My water heater would not stay lit, so I asked for help on the 'net. Lots of good info. My friend recommended Renew Plumbing, so I gave them a call.
They were able to determine the age of my heater-15 years!. After a short discussion, we decided to get a new water heater.
My first call to them was at 8:30am and by 4:15pm, the same day, I had a fully functional new water heater.

I cannot begin to describe what a godsend Dave and his company, Renew Plumbing, were for us. We were away from town for months but received a $500 water bill in the middle of winter with the house water turned off! We clearly had a huge leak somewhere on our 1.5 acre property.

As soon as we returned home, we tried to find the leak ourselves, which was calculated at 10,000 gallons a day! You would think that would be pretty obvious. But it wasn't at all. That water was probably falling into a lava tube or something and we gave up the search.

We were given a reference to Dave at Renew Plumbing and he picked up the phone himself and had somebody at our house within 40 minutes.

Within 90 minutes of that, using specialized equipment to trace the water line and then to inject it with hydrogen gas, they were able to pinpoint the location of the leak extremely accurately, even though it was 4 feet underground.

The next morning, in a freezing snow storm, they were back to dig up our frozen ground and fix it permanently. I have never had such foul-weather service from anyone.

This company is one of only a few. locally with the specialized equipment needed for a deep underground leak and so they have a great deal of experience with this problem. But the responsiveness, friendliness, and fair pricing were a real surprise. We thought we would be without water for days or weeks and in less than 24 hours, all was repaired.

Serious service and I cannot thank them enough.

These guys are the best!! We have had them in our home several times to address plumbing problems, most recently a leaking garbage disposal. We called at 11:30 am, they arrived by 1:30 and everything was repaired and cleaned up by 2:15. You can not go wrong with Renew Plumbing!

I highly recommend Renew Plumbing! One of our tub faucets started to leak over the weekend and by Monday morning it was coming out at a gallon/hour.
