These folks know what they're doing! I've had 2 handy men and 2 plumbers come in and assess issues I had with low water pressure throughout the house and a water line that was not pushing water thru to the refrigerator (when it was previously doing so). I also had an issue with a shower that no longer put out hot water.

They offer a complimentary assessment visit. The plumber, Nolan, came in and quickly had solutions for the problems that multiple people came and couldn't figure out out or were charging us thousands of dollars to repair. Another popular plumbing company mentioned some major repairs that were going to cost me approximately $4k!!

After Nolan walked the house, he mentioned simple solutions that would cost just their regular service fee of $165. I asked him what warranty we'd have if he started the work and it didn't resolve the issue. He was so confident that his interventions would fix my problems. He was right!! His knowledge and experience was remarkable. The issue with the water line to the fridge was a simple flip of a switch. The heat in the shower was back with just a flick of a piece in the shower handle. He assessed the water pressure in one of the showers and made a recommendation to change a cartridge at a later time with an approximate cost of $400.

I was mind blown at his ability to diagnose our issues, resolve the problems and the cost efficiency that he was able to provide. I highly recommend this company and will keep their number handy for any of my future plumbing needs!

I used the service in the past so called the company to fix my kitchen sink that was clogged. He informed me the prices had increased to $189 for snaking and that if grease was found there was no guarantee. They came promptly but got clogged again within 4 days!. Very disappointing. My advice is that don't waste your money and do the hydro jetting if they find grease because you will end up paying much more. I just that can't believe it went up to $575 now.

Update: responding to your message. You were right on no warranty. My dad doesn't speak English and signed the papers. I wish the technician would have communicated w me his findings and would recommend the hydrojetting at that moment.
I was hoping that given that job only worked 4 days that you could honor the amount I paid for hydrojetting cost. You offered 50% that was nice of you. But when I mentioned respectfully about putting a review you got so mad that threatened me with suing me for defamation. You said that you were recording the conversation that BTW it's illegal in CA to record a conversation without consent of all parties. But bottom line is my review is about the facts and advising people about hydrojetting so they don't have to spend so much money for both. And looking at other companies the prices were more affordable. This review is not intended to defame you at all. I like to put reviews because I really appreciate people putting their experiences and helps me to decide. Thank you for your time.

Richard and his team deliver top customer service and are honest with their pricing. I've used them several times for hydro jetting, unclogging drains, and installing a water heater - this company has always been great to deal with. I definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Very dissapointed. I left a voicemail Wednesday afternoon and it's Friday afternoon and I haven't received a call back yet. I said in my message that I have a leaking toilet so maybe they consider the job will not make them much money so they didn't want to bother with it. Very rude to not call back though..

The first job they did by the water meter was out of warranty. The water line joint burst and was leaking. I called the owner, and he graciously fixed it for free. I highly recommend Renowned Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work.

Used them to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. Charged me$150 to stop a dripping faucet. The promise was they would come back and reattach the lines they cut. Wanted an additional $425 to reattach the lines! Ouch! Bad job Renowned!

I called their office and got a same day appointment with Joey. I had a variety of plumbing stuffs from a couple of leaky faucets to a water shut off valve replacement - he was able to take care of all of them. Joey seems very knowledgeable about his crafts. The price was a bit of a shock for the shut off valve, but the other items were very reasonable. In the end it is quality work I look for so I'm happy. Will use them again in the future.

We had an outdoor irrigation pipe that sprung a leak and flooded our side yard, undermining some concrete. We needed a fix asap and Renowned plumbing came by the same day to give us a quote. Then the next day they came out and within 24 hours we had it fixed. It was a fairly easy and straightforward job, but they give you economy and full replacement options so you can make an informed decision. We were happy with the result and appreciated the plumber's advice on different repair approaches.
