. By the middle of the day Monday, it was as if nothing had ever been wrong with my plumbing at all. The walls look amazing, as if there were no holes cut into them! I received my invoice by the end of the day and it was very detailed with warranty information and everything we discussed was there in writing which was very important for my landlord.

Thank you so much Richard, Junior and the rest of the team at Renowned Plumbing for making a stressful situation easier to deal with. Thank you for being patient with communication between myself and my landlord and making it a comfortable experience for all parties. I highly recommend Renowned Plumbing not only for the impeccable work they did on my plumbing but for their excellent communication skills, manners, and overall personalities in general. Everyone is awesome!

Our overall experience with Renowned Plumbing & Rooter was so good! I called about 5 plumbers requesting estimates to fix the clog in our kitchen sink. Two wouldn't give estimates over the phone, and the other two estimated about $70-$80 more for the job. Renowned was great all around - good customer service on the phone, lowest price, and good customer service in person. Chris was our technician and he was polite, informative, and friendly. And quick! Chris was at our house within 3 hours of our call and he took less than an hour to fix our sink, which is working perfectly now. No question about it, if we have another issue come up, we'll be calling Renowned first!

I was very disappointed with the initial visit. We had no hot water, and the plumber assumed it was the water heater. After he only checked the hot water they did no check the rest of the house at all. It was disappointing that we hired another plumber and they found a massive leak under the home.

They went to the Big Box store, picked up the toilets, brought them and did a clean install. They also took the other old toilets away.
