Out toilet had started running constantly last week. Normally I'd head to Home Depot and handle it. Unfortunately I have a FlushMate toilet which I have no experience and also a lot of plumbers don't even work on them. On the phone we talked about a couple of things it might be. Originally there was a price for the first (cheapest) thing to check but before he even came out he said he'd remove that charge and still do the rest. Edgar showed up with a smile on his face and would come out to inform me if he needed anything. Unfortunately the tank was cracked and itt was time for a new toilet. Edgar found a FlushMate toilet late in the afternoon and came back to install it the same day. He showed me the mess under the toilet (gross) and did his thing. Also, I called on Saturday and he was here on Monday, very impressed. Edgar finished, showed me the new toilet and my bathroom was sparkling. I highly recommend Renew Plumbing for plumbing needs, very professional.

Had a clogged sink. He was very responsive and came right on time. Then, he could have added an additional fee, but didn't stating he wanted to stand by his original quote. He said it would take an hour originally, but it was very clogged and he found other issues. He ended up working 4 hours straight. He didn't charge for the additional issue he found and cleared. He was very clean and professional, leaving the area and house spotless. An amazing guy and proud to support his business. Highly recommend.
