We had a toilet back up and I hired Reno Plumbing Doctor to snake the line. 3 days later, the toilet backed up again. I called the company, and their response was ""well, we can come out again and snake it but it'll cost another $205."" When I spoke with them the first time, they had seemed very professional, claimed to have a camera they can use to diagnose problems and touted that they are highly skilled. When I spoke with them the second time, they said they don't have a camera and can't diagnose the problem. Their only solution would be for me to hire them again to do the job they failed at the first time. I ended up hiring another plumber who was great. He had the appropriate equipment and was able to clear the line. He also offer a guarantee on the work. I don't trust Reno Plumbing Doctor, found them unprofessional and won't be using them again. I highly recommend only using a plumber who guarantees their work. Reno Plumbing Doctor doesn't.

Well Reno Plumbing Doctor is the place to call!! 100% reliable and called me at 8am to discuss the issue. Mark is the MOST amazing person I have ever met. He is the most Knowledgeable and the MOST honest person I have ever met. After not having hot water for weeks as our tankless water heater broke, a new one was installed incorrectly by another plumber ( who bailed on us). Mark and his crew came at the height of the snow storm spent hours and days and fixed it all. Any other plumbing company would have charged us so much money but Mark was professional, friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable, and honest. I would recommend Mark ad his crew hands down any day!!!

When our water heater started leaking, we called the Rena plumbing doctor, they got back to us within about 10 minutes, had a technician out within 90 minutes, and the water heater was replaced within five hours. Great service great work highly recommend.

If I could give 100+ Stars I would!!! Our water heater busted open on the top..what a mess! We were quoted December with other companies, but we called Reno Plumbing Doctor and the owner himself got us all set for the very next day! I couldn't believe it! The guys just left and I can't even explain the appreciation I have for the owner, and the techs that took care of us. Thank you x10000000000!!!! Okay, so, listen: I live in what is apparently the Winchester Mystery House for contractors. Parts of it were built in the 30's and people added on and renovated over the decades until now, every plumber, electrician, etc, who comes over always has had at least one WTF moment.

Anyway, we knew we had a leaking pipe, but couldn't find it. Because of this, half our house only had hot water (meaning we had to fill up toilet tanks manually to flush, among other things).

After a home inspector and several plumbers, Mark at Reno Plumbing Doctor came out and not only figured out what was going on, but figured a way to cap off and route around the break (which was unfortunately not accessible - other people had told us they'd need to practically sawzall the foundation in half to fix it) to run new pipes to two of the bathrooms.

He gave us a bid up front, and even though the job ended up being a much bigger pain than he expected (not his fault: remember, Winchester Mystery House plumbing up in here!), he stuck to his original bid price and even fixed a couple of other things he found along the way without charging extra.

He and his guys were meticulous and friendly, and made very sure to explain to me everything he'd fine, and cleaned up everything afterward. Just ... it was really nice to not only have someone show up even earlier than they estimated, but also just to be so up front about what work was required, pros and cons, what it would cost, etc.

After all the difficulties working in this house, I honestly expected him to be like ""lose my number"" but instead, he was absolutely gracious and said give him a call any time and he'd be happy to help us out again.

I'm definitely keeping his number for the next project on this crazy house! Really glad I found Reno Plumbing Doctor!
