What can I say that everyone else hasn't said already? Dave is fantastic! I just bought a house and moved to Bend last week. Dave was able to come over the same day I called and give me all my options regarding trying to fix my very old and beat up garbage disposal vs installing a new one. He was straightforward, professional, personable, and all around awesome. Great service, great price, great everything!

Dave has completed several projects for me over the last two years including fixing a hot-water recirculation pump, fixing a toilet and then garbage disposal, and a very extensive project to run a natural gas line from the meter under the house and out to a brand new fire pit and bbq. Throughout all of these projects, he was timely, polite, courteous while working (we work from home), and always took the extra time to explain the project. Good communication is essential and I always felt he was going to do a fantastic job, which he did every time.

There's a reason Dave only has 5 star reviews. He only does 5 star work. He recently completed 2 projects for me. He replaced 2 old toilets and added a gas line out to my new fire pit. While he was installing the toilets he noticed that the bathroom had been recently painted and came to ask if I wanted to finish up the spot behind the toilet before he installed the new one. I never would have thought of that but he did and it was awesome that he gave me the opportunity to finish it up.

But Dave doesn't just do good work. He's highly responsive, communicative, honest and just a really nice guy and he genuinely wants to know if you're not happy. But really, I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a plumber, stop and call Dave. You won't regret it.

I yelped for a plumber, found his number, and within a couple hours he was able to swing by my house and snake out a bathtub drain.

Not only did he do the work neatly and efficiently, but he took the time to check out the pipe configuration from below in the basement, and gave me a long term solution to save up for.

He was sweet to my kids, didn't smell like cigarette smoke, and cleaned up after himself very nicely.

His rate for snaking the drain was $129, and included that extra consultation about a long term plan for reconstruction.

I really appreciated his straight talk. And that he wasn't patronizing to me, as a woman, as so many men in service industries can be. I'm actually am the handy person in our house, so it was nice to be leveled with respectfully!

I will absolutely have Dave back if I ever need plumbing work done, and I heartily recommend him to friends.

I called Dave to get a second opinion on a sewer line issue we were having on a second home. Dave took the time to check out the issue and gave me his professional advice. His advice ended up saving me thousands of dollars.

The sewer line to the home had tree roots infiltrating it and had caused a back up... The area of concern needed to be dug up and replaced (under the asphalt drive). Dave's advice was to contact the utility company. He noticed that the area of concern was close to the city sewer connection and might be their issue. He was right.

I've dealt with a lot of contractors and trade professionals in my life, and I can't recall of a past experience where anyone had given me advise that would save me money... Until now.

It was Memorial Day weekend and instead of getting an answering machine, Dave answered the phone. He came on the holiday to assess a crack in my shower floor. He was honest that while he could make some good money putting in a new shower/tub for me, it wasn't what I needed. Instead, he gave me a referral for someone to resurface my tub basin and said, ""If it was my home, this is what I would do."" He even took off his shoes, twice! Super knowledgeable, upfront and honest. Thanks Dave for taking the time to help me out even though you didn't make a penny...yet, since I'll definitely be calling you when I have plumbing needs down the road.

Had to replace a couple of frost free faucets because they kept leaking. Dave was recommended and he arrived when he said he would. Analyzed the problem, explained to me what he thought was the best solution, and how much it would cost. He did the work, including having to make an extender block to hold the faucet. They all work great and Dave guaranteed they won't leak. Doesn't get much better than that. Highly recommend Dave.

Dave is just really good at what he does. I will never call anyone else in town when it comes to plumbing again.. He is polite, professional and punctual. I called him just to do a little detective work on a noise that sounded like water running. It turned out to be a true disaster as my main intake line from the City went bad. Dave coordinated all the permits and inspections from the City, all the excavators and the pavers in what I consider record time. Job well done to everyone involved.

Decided to get out of town for a few days, so we drove to the parents' vacation home at Lake Billy Chinook. Arrived at 9pm and dewinterized. A bunch of water later, we closed everything back up.... Busted pipes! O_o.

My husband called Dave in the morning and he rearranged his schedule in order to come out the same day. He fixed several problems... He was friendly & professional... He was very reasonably priced. He is my vacation hero!
